Yes this is pretty typical with most of these new sites coming online.

Basically if some new site has enough capital, they usually include it in their thread without even having to ask for it.

They are basically banking on either nobody winning any money or people depositing and never withdrawing. And it will take one moderate sized whale to play and win and make a withdraw and the site will become insolvent right away.
