IMO for Bitcoin holder it'll be the good news but it's not for altcoin holders cause the price of BTC/ALT will decrease a lot. Bitcoin price reach to 11k$ in this year is predictable and there are a lot of precdictions about and some people think that Bitcoin price can even reach to 15k$ at the end of this year. But I think before Bitcoin price can reach to 15k$ there will be a big dump make Bitcoin price decrease to under 10k$ maybe because the whales wanna get a huge amount of money one more time before the Christmas. LOL

This is a great news to those who hodl bitcoin and purchased it while its cheaper. But this is confusing to those who wants to invest at the moment. There will be a confusion of to buy during the correction or just to buy now because what if no correction would happen.

Its really expect the unexpected in bitcoin all this price leap has been crazy as hell it was only $9000 a week a ago now it has already break the $11000 barrier and bitcoin is still far from bevoming a mainstream currency how much more when it becomes one. There maybe price correction but the price decrease is not that high and eventually bitcoin recovers.

The value of bitcoins keeps on increasing every year in the beginning of 2017 the value of bitcoins was around $ 1000 or less by now the in the month of November the value of bitcoins has reached an all time high of $10500 and above which shows that the bitcoin network has still potential to increase the value as every day new bitcoin cryptographers are entering the bitcoin community and the bitcoins are only limited to a 21 million number after mining all the 21 million bitcoins the demand will be still high which makes to shoot the price of bitcoins.

That is really overwhelming indeed but on the other side its rising dangerously high and i am afraid we may see a sudden drop.

I am officially calling the top for bitcoin for this run. In terms of long term aim, the target for me is atleast 1 Million bitcoin per coin, but for now this should be the top in my opinion. It has had too much growth in too little time and has to have a correction else all hell might break loose.

Yeah, i also saw that on coinmarketcap. You can sell them now but i always say if you want more you will have to wait. I think that bitcoin will go up but it needs some time. Short term investors are now selling.

It's a great thing for all involved in the crypto world. Bitcoin is really still in its infancy. Very few people even understand what it is let alone know its potential so as public awareness increases expect it to explode. Get ready my friends.

Bitcoins growth was too hard and too fast. We need some time to consolidate before reaching new highs. I think we might stay around the 10k level for a while, and frankly i think that'll be good for us in the long term, with a strong support level at roughly 5 digits.

Bitcoin will continue to make the upward movement, although there will be a lot of up and down movement on the way up, smart traders can cash in on this movement to even increase their bitcoin holding, but if you are a holder, you will still be good at the long run because the movement of bitcoin will continue to be an upward one in my opinion.

Not yet fulfilled, there are more speculations that wants bitcoin to reach $20,000 and so on. I think about this news something good and helpful to the community and will make bitcoin even more popular. This is good for us who are holding some bitcoins at this way and this is bad for those people that are still doubting bitcoin and they knew it already when the price is still cheaper, I can't imagine what they are feeling right now.

That is rapid growth that was really unexpected. I think people didn't know how fast main crypto will grow. For the altcoins that news is devastating right now cause with the growing of the Bitcoin, altcoin are being pushed back. Only Ethereum is keeping up the pace cause popular blockchain that more and more people are starting to use. No doubt that Bitcoin rise will slow its growth and have its correction of the current value but that will be only for a short time. If you have the good nose for the altcoins it is smart to buy promising coins now when they are low.

I don't understand what is going on with bitcoin, the price is just fluctuating too much first it hit 11000$ then dropped below 9500$ , then again went to 11500$ and now again it dropped to 10800$. The price is just fluctuating too much.

Man, I am too scared. Used to a 300$/bitcoin and now sitting at 10k+++. With bitcoin future coming and in a few weeks. Well, I was expecting BTC to reach $12,000 in the beginning of 2018, but think I will be wrong :o So I am guessing that it will reach $14,000 by the end of January 2018.

 I can say I am half-surprised. I mean, one characteristic of bitcoin is it's volatility, thereby it's price changing every now and then seemingly in an instant and at a glance. What happened now is just an exhibition of that characteristic. What surprised me is the fact that it happened very quickly. Even to bitcoin, it has been a staggering rise, and as it reached that amount is an all-time-high for bitcoin. Just two, three weeks ago, it was just in the 6-7k mark, but now, after just a short time, it has risen to 10-11k which is almost a 100% gain. But then again, that's bitcoin for you!

It is a bit surprising because we only thought that the price of bitcoin will only reach 10000 for this year but it is already more than 11000 and i think that it will get over to the price of 15000 and the rally will continue in the next year which really showed that bitcoin is really unstoppable and a must thing to have in 2018.

The price right now is really high and 2 times that we see the price hit $11k after the correction.

The price is still going up, but that will not be for long. The charts are already showing a dip coming up. But we'll see what will happen after december 18th when Bitcoin futures are launched. The price cannot go up continuously, there will be a price drop sooner or later. Maybe even lower than 8K, when whales start to dump. After that the price will rise again, hitting 15K March next year.

I think it is great but definitely something I never imagined happening this year and would have even been thrilled about having it happen next year. Certainly now my expectations for next year have been severely changed and I think a 6 figure price tag for bitcoin isn't too far off by the next halving. I am not as bullish as some who foresee a 7 figure price tag by then but then again I could be quite wrong as I was this time around too, and I will admit it if that happens.
