I usually just make good habit of changing my various web passwords every 6-10 months. See attached for current address; Coinbase got rid of the sign feature.

That's the same as asking for a 0.015 BTC loan with 0 BTC collateral, and that just leaves your account. Your -8 trust, worthless account, worth less than a newbie account. You're not trying to get a loan, you're trying to sell this worthless account, and it's not going to work.
