Well every single coin will be pumped eventually.  You can see Verge than RaiBlocks and now tron. There many others as well now everyone is talking about tron. I mean congratulations to holders since they had faith in coin.

It seems big capital (wall street, hedge funds) is getting into some altcoins bigly.

The party for tron was for me making 30x. I dont care so much if its up 2x today as my money is already in better projects that are still low and i already made bigger gains than the 2x now of tron. I still hold a good amount of tron and congrats to everyone who bought them way too late and now got 2x at least.

I just made 100x, I'm shaking here. First time experience for me  :o

Sadly, I can't buy this coin right now, because my btc is in mercatox which is in maintenance right now. I hope this exchange site is not a scam because it's been two days since it gone maintenance. I want to buy and hold TRX from my XRB earnings. I hope It's not too late for me to buy TRX, I hope this coin will soon to be like XRB.

It is just a madness. I think now the best time to sell half of it, however the price can go on up for several days or a week. We all in a bubble guys, and this bubble can blow up in a random time.

Why is tron mooning? Was there any announcement I missed, or is it just the general market sentiment pushing the price up?

The pump is real, low priced coins are really performing well lately. Well all coins are performing well but especially those with low unit prices. Tron has great backing and with that was always going to perform well in Asian markets

I always say that real money is actually done in crypto by HODLING to the GOOD projects, and this requires people to actually do their research and not invest based on hype or FOMO. Congratulations to all who bought TRON early and still HODL it.

Sadly, I have not joined the Tron (TRX) craze because when I looked at the chart, the green candles are already very high and I was expecting for a little correction. Damn! I was wrong again. But no problem, I always have this safe way of doing things. I though it was already a bit of a gamble to enter when the pump has been going on. But now, Tron is still pumping and increased at least a hundred percent.

It has a strong team and permanent development as I know. And.. of course it meets modern requirements. Maybe somebody knows more reasons. For me I see only these.

In general, the project is not bad, but such a rapid growth frightens. In my opinion, it is highly overvalued now, at least by comparison with its neighbors in the top 10 on the coinmarket. In my opinion, such projects should be at no higher than 20th place in terms of capitalization.

Tron is now ranked #6 in CoinMarketCap. Price is still under a dollar so it is still affordable. I think it is still a good time to invest while price is low before it goes totally crazy!

This is why cashing out all your earnings is a huge mistake, convert your big profits you got in altcoins to bitcoin and cashout half, if you invested a significant amount of money half is more than enough, keep holding the rest and invest in other projects and with time your wealth in bitcoin will surpass many times your wealth in fiat.

I'm not sure if I understand you well, but for me, no. I'm a long time holder and believer in this project; diversifying my portfolio to the chinese market, I thought of this project as the most promising plus idealistically very interesting - decentralized entertainment platform with right of ownership on own content. I will hold, even in harder times, because I believe this is the change the www needs. So my money will stay in this project, and sometimes I will cash a bit to have fun. And I will use my Trons on the platform in a year or 2. And I'll breed some dogs  :D :D

Tron price surge for the past several days is faster than the well known cryptocurrencies llike bitcoin and litecoin witha weekly growth of 512% according to coinmarketcap. Some reasons for tron surges is the recent announcements of tron developer about his upcoming partnership with some well known business entities  in the market.

Hi. Sorry to ask this this way, I'm not the kind of guy that asks other to the research for him, but I had a pretty messed up day with my family (my mother had an accident and my grandmother is dying  :( ) and now I'm trying to catch up with cryptos, but obviously I have to take care of these important events. I've read a few comments about TRX and some where saying congratulations! or that we are going to be rich and everything. I know that yesterday there was live stream from Beijing, but a few posts said that it didn't met up to the expectations. I'll get to work now and try to understand this, but please could someone explain me what this fuss is all about? The price and market cap is below yesterday's value (if, after the streaming TRX has a bright future, then it's time to buy), when I read the posts I thought that a MAJOR rise had occured, but nope. Or was all this because of the spike it had a couple of days ago? Has something fundamental changed with TRX after the streaming? I'll research, believe me I'll do it, but could some kind soul please tell me in little words what happened? If it not were for my family issues, I would be reading my ass off and posting my own opinion (which I will). Familiy comes first, but a little help here would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The thing is, TRON made some big announcements regarding partnerships, a dog game similar to the ethereum cat game coming out in China and a coin burn will take place on the 10th of Jan. That, and the whole project is kicking into gear, starting to take form from the idea it was to actually becoming something. Last but not least, the founder (Justin Sun, check his twitter) is doing well on the marketing front, updating a lot and being smart in general.
If I'd were you, I'd get in TODAY (little dip) to hooooooodl for the future (1 year or so) to make some nice bucks.

Any ideas why some people said that the stream didn't live up to the expectations? Was because they thought the partnership was with something like Microsoft or Alibaba? Justin Sun is a very smart guy, and I think I've not read enough about this coin. I will.

PS: so, all those "we are going to be rich in 2 days" comments were the common hype after a nice announcement? I currently own only 2,000 TRX, guess I'll buy more.

I think indeed it will rise slowly, this sudden change 2 nights ago I didn't see coming at all. Although the coin burn will do a good rise I think.
2000 TRON is nice, but if I were you, I'd put some more in. I think this will be at least $1 before the half of the year. But take your own decision, you know what you want and can do.

it really depends on how much you can loose, and what you risk tollerance is.
Even though multiples of 10x are not uncommon the inverse can also be true (see bitcoin 2014 from 11xx to 1xx).

But with its cheap price right now do you think it is worth it to buy and invest more of this coin?

$1 would put it at a $65748192474.14535 marketcap, so I would say "unlikely". Of course the chances are less than 20%. However if you use good risk management and can free roll your investment, you could make a lot of money with this coin.

Chill man, Tron has gone up but that's yet again a shitty pump and dump activity. Be careful if you keep your coins in  an exchange, they might mistake you to be a part of a pump and dump group which may consequently result in your account getting banned. Also if you're living in a world thinking that Tron has gone up due to its excellent credibility and stuff, know that such is not a case. Just a pump and dump activity for people to profit.

True. Also (the new) people buy it because it's cheap. Not saying it's a bad project per se but just really overrated at the moment. I assume Justin Sun does a good job at marketing though and sure promises a lot. At this market cap I really wouldn't buy TRON for what they actually have achieved.

I see your point about how overhyped and well marketed it is, although they have partnerships in the pipelines that will open up direct access to over 100 000 000 users potentially using the TRON coin. All this is expected to rapidly progress in the opening quarter of this year.

There is a lot of speculation out there about how Tron is not active or achieving any real-word results but that is simply not true. they have already announced the partnership with o-bike, peiwo, and game.com. These sites have direct access to huge amounts of customers who will be using the protocol very shortly.

I mean you can sit around and wait too see it all happen, but by that time, the investors who were able to look in to the future and take a risk on the awesome team behind it, those investors will be rewarded big time.

I try to stick with projects which actually 'have something to show', real use cases and actual development and progress. TRON is basically a 11B whitepaper. Great marketing, barely a product and releasing partnerships with companies the founder founded (Peiwo).
Actually I don't mind people buying TRON, it's their decision. Unfortunately I fear this could all affect the whole market when it goes to shit one day.

It's common practice to invest in early stage idea's, it's high risk, but high reward.

A companies value is merely nothing more than a figure which the pubic determines by measuring supply versus demand.

I think the fact that TRON is apparently "nothing more than a whitepaper" and has attracted such great demand should actually speak volumes to the power of Tron and what the future might hold in store for them.

Huge props to those who were able to HODL!  Definitely some life changing gains in TRX these past few weeks.  Sold out way too early myself to invest in other projects.  Gotta work on my HODLING - part of the problem is I have trouble just sitting with an x5 or x10 gain when there are so many other great projects.

Tron hype is real. Coin increased a lot in very short tome and reached very good numbers and then it fell sharply. Even in this situation i am still profiting 4x and I am pretty sure it go above $1 before too long. We just need to be patient and positive.

Pump and dump coin in my opinion.

I don't mind if I lose on TRX because I never put all of my eggs in a single basket. I have more coins/tokens that I'm holding and going to deposit more from the profits that I generated in my portfolio.

I bought TRON when it was $0.17, but it falls down to $0.08. I never regret, I'm #HODLing TRX for the long-term. I had a vision where TRON will become successful in the future. I don't know when, but I just believe it will.

every project needs time. The TRX has a very interesting idea. It should be taken into account that it is from China, and in 2018 - as they say it will be the year of Chinese currencies. Try to study this project in more details.

TRON has already grown by more than 50% at Binance. This indicates that the project is very strong and has a great potential. If you have not sold this coin yet, then you will soon have the opportunity to get a good profit.
