Cats have nine lives. How it did not cross the 100 point and now back to 95. To cross the trendline it would have needed to hit ~105 per date location. Because the line is a joke and doesn't go anywhere near $105 if the downtrend was to hold. https://www.tradingview.com/x/RAwG89f6/ Sorry, on pretty much any downtrend channel you can draw, we broke through. Yup, major trendline breakthrough functions as a Schelling point (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focal_point_(game_theory)). So it has some definite, measurable influence.
