You can sign up at poloniex, but be prepared that you have to send them a picture where they can see your face and your id.

Kraken is also an option, but unfortunately it's very slown and not so much fun to trade there.

You can also try Cryptopia.

lately there has been an exponential increase in registrations and activities in each exchanges and many have not been able to handle this traffic. The exchanges need to find solutions to optimize their services including customer support.
If you have a little patience you will see that in a short time almost all the exchange will reopen the registrations.

The following exchanges still accepts new registrations Cryptopia, Poloniex, HitBTC, Bitfinex. Exchanges like Bittrex and Binance are not accepting new registrations for now but I would rather wait for registrations to open again in Bittrex and Binance rather than register in Cryptopia and Poloniex. The customer support in Poloniex is non existent.

Has bittrex stopped accepting registrations too? If they haven't, then they're pretty good. One up and coming exchange is Kucoin, volume is decent there and I would recommend for you to sign up before they too close registrations. Good luck!

Wait now!
There are many others, but I personally did not trade there because I can not say that it's weighty!
For example there is Hit BTC, Yobit, Okkex, etc.
But I would not risk myself there)

Most major exchanges up grade their system to giving the best services into members crypto activity, you should know that. Second reason is, to finish problem about members transaction, mostly because delay and verification. You can choose local exchanges or buy/ sell to trusted friend. But I think hitbtc and bittrex still accept new registration. Go now and try it but remember to always read their rules before decides to make transactions.

In this respect you should know about trading platform. Knowing all things about a exchanger can help you. On bittrex, etherdelta, hitbtc, binance, hitbtc are more trusted and safe exchanger. Here you can find most of crypto currency what you want to buy.

It seems to me that only for a beginner In this area there is an insurmountable sense of fear, But if several times a person will receive a medium or good profit, this feeling will eventually leave him. The main thing is to have confidence in yourself and that you are doing everything right.  With the help of which exchange it's all already done, then this is a matter of superfluous preferences, who have any views on bittrex Or for example on ethDelta r. For example, I think the most successful trading on ethDelta.

Yes i agree with you and even myself facing with the same problem as i can see that my account is not opened after many registrations and now major exchanges like Binance, Zebpay and many other exchanges are facing difficulties in opening accounts and it's all because of the number of accounts opening process is been increasing from past several days and bitcoin & cryptocurrency are being a source of income in many countries and for that reason government is restricting the new account opening process.

It is true that gradually seems to be complicating the process of registering in the most recognized exchanges, but fortunately due to the exponential growth of the market there is a growing number of exchanges that are just beginning and dozens of more projects to come as ApolloDAE and Arbidex, so which only remains to be patient and to make some extra effort to gather the required documentation, because usually they are not so difficult to obtain.

You don't need to be signed up to an exchange to buy alts (unless they're only traded on an exchange), you can purchase them from the altcoin marketplace here on BTCtalk.

Alternatively, try signing up to one of the smaller exchanges, as the bigger ones (polo, bittrex etc) are closed for new registrations.

Yes major exchanges close their registration while they upgrade their internal architecture.

The best exchange you can register now is based on your location. Just go local first, it might still open registration.

Seems you already experienced that there are some exchanges that are not accepting your registrations because most of the major exchanges upgraded their security system in order to serve anyone with their best service. There are exchanges that are delayed due to their security. There are some who still accept new registration like Cryptopia, Polonies, Bitfinex and others. You should search for more if nothing works on what I’ve said because for sure you will find more.

Maybe you can register new account at Poloniex, Bitfinex or others. Poloniex and Bitfinex is the major exchange that have trust from many people.  Exchanges like Bittrex and Binance are not accepting new registrations but I would wait for registration to open again in Bittrex rather because I see bittrex have most tool to analyze.

One of the reasons of other exchnages why they don’t accept a new registration is because of their security. Another thing is the increase of new registrations which is a big problem and might cause traffic or buffering of data. If you want to know what are the reasons of their service then you should search their site and ask them about their services because for sure there is someone who can help you and give you enough  knowledge about their service problem.

I think Poloniex is the best option for him to buy altcoins because it has low deposit and withdrawal fee when compared to the other exchanges.
But I don't know whether they stopped the new registration or not.

There are many ways you can buy but altcoin that you like. You can buy altcoin when it sells ICO, this is a profitable investment, if you have not bought it at ICO then you can wait it on commercial sites and then use bitcoin to buy the altcoin. That, you can also buy from your loved ones. These are some of the ways that I usually use to buy altcoin.

It depends on which coin you need to buy. To avoid such bullshit like verifications, limits and so on I suggest you to use decentralized exchanges. For example I really like Waves decentralized exchange because it is safe, user-friendly and with good daily volumes. Check it out!

You can see that bitcoin and altcoin prices have been rummaging for hours. The reduction in bitcoin has led to a decrease in the price of altcoin, so I think it is a good time to buy altcoin and trade it on BTC. There are so many reputable trading platforms and I think you can buy on Binance, this is new and there are a lot of incentives for you.

If you want to buy all currency so you need to learn which coin is very good for you and which coin is very valuable in this online market then you can decided to which you want to buy. if you don't know which best coin and if you buy the fake coin you can loss your whole money so at first you learn which best currency in this world then you need to some Bitcoin or ethereum to buy all currencies.

We can see the market in recent days is fluctuating continuously and extremely complex. Therefore, in order to capture the market, you need to keep track of wherever you are. I think the point where you can buy the most suitable altcoin is when the bitcoin price increases and the altcoin price drops, then you will be able to optimize the amount of bitcoin you buy altcoin. Or you can buy at a time when the bitcoin price goes by.

In buying altcoins, check here at https://coinmarketcap.com/ , click the coin you want to buy and click market tab. You can see all available exchange to choose from.
