I'd say many airdrops are legit however it's up to you to do the research on the team and at least read the whitepaper before joining them, since no doubt they'll require you to post to your facebook and twitter. You want to make sure your recommendation to others are trustworthy.

These are two different concepts, in the first one you just fill the table, and in the other you fill out the table and within a week you carry out the tasks.

This is what I like on airdropalert since they do have notifications regarding on updates. Talking about about legitimacy we cant really directly point out if those are legit ones or not as long they are not asking for some money then it should be fine to join in since we are just giving out common informations like username, email or any other things required on most airdrop. Its not really bad to join up because they do only require less time compared on bounty camps.

Previously their used to be some real airdrop which had some good prices when the coins used to get listed in the exchanges but now it is all thrash normally and complete waste of time considering the efforts you put under all such airdrops. Better to invest this time somewhere else rather than wasting on such things.

Depends on the project. Look up Airdroptator for some good quality drops. Also go through the Alternative Cryptocurrency Announcements section and push Ctrl +F and type in "airdrop" to find good ones here.

Title: Re: Any legit airdrops?
Post by: nndep3m on January 17, 2018, 03:59:40 AM
If you do enough research before signing up you can focus your efforts on only joining a few quality airdrops instead of a lot of lower quality ones that are more likely to be scams. I found in the past that quality is better than quantity. Look at projects such as eBTC - this airdrop went up in value a lot (some $2500 USD in value at one point from a single airdrop). Other projects such as Hadron might be promising for future airdrops. Also consider bounty campaigns that are not widely adopted yet - they often give great initial stakes before too many people join. One such example here is puregold.io

Good luck in your airdrops and remember to always play it fair - Don't create multiple accounts to join the same airdrops as not only do you disrespect the team and other community members when doing this, you also risk having all your tokens confiscated. A better alternative to maximize your airdrop on a single project is to find how you can increase your stakes - such as by promoting the project through Facebook or Twitter. Projects that offer these additional stakes for their airdrops are often more legit anyway than the scams that only wish to harvest your e-mail, ETH address and BCT account combinations.

Airdrops are given free, you just need to input your user account name and wallet address in the google form while bounties on the other hand, will require some work, like following and liking the coin/token's official page or retweeting some of their tweets.

There are various telegram groups & channels you can follow, and apart from that there are also facebook groups you can join.
But whether the airdrop is legit or not, is not something you can decide from the start. And joining airdrops have pros and cons, you are getting it free but you ar exchanging your time for it. So for a start try to find those that have really good writeups with promising business ideas.

There are currently many legit airdrops. It is advisable that you select the indexed cryptos and during the e-wallet promotion. You can refer to the ETHLend airdrop, just create an Eidoo wallet before 10/01/2018 that you will have the opportunity to receive crypto ETHLend into the Eidoo wallet, which is an attractive airdrop.

You can't find any legit airdrop nowadays, most of them are just shitcoins. Though if you are lucky enough, some of their coins might pump and some are just for a show or scam coins for investors. That's why it is important that you look to their whitepaper and roadmap, although airdrop is just free it's just depend on us if we join or not. You will find the list of airdrops here (https://airdropalert.com/).

polymath is legit
do you know when they give reward to participants?

They want your Home address and your valid government id, Don't you think  they are asking too much in the name of KYC in airdrop.
What is current worth of Polymath token? In which exchange they are listed?
I am ok, till giving my phone number, but government id and home address is too much, (In the world of crypto where main objective is anonymity  and decentralization).

Id day that 8/10 airdrops out there are simply just scams either to get tokens or just to get gather followers in twotter , gain more people in their telegram . The logic is this , they make a pretty convincing google docs for i which most people fall into the trap , making em following their twitter account naming their "Project" after 1-2 months abandon the "project" then booom ! 1k+ followers , all he need is to rename his twitter , delete all the posts . Ez scam . Same goes to tlegeram .So double check first , its either bagging more followers or getting more referrals haha

Legit airdrops? Too many but you need to spend time to find those. All you can see from other people are mostly for referrals. Though there are also Telegram channels and sites who give legit airdrops you need to find those. You can scan for airdropalertdotcom for legit airdrops. I think they are quite long in the industry and so far they are giving huge amount airdrops.

Some airdrops are legitimate.  However, If an airdrop asks you to send Eth it is likely a scam as airdrops are always free!
Also if you download their wallet it could be infected with a virus.
Never give out your private keys.

You can check it here in bitcointalk but make sure that you check it well because not all the airdrop is real, some airdrop are scam. And you never know if the airdrop will give you the token when it end. So my suggestion is you check carefully before joining on their airdrop. Their are so many airdrops out their that you can join.

There is no risk in airdrop, and that is the one thing that many people join different airdrop. To have some bonus token to experience or gather information about one specific project. Scammer didn't target airdrop cause it's just a bonus only. The real money is on Pre Sale and ICO.

In my experience most airdrops are not legit.
I'd say 1/10 is maybe legit but I'm still waiting to collect my tokens.  ???

Most airdrops are scams, and we don't make any investments and we don't lose money! I'm not straining, just registering in practice at all and waiting for the tokens to come. Well, and then I'm looking at how much  they cost worth the money.

USA based ICO's are not allowed to speculate on the future value of a token. They also are not allowed to talk about being listed on an Exchange.  But, most of these do get listed - AIRDROPS spread more coin which increases the demand and eventually encourages the exchanges to list the token.

Genesis is an open-source blockchain platform, the basis of which was laid in 2011 by programmer Oleg Strelenko. The platform's code was written completely from the ground up. Currently, there is a team of over 15 top-tier software developers working on the project. We can't run an ICO for the concept of Genesis the way that we like, that's why we decided to give away 85% of all tokens to a maximum number of programmers, so that with the help of the community Genesis becomes the best blockchain platform in the world.

85% of all tokens will be distributed for free among GitHub users, who put a star in the gist [click the red letter below to visit the gist]. Only for those with 1+ year GitHub accounts.

If you plan on making big on ICO, you better build your own smart contract network which Genesis project can provide, so you can make profit from other businesses that runs on your smart contract network. Obviously from the coins price appreciation

This is open source project running on at github that gives you baseline code and platform to generate your own smart contract network, this tools will give newcomer and expert alike easy way to create more powerful and sophisticated smart contract network that probably will surpassed even ethereum

Right now they are giving away their coins which is GEN and if you give a referrer github username you received another 10GEN, they reduce the GEN amount given everyday, right now it is 143, if you want to register please visit this page. You need 1+ year github account to join in.

 Join Genesis here   (http://gist.github.com/c-darwin/a9a96a4eaae16c0d410f34e434594132)

you can use my github username as referrer [advertiva] to receive another 10GEN

Definitely, but their airdrop + bounty seems like a free marketing campaign by spamming the forums here. I could see why that's valuable for them, but I think the legitimacy of the product is slightly reduced by them going to these lengths for exposure.

Edit: Just took a look at some of their airdrop stats and they're creating a really small but extremely active userbase. That's a great way to start out and points towards legitimacy.

You can get legit airdrops on Airdropalert.com . 100% of their listed airdrops are legit and paying . But some shit may happen , so it still depeneds on the developers of the project if they screw it up which may lead to no tokens being distributed . But this is very unlikely to happen since i believe you need to pay the website so your project will be featured there , which gives you more exposure to more investors .

It's very hard to predict which airdrop will be legit, because in practise unfortunately 98% of them are scam. So take part in the most of them or make analyse every of them before taking part

It's so difficult to say that this the legit airdrop and this the scam. But in my mind, you're nothing to lose as you do not need to do some big effort to get it. Just try and wait.

Guys, any legit airdrops?

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

I already joined their AIRDROP !

They are on Pre-ICO stage right now, you can check their website: https://ethermeta.com/
Or even better go through their Bitcointalk thread and find more info on AIRDROP: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2659058.0

Started a spreadsheet that I am updating with Airdrops. Feel free to use to collect free coins. Many are ICOs that have good potential. I am updating this sheet daily.

*It's highly recommended to have a Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, BitcoinTalk, and Facebook account set up before attempting to complete the airdrops. Reasoning is that many Airdrops require completing small tasks with these accounts such as joining, sharing, ect... About 70% use Telegram, Twitter, and your Eth address...so at a minimum have that establish before attempting.

Feel free to share new Airdrops you find in this thread and I will look to incorporate them into the spreadsheet. Good luck everyone!

If it's airdrops, they're almost all scam, fake. You rarely find an airdrop to make you profit. The good part is that you do not have to work hard if it is SCAM. It's just a form filled in, so regret does not have to be that big. I do not know why the world is still looking for Airdrops, considering that most are scam. Probably many have the busy schedule and do not have time to participate in bounty campaigns.

Some airdrop are legit and some are not, and finding if that airdrop is good is hard to do.
So since airdrop is free, try to join all airdrop you can see. But always be careful, because some airdrop are asking for something private on you, like your private key and sometimes they are asking for money. Those airdrop are literally scam.

The airdrops wouldn't come straightaway. It depends on whether the ICO company has completed their crowdsale and when they decide to release their airdropped tokens. Nonetheless, you are right that there are some scams around

Hello, I have posted this earlier, but I want to post it again because you still can get some free tokens. ICO faze is still in progress, therefore bounty programs are available...

Synapse, estimated value 1-5 $

https://tokensale.synapse.ai/r/88051

Whitepaper: https://synapse.ai/whitepaper

On website, you have all the info about their team and roadmap.

Almost every day they offer free tokens via: twitter, facebook, telegram, reddit

Sandblock

https://sandblock.app.link/yHA5YPetKK   (this is link to iOS/android application), there you complete the survey and you also have two games, and you get free tokens that match your score in those two games.

that looks like this. 100 tokens is maximum per game. https://gyazo.com/90c67e938fb96750d355084a7bde36d2

Token distribution is via mobile app.

website: https://sandblock.io/

Also, on their telegran, you have additional info how to earn more tokens via bounty program and referrals.

I am currently participating in about 15 airdrops and ICOs, but I am promoting these two because I have the most trust in them.
They have the most information, always active on twitter, telegram, facebook, reddit.  (Admins respond veeery fast)

Is there are a lot of junk COINS in my purse, do not have any value, but because it is free, I just need to follow this activity, because it only needs to follow some of the work they need to share social media, but there are some real money, you have to be smart to choose it.

So far most airdrops and bounty programs I've done have been legit.
I've started a telegram channel 'crypto otter' to list ones that I like and am considering investing fiat into also. I don't have a lot of time for $1 airdrops so only list the ones which have a decent amount, are easy to sign up and don't require endless google forms filled in. I also like to think the ones I'm looking into are not a shitcoin and have a future...because who wants a worthless airdrop.

telegram 'crypto otter' just started it 2 days ago but am hoping it will grow.

These are legit.
Shivom (OmiX) airdrop.
some simple steps involving telegram and twitter for the airdrop
$12 in OmiX tokens. plus
$4 per referral with no referral limit
Shivom distribution is after Token Sale between June 1st  and June 14th
Airdrop is capped at 30,000 participants and distributed evenly among all verified applicants.

Another really simple bounty program with no google forms and easy tasks to earn stakes for the airdrop. Same setup as suchapp. Open platform rates high on many ICO review sites and I'm looking to get in on this one.

Suchapp:
A really simple bounty program with no google forms and easy tasks to earn stakes for the airdrop coming in May. Contest runs through to the end of the ICO.
I've invested in this one in the pre-sale and thing it will go far. The marketing team is good and the product is groundbreaking.

That's right, airdrop does not make us have to do something difficult, I've followed it a few times, and only a few have high selling points, the rest are just unworthy garbage tokens.

1-2 months ago I joined number of airdrops found on BCT. I think most of them were scams. Never received any token. Some of them have sent few tokens to my wallet. But has no values. I think that joining on Airdrops is a waste of time. I talk about both legit and scam Airdrops. Its better to join with a one bounty more than 1000 of Airdrops.

One thing, If you can catch number of referrals, It's sometimes worth it.

Hello, want to share another airdrop that I believe is a good project.

Caerus Connections is creating an extensive and searchable candidate database of verifiable employee information. Now, companies can target and directly contact qualified candidates, without RPOs, expensive advertising, or the existing, limited job platforms.
Join airdrop to get CAERUS token (worth 8,5$) and you can also earn more tokens via referal program and bounties.

Guys, any legit airdrops?

Seems like these days, with all the banning of social ads, airdrops is a solid way to gain social outreach. Just do your own research on the project, like you would do if you were to invest in it.  If the project seems legit, then probably so is the airdrop.

Personal views, I don't think anybody should be bothered about how legit a particular airdrop is because airdrops are a bonus, of which you don't pay for . so you shouldn't be disturbed about the legitimacy, just apply it comes all good.

Airdrops is one of the several options how to increase your earning.
I've read in this forum that it takes up to 6months to have a stable income in airdrops.
Besides, it only takes a few process to accomplished airdrops.
Eventhough some are scams, there are still legit airdrops.
While you do campaign and social bounties, you can do some airdrops as sideline :)

Just be careful though, don't provide your private key and password same as your email password.

Almost airdrops are in referral system.  And the participants are too many and they rewarded by the tiny allocation.  So i think its not worth for your time.  And the bad side,  some it needs to register to their website and getting your personal information.  Much to find the decent airdrops.  Just look for the tokensuite group in the telegram.

legit airdrops?
a lot.

which ones?
all airdrops are legit until they scam us.

which airdrop should i join in?
just join all of them as long as it's free/don't ask for any cryptocurrency.
from 100 airdrops, there's gotta be one or two great projects.

the thing is, nowadays airdrops are more and more like bounty.
they ask you to do certain things, like, following their twitter, facebook, and post some tweets for them.
by doing that, that's not free anymore, you do something for them to get something in return.
i personally stay away from airdrops like that.
if you don't mind doing that kind of work for some cheap tokens, up to you.

The only way to find if their legit is try them by yourself. Many airdrops will pretend they are real because it's their job to invite people and invest. If they did not distribute anything then it's clear they are just scammers.

There are too many airdrops around.  I can say that 30% of them are fake. I encountered an airdrop whereby the telegram bot was asking for private key.  This is scam to the max!!  Apart from airdrop, I think bounties are also great ways to earn tokens.  You can check out the bounties in the bounty thread.  GoNetwork, BCharity.io #BCharity.io etc are some of the bounties that I do.
I would say that about 80% of all airdrops are fake. I happened to participate in 300 such distributions, but I got only about 20 tokens, which is very small. Perhaps I did something wrong, but nevertheless this is a very small percentage. Prompt, please, where to take the checked airdrops, so that the amount of deception was minimal?

Guys, any legit airdrops?
Technically most of the airdrops are legit in the sense they provide you their shitcoins. But most them lose market interest and their price falls down to zero. During airdrop they may show that their coins have nice value but we all know those who have those coins dump on the first day when the coin goes live on an exchange and then its price suffers.

The more crypto usage is now widespread, but the impact of that development is the emergence of potentially scam airdrops from irresponsible parties. So for those of you who want to follow airdrops, be careful in choosing airdrops so as not to get caught in the airdrops scam. But not all airdrops are scam will still have valid airdrops, it's just that you need precision in choosing valid airdrops.

All airdrops are legit once you get your free tokens and listed it in the exchange. But what are we going to do if we join in an airdrop but we didn't receive any token? Or we receive the tokens but not listed in any exchange for a long time? It maybe look like a trash in our wallet but what else can we do, we can't even sell it. If you're that generous enough, you can consider it as a gift to those people who wants it to get an extra spot in your portfolio.  ;D

With the WSPU2 airdrop you are sure earning something because you can follow it and see what other airdropers do.

You do not trust in the future?
Sell your WSPU2pts for real dollars ans as soon you have $0.02 you can ask for a payout on your Perfect Money account.

Generally with airdrops you get tokens for free and the promise is they are worth $5.00 or $10.00 or even more.
And when you want sell them (when you had the chance to got them) they are worth nothing.

With the WSPU2 airdrop faucet you get WSPU2pts and you can trade them at the internal market price.

Yes with the WSPU2 you are in a real economy not based on scam.

Try it...it's free.

About only thing to do is hodl and catch the rebound later this year. There is a ICO going on currently that might help re-coup some of ur losses. Marinecoin is rewarding promotion with 20,000 MTC. U can buy of u want but a little elbow grease and some effort and u can take the no risk avenue they r practicaly giving them away. Time dilution technology slows the coin release down so everyone has a shot at it. Some are legit and some are scams , but its ok joining in airdrops cause you will never invest or spend some amount when joining on airdrops you will only need to fill up the form.

Absolutely Yes! Some airdops now are legit but sometimes it was a scam, today it is really hard to find good or legit airdops because of several airdops scam totally widespread. Most of people here are more likely to participate in som airdops because it have less requirements, less time to spend, less effort to spend. However airdops are have lower rewards given to all participants because sometimes in is the extra token or excess token of an ICo.

But if you want to participate in airdops even you know it is risky.

There are no legit airdrops, its only scams.  Don't fall for these stupid signups and you end up giving out your valuable personal information and end there crying when you get hacked form siging up for a fake airdrop. People don't give valuable stuff away for free.

You are wrong wrong wrong.
I give token away for free.
And you can trade these free token for dollars if you do not want transform them in real ERC20 tokens.

Please do not display wrong info if you do not know about.

Some airdrops are legitimate, but unfortunately many of them are scam. There have been past times where the airdrops found were "good business". Now unfortunately there are fewer real airdrops you find. It is important to do your research when choosing an airdrop or you can do a lot and rely on the fact that some will be real. Today it's worth more bounty campaigns, but it requires more time.

So since airdrop is free, try to join all airdrop you can see. But always be careful, because some airdrop are asking for something private on you,
like your private key and sometimes they are asking for money. Those airdrop are literally scam.
Just be careful though, don't provide your private key and password same as your email password

Not all airdrops are scam. Most of the time, it's their way of reaching out to more potential investors by incentivizing their involvement in the community or social media platforms. If you got scammed in an airdrop before then you need to choose carefully next time.

The main purpose of airdrops is to hype up new coins and generating lead data base on users by making them fill registration forms in order to participate in the airdrops. To be fair you don't lose anything but at the same time in most cases you don't win anything. At the end you either receive worthless tokens or nothing at all. In our opinion, at Airdrops.com , you shouldn't waste your time with aimless projects and focus on ones that look at least remotely promising and it's still a gamble.

Airdrop is a good way to earn some extra money as there are many good companies which will give you extra bucks for simple one minute tasks but you need to sell these Airdrop coins as there are chances that it can take weeks or even months before they listed on good exchanges. Also, one should always fill a legit Airdrop as there are many fake forums out there.

You cant really separate which airdops is really legit and which is not...  Even us we get victims of it...  But you will not know it if you didn't experience it to happen to you...  Try to participate in every airdrop as many as you can and you will surely prove it to your self that almost half is scam and half of it is legit...  Well we cant control it because the coin here is free and the less efforts we exert the hogh chances that it is scam....

Guys, any legit airdrops?
There is a legit but more airdrop that is a fraud. But it depends on how we choose the airdrop we want to follow. If you can choose a legit airdrop will certainly be very beneficial for you.

The legit one I know is privcy. All you need to do is join their discord group,  follow the stated rules and when the airdrop starts you'll get your token in the wallet you submit. The good part is the coin is already on crex24 and you can trade it  anytime you want either instantly or you wanna hodl it

If I were you I will not waste my time with airdrops, at first sight it may seem tempting to try to get airdrops since you are getting coins without any real effort but when you understand the fact that most of the projects will not deliver your coins, or even if you get the coins, the coins you get will not have value any value ,you will wish at that time to not have wasted your time and to have tried other ways to make money with cryptocurrencies.

Very hardly to choose "legit" airdrop.

Airdrops now a days are scam they want to steal your personal information and some airdrops they want to hack your account I prefer to join in bounty instead of joining airdrops.

I agree dude. Airdrop program which don't have referall is only a trash. Because of that reason, I change my activity before airdrop into bounty.
I hope I get my best reward in bounty program althought honestly I'm still confused to define good bounty or not.

we need to have a better definition of what an airdrop is because its thrown around quite casually

a true airdrop seems to be when you reward holders of other coins and are able to get a wallet solution to support the delivery of your coin

the other types of airdrops seem to be connected with getting the user to complete a form/KYC process and then bounties related to spreading the word

honestly the best are the coin fork airdrops

I do not agree with you. Yesterday I made over $ 90 with an airdrop project. Now their coin was listed on the Coinex exchange. This is a good time to join the Airdrop program because Bitcoin prices are rising in recent times.

what you do it is a right choice we do have to be selective in choosing airdrop because not all airdrop is legitimate because most of the airdrop is a scam especially if one uses kyc system and ask fee first before agreeing to join in airdrop it's good like that to leave it alone.

Are you joking???
my airdrop faucet is legit and paying cash !!!

If you believe that for just few seconds someone pays you many dollars...then keep up dreaming.

My airdrop is market regulated and the price is made by the market...
Buyers found it high enough and will not be sad if the price goes down...they just can buy more...
So is market and not: <<airdrop has a very cheap price>>

Price does not matter much in itself...fluctuation and profit do matter.

Airdrops is one of the several options how to increase your earning.
I've read in this forum that it takes up to 3months to have a stable income in airdrops.
Besides, it only takes a few process to accomplished airdrops.
Eventhough some are scams, there are still legit airdrops.
While you do campaign and social bounties, you can do some airdrops as sideline  :)

Just be careful though, don't provide your private key and password same as your email password.

in any case, airdrops is a legitimate activity for the dissemination of information about ico companies. But if we talk about fraud in new projects, then they are much more than when you participate in the Bounty of the company. Especially earnings are also an order of magnitude lower.
