If not, then you'll have to try convince cyrus some other way that the account belongs to you, but I wouldn't hold your breath because there's a backlog of cases and if you can't easily prove the account is yours you might be out of luck or waiting a very long time. Signing a message is the standard way to provide proof of ownership.
