Why would you include 0.015 BTC as collateral in a loan for 0.03 BTC? That's the same as asking for a 0.015 BTC loan with 0 BTC collateral, and that just leaves your account. Your -8 trust, worthless account, worth less than a newbie account. You're not trying to get a loan, you're trying to sell this worthless account, and it's not going to work.
