Everyone know BTC is King, but now maybe everything changed. BTC is still King but it don't worship as before.
Recent time, hundreds of billions of dollars have been poured in Crytocurenncy but only poured in Altcoin, especially XRP. So what do you think about that?

1/ The return of the King and Altcoin will drop very much
2/ BTC will up but Alt don't drop much
3/ BTC can hardly increase again as investors' confidence is losing
4/ I don't know will what happen. I still keep my BTC.

XRP has a huge potential of surpassing Bitcoin in term of Market Cap.
As you cans see currently Bitcoin marketcap dominance is at all time low only 35% compared to what we had seen before 45%+
For the moment I'm just holding Bitcoin as I don't really know what will happen,but doesn't keep me away from investing in some Altcoins.

your misinformed now, seems that TRX is gonna overtake XRP, yes XRP is great, but people want to invest in something that has more then bank power. 

I am choosing the 4th Option, "4/ I don't know will what happen. I still keep my BTC'' But i wish if Bitcoin and altcoin pump together then that will be awesome for all crypto holders. And i hope it will happen soon.  :D Hope for the best  :)

even the total trading volume of the whole market is not that much let alone be poured into altcoins!

it is the altcoin pumping season baby. enjoy it while it lasts and just like last time it will leave behind so many people wounded with lighter wallets.

altcoins are always getting pumped like this, try not to get too excited about them for long or you will regret it.

I think you should still keep your Bitcoin because I think Bitcoin's price will pump in the future. It's not that investors lose confidence in Bitcioin that whale shells are trying to get Bitcoin dump to buy it cheaply.

Many people said that 2018 is this year of Altcoin. What do you thing about that?

Dont lose confidence in Bitcoin. It has already overcome several challenges and has proved itself. These slumpy moments are normal. It will pumped back again. Lets just wait and keep our bitcoins.

I think the Good choice is to keep more kind of cryptos than just BTC.

bitcoin seems to be consolidating now before the next big price surge. hold your seat guys because we are in for a big ride.

I see that bitcoin will always be king, until bitcoin stock runs out. and other altcoin conditions some will rise and some will go down, but will happen quickly.

Bitcoin dominance has definitely gone down a lot, and I too think this is because a lot of money has been flowing into alts instead of BTC.
For now coins like XRP are just the flavour of the week, have a little patience and see where it will be at in a week or two weeks time, for some reason every other week there is a new coin getting hyped up a lot. As with anything that goes up really high it must come down again, imo ripple shouldnt be the number 2. It is a centralized coin....

 I think BTC is king all time.but I am support of tropic in4.btc all time best ferform for the markets.but altcoin is other drop much.so we are trying very hardly work for invest or keep,than the btc is growing every time up.so must be use btc.

I think its is just normal. The price of BTC will not be always going up. I would think that BTC will go up and alts will not drop much, more likely that alts will go up as the BTC's price goes up.

the market is now full with people and investors that are looking to make profit, so what do you think will happend. they are not going to buy and hold btc because day trading of altcoins is more profitable

I'll go with number 2 bitcoin will definitely increase in value and Altcoins will still be the same or can make a fair movement like bitcoin, Even though we see things in a different way and right now that the price of bitcoin has a resistance and a lot of Altcoins are all green and good for investing we can not say that bitcoin has stop it's movement because I think it is just gaining momentum for a come back.

With the increase in the value of Bitcoin, I believe that alt-coins investors will move their funds (or say most of the funds) from altcoins to BTC again during the next rally and that will put the adverse effect on the price of altcoins. However, since BTC is somewhat stable at this point, investors are preferring to play the game in the alt-coin category due to multifold returns and chaotic environment. I am still BTC supporter for the long run.

I think it's nothing at all to worry about. It's good that the crypto market is growing, because I believe that most of that money will inevitably go back to Bitcoin anyway. Crypto money usually hangs around the crypto market, and Bitcoin has the best long term prospects as things currently stand. It's a little concerning for sure, with the high fees, and with Ripple's explosive growth, but Bitcoin is still head and shoulders above its competition and that's not going to change for a while.

I still keep my Btc, even don't know exactly what is happen. But as increasing XRP so fast in these last month, i think it could be signal that people are starting interest invest into altcoin now, which transaction fees much lower and can confirmed fast rather than Btc.

bitcoin is doing nothing just that it is going sideways while everyone accumulates more and more of it at this stable price and many traders have also moved to altcoins to join the pumps so that they can make more money to have more bitcoin when they see the dips they buy in.

king and queen,... are meaningless words.

That's right, it's neither positive nor negative, the both bulls and bears are just uncertain which keeps price going sideways until we will have a group of determined buyers or sellers that will start moving prices significantly.

I guess many of us have the same problem as it is with your number 4.

We dont know what the future holds but we know many investors are getting weary about the fees and the time to spend just for the transaction to be completed.
But for me, this is a good one. Bitcoin can rest for a while and the traffic will be cleaned up.
Those who are making low transactions might end up with other altcoins which is also a great help to avoid heavy traffic again.
But at the end, bitcoin is the number 1 used to buy those alts. Then, bitcoin will be doing transactions with a heavy amount of USD only.

I don't think that there will be any better than bitcoin in terms of profit, but with the recent netowrk problems and how transactions take a long time to reach its destination and the crazy fees, alongside the many ailling attempts to fix it by doing fork after fork, cryptocurrency investors have turned toward altcoins and espacillly the new ones where thier price is not that high and they dump a lot of moeny into them in order to boost it and make people invest in them as well, i don't think that bitcoin will start witnessing any big changes as a lot of people still have hopes for it and still hold a lot of moeny in it, in hopes for it to come back again, in the mean time it is better to take advantage of the altcoin market as it is seeing a lot of mouvement espacialy ripple which has surpassed ethereum in terms of market cap as we speak.

Actually BTC is highest value crypto right now, It is doing tremendous job in terms of trad able coin right.everybody wants to hold bitcoin for its future.
and bitcoin also help us to survive because many of us earning from it. One more thing BTC is  threatening Governments  because its highest price,

I would ask the same question about bitcoin, the recent pump in bitcoin value has been
a bump in the fees, allot of users are complaining about bitcoin fees going up and I hope this
issue could be fix soon or else it would be best to get an alternative coin to use.

When Ripper and ETH try to move beyond bitcoin, bitcoin will use its own gains to tell them who is the boss of cryptocurrency markets.hhhh

i think most likely when BTC go up, Altcoin wil go down. Because i notice that. Maybe I'm wrong. As August 2017, when BTC increase dizziness, Altcoin fall very much, as XRP down from 0,00024000btc to 0,00001200btc at early December 2017. Do you think history will repeat?

I bought NXT at price 0,00008000btc, you think i should sell it. I'm also afraid when BTC go up, NXT will drop more now.

Bitcoin has an unforeseen future nestled somewhere in time. In my opinion, people are using BTC right now as their store of value due to sideways movement of its price then they convert it to alts to multiply and increase their BTC holdings. The Bull run we've seen last year is exhausting for bitcoin, let it rest for now and hope for the best of what's ahead of us.

Options 1 to 3 can happen this year but i think i'd go with number 4 option. There are no assurances about what can happen but i fully trust that btc will retain its status no matter how strong the top alts get. Ripple is probably a bigger threat now than eth or bcc so i'd keep an eye on xrp as well

I think after a long observation this is just a cycle of rotation in the world of bitcoin where when the price of bitcoin down and stable therein altcoin turn up and vice versa as it will happen repeatedly in a time, that's my opinion.

I think we will see another option:
BTC will up and still stay the King but we will see some Alt`s to make a really huge jump up.
There are currencies that fly straight to the sky.

Actually, part of the community is freaking out for... nothing. Bitcoin has chaotic moves, so what has happened since november, is just a "normal chaos".

There are ups and downs, no one can forecast what will actually happen. What is true, though, is that with time, more and more people join the community.

Maybe, this will be enough to trigger off a societal change. Maybe not. Who knows? ;)

I think both of them will experience an increase as it goes hand in hand like that and it will happen because the use of cryptocurrency also increases every day so market demand for altcoin and Bitcoin will remain the same

I will go with your first choice, Bitcoin will come back strongly and altcoins will drop again.

Wait for it when those investors that gained that much with altcoins get back and starts riding bitcoin again. XRP seems to be a big shot now after having the banks on its side. And people who are investing on it does love to support it but wait for it when these big chunks starting to take profits. I don't know when it will happen but when it does for sure everyone will be getting back their confidence to bitcoin.

My guess is that bitcoin will come back very strong in the coming weeks or months. There are many altcoin booms, we are going through another one right now. It usually is just a matter of time before altcoin fever subsides and bitcoin goes on a joy ride :)

Bitcoin will certainly begin to grow again in 2018, but I will not forget about violas either, I personally hold 30% of the deposit in bitcoins.

I would say that BTC would go up again and altcoins also would not drop much.We should carefully notice that only the altcoin ripple which is being supported by most banks has started to rise suddenly in its marketcap and surprisingly not much in its price i think.I heavily doubt that it might be an indirect attack over bitcoin by the bankers.

But we could see a ray of hope in this new year beginning since bitcoin price has started to rise once again reaching $17,040.I expect altcoin markets also to face a small increase in prices.

 Do not despair and really lots of some testing and that I prove my self there is a very good moment here we are still normal .and even back then we just wait and hold our bitcoin and I see bitcoin is always high in your rate until bitcoin stock run out and others in the conditions usually will rise and often downward but it really happens quickly and hopefully the price will reach more than a million  in 2018, and from still keep my bitcoin though nothing is going on but with the xrp.increase of instant it passed for a few months for me is really a sign to those who started investing in their
 investment here in altcoin now where to exchange fees much low and confirmed .fast than btc.that's right really neither positive or negative is just like every bulls and bears are just worthless even If you are hiding of price  side ways until we have a group to determined that there is a buy and sells.this is the first way of moving the price in btc.

the bitcoin course will always grow, but that does not mean that the altcoins are lost in this universe!

Now Bitcoin is king in all digital currency.all know in cryptocurrency Bitcoin position is high.Bitcoin play strong role in digital currency.already Bitcoin do many good things.now people are using Bitcoin  and store it.I feel when Bitcoin grow up and Altcoin are down.

Bitcoin was rising so fast in the november and decembar of 2017, and nowadays when BTC stop its almost exponential rise, some people start roumers.
I think that this is only begining of the BTC kingdom.

For me Bitcoin is still the best coin to hold for long term, for now people invest in alt coin because it's more profitable, but Bitcoin got a real usage, when most of the investors back to Bitcoin, Bitcoin will reach ATH again, but in the future when Bitcoin is rising again the alt won't drop too much because we already got more investors join in crypto

Probably because of insanely high fees and slow transactions, people that uses bitcoin often, they have probably decided to use some other crypto till everything become normal again. That could be a reason why there are rising in altcoins value. And it will continue to be like that as long as bitcoin is in situation like this. If nothing is changed this could lead to destruction of bitcoin. Bitcoin have some serious problems that needs to be dealt with, or it will become dead legend...

People keep saying there is supposed to be some "return of the king" like Bitcoin had left at some point and is supposed to be making a comeback. It never left the top spot, ever. Even now XRP is collapsing under its own weight(?) and has decreased nearly 30% over the past 24 hours, it's far from being a formidable opponent for Bitcoin and is comfortably sliding back down to where it was before. Ethereum started to move back up to the position it had held before XRP took off, and now we wait and see what happens with them in the meantime.

Aside from XRP and ETH I see no cryptos that have a chance in hell of actually competing with Bitcoin. I don't think there's any need to worry about Bitcoin being pushed away for a while.

The Bitcoin price is currently unstable at all, predicting the exchange rate will drop in the near future. In the future, it is predicted that Bitcoin Cash will replace Bitcoin and rise to become the world's most powerful crypto, at which time Bitcoin Cash will be used for every purchase.

Bitcoin's market price value will regain back its usual rate and is currently the most powerful cryptocurrency at this present time. I think there is still a big opportunity for bitcoin investors as there are many people joining in the bitcoin community. Financial markets were now dealing bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies  as a legitimate financial
assets.

For me I think it's best to hold your Btc in your wallet but not all of it try to invest 10% from your Bitcoin savings on alts because Bitcoin is not perfect currency many other currencies have other advantage like more secure more privacy less trx fees faster transactions so do some little searching and trade some of your bitcoins on various Alts that have potential of multiplaying many times like we have seen with ripple. Bitcoin wouldn't be multiplaying that much but it values will stay stable and no risks on keeping just Bitcoin that is why I only recommend trading just a some to Alts because not all of them will succeed anyone of them can be the next big thing or it's just another alt.

It is dying, because it cannot survive against modern competition and has no chance in the future 

the market is not only met by investors, buyers and sellers, but altcoin also increases every day.
BTC holders will not hold everything, certainly some of BTC in the wallet, will be traded.

As what happen in the market trend, we can't really predict what will happen next compared before. It seems that, manipulation of some whales in the market are getting strong and it could really affect the price in all cryptocurrencies.

I think bitcoin is equivalent to the U.S. dollar and will stabilize in the future. Other currencies will fluctuate very much

Very hard to tell .Newebies are buying more then bitcoin now (use to be all only bitcoin from new people to crypto ) .They buying into ripple and etherum also .It hard to tell really

All we got to do for now is observed and hodl while bitcoin is planning for something that is good for us. But if investors are losing some confident of bitcoin, then it can make bitcoin's market cap and price drop or in a stagnant status. Well, no matter what, i am going to hodl my bitcoin for good.

Dropping, someone want to control the bitcoin (large institution). They drop na marketcap of cypto from 800B to 710B.  I smell something fishy but eventually it will go pump again.

I will choose four, because I am not yet familiar with other, after I learned bitcoin knowledge, perhaps I will go to learn about other investment sectors, Bitcoin is still quite satisfied for the time being.
