I have one very very important question and that is regarding stop loss and trailing stop system, for example, in poloniex, when you put a stop loss and the market shoots down passing your stop loss, most of the time the trigger won't be activated or it will simply put a limit order in the order book effectively making this stop loss useless.

the main purpose of stop loss and trailing stop is to close your position, for example, lets say i have 10 eth and i want to put a trailing stop with 30 dollar, what i expect to see, is that if my trailing stop hits, it will sell the amount i told it, regardless of what is happening in order book, but what poloniex does is that it will put a simple sell order and the market can completely ignore that order, in other words, making that stop loss or any other similar system useless.

so, the question is, how does your system work?

also, in the picture i see that you are using tradingview for charting, nice, but, did you ever test the paper trading system on trading view itself? give it a try, specially it's DOM and the ability to move your stop and take profit in the chart view itself and how they behave, maybe then you will better understand what a professional trading system should behave like (no offense but i never saw a similar thing in crypto but i saw it on forex trading softwares like ninja trader etc...)

can you really list 1000 currencies from the start???

Of course not. They don't know what they are talking about. They don't even understand the technical difficulty to make it work to list so many coins, with so many different protocols and require different types of wallet. For comparison, long standing exchanges like binance, bittrex, poloniex... only support 100-250 coins now.

They say "traders from 170 countries are interested in working with us". Well the site isn't even up yet.

This was a mistake that has been admitted and corrected. Initially 1000 trading pairs were meant. While there are 1000+ coins/tokens out there and adding them is possible from the technical point of view, however it won't make any sense from the business point of view.

So we will be adding 1000 trading pairs, which can be made by up 100+ coins.


It's extremely easy to make the 'scam' allegations, even easier so without doing a proper background check (or even reading previous pages). We totally understand this, yet we take every opportunity to explain UPcoin is not scam.

Prior to acquiring upcoin.com, we did a background check and found out the domain had been previously involved in some sort of an MLM scheme, HOWEVER UPcoin the exchange is not affiliated with it. Neither are we affiliated with UPcoin the coin (XUP), - the latter appeared on the market prior to the exchange.

The bonus we give is an offer with good standing and all applicants continue to receive it. However the terms of this offer will be reviewed and changed within 48 hours.

You also said UPcoin Exchange was posting comments on behalf of the users - this is simply not true because all our resources are allocated to customer support via our official communication channels. Our official channels are in Telegram, Twitter and on Facebook.

Another detail we would like to reveal from behind the scenes:

Quick question on the referral fee's, so for example you have 28 qualified referrals and Partner level, but fail to hit 30. Do you receive the fees generated by just the first 10 or all 28 active users

Hello, that is true - launch was initially scheduled to start on March 1, 2018, however there are certain things that are causing delays. Our dev team has been forced to push the opening date, and at this point they have all the power. After all, we need to make sure everything is working properly when we open.

We won't be updating the timer any more. Instead, we will switch to a new website and a new customer dashboard this week. Both are ready and waiting for the rollout.

Finally, we are maintaining communication with our community, explaining things and answering questions.
