Title: This could be useful: Shoutbox! Admin feedback? Post by: remssik on June 29, 2011, 05:47:31 AM I'm on another forum, http://www.drumforum.org/, and if you notice right on the top, they have a site-wide chat (or "shoutbox"). I think it could be a rather useful addition, and it could also provide an area for quick chit-chat. I'm no coder, so perhaps someone here and a few Admins could make it happen!

Some people hate 'em (see above poster), but I like having that as an option. Sometimes, it's useful to just chat, instead of replying over and over in private messages or forum posts.
