K so we have had a house for sale for FOREVER! 2 years almost now, but because of the bust where we are, no one wanted it. PLUS there is this huge stigma around it for being an old grow house.

The story with the grow is that they bought in sept, busted early dec. You do the math on the success. Anyways, it's been re-mediated twice now, brand new everything upstairs, unfinished basement so the new owner can do with as they please. Great neighbourhood. Check out the listing!

PS! I know I've been posting a lot in the market, but I swear these are honest deals, if you want proof order some seeds from my other thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=248084.0 very low risk and it's a good product! very limited quantities mind you!

Looks nice, but it's a rather pricey house, that may be why you're not getting any takers.  Good luck selling.  Judging by what a quick Google search says, it's not much more expensive than the average Calgary house though.

Thanks Halfawake, it is the average price for a house in and around that area, slightly under actually. This house in particular is right beside an International & French school so it's in a prime location.

I recommend using a realtor to sell it. If you don't want to give 5% commission, try comfree.com or propertyguys.com and offer 1.5-2% commission to agents. How was it affected by the floods?

Wow... thanks Sad I took those photos, slightly too artistic and over developed for the market maybe, but I take pride in what I do.

We have had results in the past selling other houses, the Alberta market is a little stiffer, but we have faith we can sell it. It is in one of the high areas, it wasn't affected at all.

Updated photos, taken this week to make the pictures more like what the market wants/likes to see.
