Set a buy offer on exchanges like Binance[1] and Bitfinex[2], and your offer will go through if people are willing to sell their XRP for your price. A lot better and safer than looking for a XRP seller that's actually reputable.

As has already been written, set a buy offeron an exchange and wait to see if anybody wants to sell at the price you want to buy at. This is the safest way to trade in my opinion. I'm look at XRP quotes on CoinMarketCap right now (source (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ripple/#markets)) and see prices ranging from $0.5365/XRP from BuyBitcoin to $0.822 from CoinFalcon. I've never heard of either of these exchanges. Most of the quotes are between $0.65 and $0.71. Bitstamp is asking $0.692. This seems pretty fair. Why do you think it's not fair?
