Sounds great, I just joined the discord page. One thing though, what's the main purpose of this coin? The very low supply makes it appealing haha  ;D

The main purpose is basically a trading game, whom ever can get the 10 coins that will circulate market will also receive hidden reward, this reward might be publicly announced to increase demand of TKC ^^

I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this will work. Hope to see a more detailed explanation. Seems like an original idea though, and the extremely low supply is interesting.

OK so after installing wallet into my PC and get an address, what should i do in order to receive the airdrop? I see a lot of sophisticated details for the new coin with a lack of information about its real value and the position besides competitors (you must have competitors).

In the first stages there will be POS then its mostly depending on market trades and buy and sell. (fee goes to stakers) If the market is to slow some more coins might be air dropped from the 15 Coin wallet to make it possible to get 10 coins.

There will probably around 11 - 12.2 coins on the market/wallets, but just in case we are also calculating that some people might lose coins/wallets :). at-least that is the vision for the coin. there is lots of stuff to do like setting up a rank list of who owns the most like the top 3 or something would be nice to see.

Airdrop form (google form basically) will be released after wallets, then you paste your discord name and your address then the 0.1 TKC is split on all those people. Max participants is 1000 users.

release date should be around 3 Jan 2018, by then all the coming soon should be done this is preANN allowing users to join early :) the top says things can change along the way.

The maximum one would be able to hold would be around 12 coins :)

2. wait for release
3. wait for airdrop announcement
4. fill the google form and hope you are there before 1000 users register

so if only 50 people fill the form its 0.1 / 50 :)

It is clear! How about bounty #3? Can be reveal the secret and tell you that it will be necessary for the third round, or at least tell the date when will be announce!

Great concept, I really suggest joining the discord since it will be the distribution method and will also help draw more attention to the purpose of the coin.

The developer of this coin is the same developer for shield https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2234453.0 he is the core programmer, i just do a lot of other things :)

Is this because the Dev wallet would hold the other 13 TCK thereby earning over 50% of the staking reward until 'buy & sell' orders brought those coins away from the Dev Account/s. Which would be impossible without paying whatever price Dev, being holder of 13/25 coins, chose. This would likely pay Any Coin King Rewards along the way & also be enough for the +51% required for attack which you refer to at the beginning correct?

I think 1 TKC would be equivalent to 5 bitcoin even more than 5 BTC

i think that depends on how committed somebody is for the reward :D, so the smartest thing would be to hodl and wait until all coins have been mined then start making high end orders :) or hodl longer and wait for price to rise :) what we are giving away in airdrop is 0.0001 i think most transactions will be around 0.000000010 maybe :) and still be worth a great lot :D who knows.

this coin will be used for discord servers mostly :) we will announce more at a later time what the coin will be used for the first time, this can of course be expanded ^^

not only that but only 11-12 coins will be circulating market, the rest is to hold so nobody can own over 51% that is malicious :D

Idea sounds cool, scarcity of supply is cool! Dev seems the same of XSH (shield) ...so i think at least, guarantee a good develop!

Regarding the 13-14 coins never to be moved -- will that be hard coded into the protocol? What I mean is, the 13-14 can stake and produce more coins, but in terms of transactions the 13-14 are effectively burned?

We hold a big market share of coins for staking so that the goal of 10 coins can be reached, the way we do this is by having 10-15 coins (1 in the premine) that are only meant to forward the chain
This is a workaround the 51% attack problem of PoS, and any coins that we deem "not needed" will be recirculated for exchange fees or competitions/marketing

Why not list on both Stocks.Exchange and Coinsmarket ? I am not sure but I didnt think that Coinsmarket was very expensive to get listed on?

Right now the goal is just to become king (try to collect 10 coins), later 2018 we are planning on making the coin usable in discord servers :) such as buying ranks, donating, other functions that might include payment using  TKC. This is still very early, we might expand the use of TKC depending on the demand of the coin.

This has to be one of the crazier projects I've seen but I like it  :D

So it looks like there are 2 main prizes that can be gained by accumulating coins:

1. TheCoinKing - for owning 10 coins in your wallet
2. King's gift - for being the first to own 1 coin in a wallet (I think)


It sounds like the gift release isn't part of the protocol it's just what the dev's decide to award to the winner at the time.


I like the scoreboard Idea. I wonder if there is some way to have a leaderboard listed within the wallet itself.

Another interesting thing I just thought of: there might be some creative ways for people to set up pools to collect enough coins to get each reward. You could end up with a leaderboard of competing pools trying to each win the King's gift and/or become TheCoinKing  :)

Now setting up a pool could work yes but only one can receive those gifts :), so there can only be one coin king :) but of course a pool could be setup with trusted host, as this would lead to the 1 coin reward that is 10% of dev funds :), the pool owner could split it, now i don't encourage POS pools for this coin, as people can get fraudulent and keep the coins to him/herself, so keep that in mind!
