As of writing this, the value of Bitcoin is $15,150 already.  How much more in the next few days???
I sold some today when it was $14,700 price.. Hold yours for more value..

If it hits $20,000, I will liquidate. I have no want or desire to hold BTC in a usb drive and protect the key. If the investment doesn't pay me every month, its useless to me. I do have $100,000 or so cash in the bank I keep liquid for real estate investments.. a small part deep inside me is just saying to 'put it all on black' (Bitcoin). Haha, very interesting times 8)

I remember the time before, we were here to discuss when the price of bitcoin was up to $1000. Feel up to wake up, it's already 15000 dollars, this is really a crazy market. I have a sudden voice in my heart to tell me: pay attention to the risk, pay attention to the risk! Is it time to reap some of the profits? ???

No, It would in couple of days as we see how hard Bitcoin hits the wall.

Not a surprise for me, but I am very happy that I was proven right when I told days ago that it will get past the $15k mark within the week. I think bitcoin is gaining momentum and will certainly carry that to the $20,000 level in one or two weeks. If you have bitcoin investment, I suggest not to cash-in but hold until the year ends.

You give me a really good point in this one. I think its too risky holding a huge amount (if bitcoin will really get to $20K) in a flashdrive or android phone (for me). Anything can happen to it and boom it's gone.

well you can consider buying a hardware wallet, it is a very secure way of holding crypto-money and it costs a tiny fraction (and every day, as BTC grows,  a tinyier fraction) of your holdings. So if the only issue you are having is the security of your holdings, it may be the way to go for you

Anyway, probably many many people share your sentiment so we are definitely going towards a huge correction, if not at 15k, then at 20k

A word of caution, this price HAS TO RETRACE at some point, it cant sustain the current price hike, its not a question of "if" its a question of "when" and also, what will it bottom out at before next hike?

Thisbwould be great for all who invested bitcoin. Yet dont get so excited about it but instead be happy for what it has achieved. Let us just hope it is not a bubble that will broke in time. Hopefuly this goes till next year and break the $45k by the end of 2018.

It's like going to be at $20,000 on January if not let's take a look first on this month. If this will never break, this year end will be one of the best and can go at top with $20,000.

Not that bad at selling, I did even sold at $1,000 , $2,000 and name those lowered price before.  ;D

I'm actually getting scared. I knew that it would keep rising, but not at this rate. I might be selling soon. The tension is killing me. I feel like at any moment it might just crash and fall back to 10k.

I have to admit the price goes up so fast that it scares me. It's so nice to see those figures but still the question is what happens next. I thought when price reached 12.000$ that this was huge jump and that it will probably stay there till the begining of the next year. But from current perspective 20.000$ also seems very possible this year and just a two weeks ago I would say that this price is insane and not going to happen. It would be interesting to see how far will it go.

Bitcoin is going up so fast. I am thinking people all over the world are having less confidence in their country fiat.

bitcoin will reach more thann 15K before the year ends as an investors will gone intoo bitcoin for 1 billion and mcdonalds press release is a good addition into bitcoin communities, add to that those forks and segwit that will happen in the 17th of the month and 1st month next year. tis are the real reasons why we should hold bitcoin more timee and wait for the  highest amount!

I think bitcoin could be much improved in 2019 and always goes up every year as the number of investors grows so I'm sure bitcoin could exceed $ 15,000 and I'm even sure 2019 will be $ 30,000

It will fall back to 8K.  That was the last solid support level - just a few weeks ago.  This is pure euphoria and speculation.  Get the profits now and respend them on cheap BTC later.

2019?!  lol!  It will be 30000 by the end of the week if this same pace keeps up!

i wish I could agree, but I don't think so.
Looking at Facebook comments of people I actually know getting involved and listening to the people at work talk about bitcoin has me more freaked out than this crazy price climb.
To them it is just this guaranteed money multiplier and they just flout the 2018-2020 50k 100k price predictions like it is a given.
Every fiber of my being is screaming get out, but another part of me wants to see how far this frenzy can go...

I agree. As excited as this is, the correction will be significant. No doubt about that.
I just hope everyone realises that. So you think about taking some profits on personal preferred levels and wait for the correction to either buy back in or do yourself something good for christmas with taken profits.

Price can rise before CBOE will begin trading for BTC Future. Think yourself - will whales want to buy BTC at such high price?

Take a portion of your profit and spend it, if you have already made some then hodl the rest. There's no need getting emotional with Bitcoin (or any altcoin) for that matter. You will feel happier having known you enjoyed your money's profit if there's a sudden dump than waiting to see how far Bitcoin's price will get before taking a decision.

Yes Bitcoin just reach at all time new high the question is where this going to be at the end of december, few days back i have seen some folks was writing about 20k at the end of december as the market is boosting day by day maybe this can be at 25k at the end of december.

Same here, I predicted last week Bitcoin will probably hit the red dot mark this coming December 31st.
If that will happen I'll be able to get my Christmas bonus.

There is a topic on BTC hitting 20,000$ or so in the next 2 years somewhere not far from top. I wonder if will see it reaching the plank till the end of 2017...

As expected and I believe now that $20k is really reachable, HOLD ! because the trend is about to up higher. Bitcoin is really powerful no once can stop this, expect higher value in the future.
For now, I will focus to get more bitcoin but the big question is how.

I thinks it will dips to 12,000 and then it will burst to 18,000 USD a couple of days to come. Bitcoin made it history i hope it will maintain.

When, I saw the price of a bitcoin of 15,000 dollars, I was very surprised. It seems to me that with such a volatility, Bitcoin could grow in price by $ 5000-1000 per day. :o

My friend, you can invest on this Bitcoin with the amount that you're ready to lose and come join the bandwagon of this trip to a higher price of Bitcoin.  No one really knows as to when it will come down or might go up higher.  If the price goes up higher then good and if it's not then you can sell it soon.  But I think most of the people here are hoarders of Bitcoins because they are still waiting for the unimaginable price to their satisfaction. ;)

So this news that I've heard lately this morning was not a hoax. This is great news for us! :)

This morning, my classmate told me that btc is now equivalent to Php 750000 but I don't believe him instantly, I thought that he was wrong so I corrected him that it is only equivalent to $11000 (Php 550000) because I checked it last couple of days. Honestly, I'm still shocked until now because I couldn't imagine that btc grew that big within few days.

I think holding my bitcoins is a must because maybe its price will grow bigger in the upcoming weeks.

Today alone it bumped more than 1000 USD bro. I am sure that we will go further in the bitcoin price spike. Everyone speaks about bubble and burst but it will not be applicable to the bitcoin because it's price changes will showing that there is no is on control of bitcoin's price move. Don't be surprised within end of this we may find 17k USD. That is personal speculation about the BTC. Even ETH may grows to 1k end of the next year.

Too scared for entering, I hope I could buy at a lower price. I hate being FOMO'd. I am still waiting for the dip. :)

I find it interesting that this rise is negatively correlated with ETH, which is sliding (not fast, but still sliding at the time i'm writing). It seems there's a lot of FOMO and money are flowing to BTC from other coins.

I think the same way. The heart is worried, and the choice is not obvious. Bitcoin fluctuates too much in recent years, the Wake up can very quickly fall down or break through the ceiling. I do not even know what to do with it.

it's amazing price , and amazing bitcoin , now i think the best time to sell some bitcoin and hold some to reach 21K the way now is paved .But beware of any rumors .

Agree. We saw this kind of correction a couple of weeks ago, when price rapidly hit $11k, then drop to $9k.

Its not gonna dip for another 3 weeks, prices will keep going higher, you are missing the train and allowing it to get away. 
You should buy now before  it goes any higher.  Do the research on here, many are waiting for CME investors. 

Yes, that correction was totally expected and now I'm waiting for another one. A fall from $15k to $10k is 30%, it may happen.

exactly, I have fiat trading experience and although its more volatile in btc world, it follows the same principal! too many people getting caught in the raise which pushes it up further, which in turn makes for more loss when they dont sell in time, which will drive the price much lower before settling on a happy medium, I hope that makes sense, I know what I am saying, lol,

TLDR don't buy if short term trading!

It will have some drops soon, Christmas in December and New year, expect these occasions will drive people to cash out mostly they've earned their return on investments last time when bitcoin was still 6k - 8k around, well it really hit that price, everyone is surprised with this increase and hope to get more valuable in the future, this price ranges are just speculations but here we are, 15k mark of price next is 20k probably next year.

the last time I felt the same with you when bitcoin made it to $10k. At that time I felt very scary to enter the entry points that are so high. But what? all I get is regret now. right now, I can only watch, because I see things now, like a time bomb that can explode and destroy everything at any moment. I want to invest, not bet. And I wonder how the correction would happen when the spike is so high.

Wow that is so cool to know the price has already crossed 15K and it will hit 20K USD very soon and i am waiting for the big hit day for it to cross 20K USD.I don't think it will take much time for the price to cross 20K it might hardly take few days time for the price to cross 20K and it will be a great loss for the once waiting for the price to go down as per the graph there is more chance for the price to go even higher.

i don't think so. although prices have risen very high and profits were very high but now I think they will continue to hold Bitcoin and of course me too. I am short of cash, but I still try to hold bitcoin is because I believe it will continue to increase. maybe the price will drop a little

My speculations were just right about bitcoin reaching a $15K mark. But i really expect that it hits this mark too early which means there is still a room for another high value at $16K, $17K or even up to $20K. We just never know since bitcoin is full of surprises.

True, and already soared to almost $17,000 in a matter of hours. I woke up, checked the price, saw $15,000, some hours later I checked again and saw $16,700. I couldnt believe my eyes and was in a shock. Thats not healthy in my opinion. Bitcoin price even hit $20,000 on some korean exchanges. Crazy stuff. As it is now back to $15,000, its certain that some big players made a lot of money while small investors are in a loss now. Bitcoin is out of control and this scares me to be honest. I would love to see a slow constant growth.

Bitcoin has broken the long predicted $15000, and the same kept on growing and reach several price barriers. In specific it went on crossing the $18000 mark and in some exchanges it too has crossed the $19000 price. Same time this has generated a big panic among the user network upon the speculations putforth by analysts.

It's actually on the $16,000 mark already, and is still expected to increase. This may definitely reach $20,000 by the start of the year.
