main difference is when you buy miner you own miner with same price and you will always have 1 miner. But if you buy FARM then you own hashing power that will be increased over time. Then you can sell FARM to US and we will give you miners with current hashing power. Want to increase hashing power peer FARM as much as possible.

Thank you for your interest in our taem members, we are currently working on making the business profiles and will disclose them on our website soon enough. We will post the link when we're done. It is legal, however after the holiday we are meeting with a lawyer to find out whether we will register it as a blockchain or as a company that rents a spot in a warehouse we own. That means that on the contracts you would be renting a place at our warehouse where we'll locate the mining machines.
About the income, the more minimg machines we have the bigger income FARM holders have, therefore it is difficult even for us to calculate the income at the beginning.
All the money that people will invest in FARM will be used for buying the mining machines that will be storaged in a special warehouse, everyone is welcome to come and check the place and the machines however you'd need to make an appointment with us first, let us know when you'd like to visit the warehouse because there might be many people and we need to make sure you'll all be satisfied.

All coins are currently on a founder wallet and will be moved back to the contract address.

Basically, if you invest this month you will recive your first payment with  the beginning of March, before ICO starts. People, who purchase FARM at the Donation Phase will recive their first profits before ICO starts, however it does not equal the Donation phase end date as we can not assume the specific date for that.
Our Team is a group of people with different experiences. Not all of us have had anything to do with mining itself, but we are all people with specifications. A head of our Team is a man after IT collage with 4 years of private trading and mining experience and 2 years of managing experience. He has been creating and perfecting this project for a year. As his right hand there is an electrican with 5 years of experience. Our head of communication is a lady who finnished tourist and communication collage.  Also, as a co-founder is a mechanic with 2 years of mining experience. On top of that there are people we cooperate with, such as Financial manager with 18 years of experience, a lawyer, a Czech and Slovak language advisor and some more.
The schedule for % is:
minimum 60%% of profit goes to our Investors,
maximum 30 % being spend on upgrading the mining
10% goes to cover all the costs.

So have you run some farm now? Please, do you have any concrete references and statisics? Also some contratcs with producers of hw? Are you own or rent warehouse? It will be on one place? Do you have contract, promise of permission from electricity distributing company?

So 100000FARM i can buy in donation phase for 50.000usd, and it is i 1% of all HP if you sell all ICOs, you spend this money for mining rigs/asics, right?
Other investors buy also FARMs 900000 to march 9% of all ICOs. And your personaly own 10% of all FARMS
so for 500.000usd you buy hw.
From this hw i become  0,01*0,60*hash power or 0,1*0,6*HP,
Or in model if you own 10% ICOs and investorst own also 10%, i like investor have profit 0,5*0,01*0,6*HP ?

Holder 1% = 100 000FARM= first reward 7000USD, next month +7%
in next 12 months reward increased +84%

Holder 0,1%= 10 000FARM= first reward 700USD, next month +7%
in next 12 months reward increased +84%

Holder 0,01%= 1000FARM= first reward 70USD, next month +7%

That is exactly why it is better to mine with us, you don't need to worry about any mining costs such as electricity bills.
Reaching this high percentage might be impossible for a private miner, when you mine for yourself e.g at home but it is possible with us. Why? By mining together we combine not only eth but also POS, bitcoin mining, solaris, masternode...  plus we cover all the costs.
For example, if 1000 people bought different miners, combined all the rewards and spent maximum 30% on upgrading the miners, by cooperating like this they would be able to reach higest income.

We offer the refund to our initial investors only. If you ask for refund after a year or so you will recive the miners worth the price of current hashing power, but your FARM coins will be taken down and you are going to have to mine on your own.

Do We have Any Proof that you will not Run away ? I like it coz We  should have most profitable combination in mining and stacking and for unlimited time. This all seems to be too good to be truth. And If it is real then inicial investors will be really happy. Right ?

The only proof for now is our word as we swear to be a good, honest company with great prospects but after we finish setting up our warehouse there will be the address and every Investor, every FARM Holder is more than welcome to come and see it. We will be uploading some photos as well.

You want 1300 ETH in "donations" without showing ANY kind of real information and some bot like replies. This looks like scam to me. Talking about warehouses that people can visit but your selling tokens as donations? Is it just me or does anyone else find all this kind or off a bit? Just my thoughts or maybe am the crazy one. I try to keep an open mind.   

I'm not exactly sure why are you saying that we aren't giving any real informations, have you checked our website? Twitter? Reddit? Facebook?
We created the Donation Phase to encourage people to invest, we wanted to let them pay a little bit less for start, just so that they could see if FARM really works and decide whether or not they want to invest more. We already have people who are happy with us, they recived the first profits payments and we've been in touch with them all the time, letting them know about all the changes and upgrades. I have. Just seems a bit off to me with the returns you are promising. 1 million usd (atm eth price) in "Donation Phase" what would be the need for the ICO? That would be more then enough to get a mining field let alone a farm started. Maybe am just a skeptical asshole. Best of luck   

We want FARM to be as massive as possible, our goal might seem to be a bit high, but that's because we aim high. We will see how it's going, maybe after setting up the first warehouse we will build another one, maybe not. Anyways we are hoping for the best. Thank you.

Yesterday we had a meeting with a lawyer.
We found out that it is impossible for us to register FARMvoin as a legal company for now.
Do not worry, that doesn't mean we don't want to do that.
There is no law about cryptocurrencies in Slovakia yet, therefore nothing we do is illegal. The government has stated that they are working on legalizing cryptocurrencies but we don't know how long before they're ready.
