Title: House for sale! Post by: frenchphoto on July 02, 2013, 01:06:30 AM K so we have had a house for sale for FOREVER! 2 years almost now, but because of the bust where we are, no one wanted it. PLUS there is this huge stigma around it for being an old grow house.
The story with the grow is that they bought in sept, busted early dec. You do the math on the success. Anyways, it's been re-mediated twice now, brand new everything upstairs, unfinished basement so the new owner can do with as they please. Great neighbourhood. Judging by what a quick Google search says, it's not much more expensive than the average Calgary house though.

We have had results in the past selling other houses, the Alberta market is a little stiffer, but we have faith we can sell it. It is in one of the high areas, it wasn't affected at all.
