I know there are costs in running your business however, how are we encouraged to use the service if it's quite expensive? Just a thought. That means I have to pay 100 usd for the bit coins. Now the commission; 30 usd! - They charge you 30% commission! - They charge you 3% for spread! - In my case, I still had to pay 4% MoneyGram commission! Charging 30% is outrageous. To charge this price it is better to not offer the service at all. I just want to buy a few bitcoins and test it before I use it more often. I don't want to pay almost 40% charges for my first purchase or having to put a thousand dollars in an exchange I don't trust.
