Hello everyone,
I placed an order for a few miners from Bitmain for the September Batch. They were never shipped and the I still havent been refunded. I have emailed and spoken over the phone with them. They have told me  clearly that they are having problems shipping to India and are planning to refund me in 1-2 Months. I really hope the actually do. My money has been stuck with them since July-August and I am not sure if they will actually refund me. I have previously ordered from them before but just recently this year has this problem come up.  This is just a warning to miners placing future orders.

Most importantly I was able to buy miner and receive them within a week when I order them from other seller and distributors online. In fact they are more helpful and the duty is less when you order via them. I am not endorsing anyone but just giving my opinion.

why they take so long to return your money? they are a company that like all companies must provide quality service to their customers, you have paid and you should be treated with greater respect, now when they say: "planning to refund in 1-2 Months .." this means that they can refund when they think they should refund,

thread of them is little active which does not give much information to know how many people are in the situation similar to yours

Thanks for your help mate. But they are telling me to wait and have really caused a lot of inconvenience and loss.
