But have in mind that there are a lot of Hero+ members that have provided this evidence and are waiting still months to get a reply from theymos or Cyrus. The process of recovering an account is slow as hell and essentially broken, just look at the meta section, it's filled with people getting hacked and waiting to get a reply. They should hire more trusted people for the job to fasten the process but for some reason they refuse to do so, the result is people waiting forever for a solution even after provided all the evidence needed to prove you own the account. I have only one bitcoin address, but it is the bitcoin address on poloniex. I use only that address but on the trading floor can not sign the message. Lucky for the victim he will get back his bitcointalk account soon maybe. Wow this literally made me ,any protips how to prevent people's from hacking our accounts here? Hopefully you will get you're account back. now it's difficult to hack bcoz they implemented alert system,so you will get email once hacker changed any changes in your account. My account has been hacked before implement this system, it means it's 9 month ago... Noted that, good security implement.
