my worst experience is to panic sell as the price starts to rise, and after I sell it a few days later the price goes up drastically, it's very painful and now I start to be patient to maintain my token and wait when the rate is good

I'm holding the worst coin that never going up and its too late that I found that coin is abandoned no update from the dev no planning their coin for the future, I loss money for that shittycoin, its ok lesson learned.

I was not altcoin enthusiastic before but whatever I had is all into bitcoin form only. I always believed in bitcoin a lot and I grabbed almost 20-25 bitcoin in 2016 very cheap. I was very eagerly waiting for the bitcoin to pump hard but eventually bitcoin reached all new heights of 1200 and I sold everything at that rate. I know I had great profits but as the year passed away the price hit tha breakthrough of 20k. That was most hurting thing in my life and then onwards I focused into alts more. As bitcoin has got very costly now so it’s better I move on and try my luck out in alts now. I think there are many stories like me.

The worst I thing i ever do in the crypto world is selling a certain coin in a low price. I thought it will no longer rise because it is really stable and after selling this coin it will immediately rise so I regret but it's all done and I can't do anything. I learned from this is to have patience to wait until it rise because your patience make you millionaire.

The worst thing ive done here in crpyto world is that i gamble my salary from campaign long time ago and i lose all of it , even that is a small amount but it will still help if i used that in good way but the good thing is im not a gambler anymore im afraid losing more again.

The wost thing that I ever did crypto is investing all my money and the moment it turns the price crashed down.I was able to give up on that time loosing the money I expected to have more profit is gone.I know it was recovering but expecting too much is bad the price that I invest my money loose at 60% of my profit so sad to say.But until now I am still continue hoping to get back my looses.

The worst things I did in crypto world or with my Bitcoins are two.

The first one was of course investing in HYIPs when I was new to Bitcoin and this forum too. At that time, not many people knew about scams and hyips and they were investing badly in them, and unfortunately I became a victim of those scams too. After that I learnt my lesson and never invested in any site again.

The second worst thing I did was gambling with a few bucks and then trying to recover them. A person basically may don't lose much when he gambles, but once he lost some and he thought "why not recover the loss?" then that is where he starts to ruin himself. You never lose too much in your basic bets, but chasing your losses will surely empty your pockets in no time, and that happened with me too. So it was the 2nd biggest mistake I did with my Bitcoins.

I'm not fan of altcoins i always tick on bitcoin i hold this now and hoping that the price was rising back again by after 4 months or it takes a year it's okay for me, in this scenario now bitcoin dumped all altcoins are affected on this and make crypto marketcap bloody field coins.
The worst thing i encountered now is that bitcoin dropping too much but i still believed on it and hoping that quick return of my money.

Worst thing ? I would say, selling 30% of my BTC at  ~1100€ and not selling shiet at the last ATH in December.

the worst experience that i ever do in my cryptoworld life is that when btc is like a hundred dollars i sell it immediately because i was thinking that time that iv'e already taken profits and today i regret it because the price was too high.

the worst thing I do in cripto world is hold nxt, I used to follow the signatures and get some nxt then I bought, then the price of this coin goes up but because I feel less I hold it, but as people say that no one can predict the nxt price market went down and I suffered a loss

The worst thing its when 2013 i start get bitcoin from faucet like a poor guy trying digging some hope . then i realise after few a month what i did its not worth . with some capital i should can earn more bitcoin than it .

The worst thing i do in crypto world is sell all my eth at 100$ price last 2017 i sell it because i want to buy a ticket in a concert, but now im patiently holding all my token and hold them for a long long time.

I bought a coin and then the price drop dramatically. I kept selling, then buying, hoping the price will go back up, and in doing so I pretty much lost it all. Very hard lesson, especially since now I had to pay credit card bills. It got me out of crypto, so on top of it all I missed out great opportunities.

The worst thing that happened to me is not being able to do anything when I first heard about cryptocurrency especially bitcoin. I regret the time when I heard about it but did not manage to have any interest. I also regret the time when I sell all my bitcoin when it was in its fall, after some time, it rise again. But those mistakes are what makes us learn. So its okay anyway.

Ouch that is really painful to hear but at least you still got profits, in my case the worst thing I did was to do nothing, I had an idea to make some bitcoin about 3 years ago and I never did out of laziness, then I tried that idea about 2 years later and I got some bitcoin as a return which was good but that was the moment when bitcoin began skyrocketing, if I had tried my idea I will be holding a lot more bitcoin than the amount I have now.

The worst thing I ever did in the crypto world was when I bought an XRP when it was still increasing its value and sold them almost in an instant because I was so afraid I wouldn’t get any profits and losses will be more than what I invested. But that was the time when I was trying out trading for the first time. And I should’ve kept and hold them and let it be.

Just do not dissolve in our mistake, make the worst thing we've ever experienced to be able to move better and can correcting the previous mistake till can stepping more definitely to gain profit to succeed in the effort that we do.
I'm personally also can feel it and got some experienced like that, I just keep moving doing more better learn from the mistakes at previously.

Well, the worst thing that I'd did on crypto is I sell my altcoins in loss and buy bitcoin on higher price and its suddenly the price went down. So i loss almost 70% of my capital, so decided to study more about trading because im a newbie on that time. .

I think the worst thing happen to me is that i did not invest on cryptocurrency for the last 5-6 years when its value is unbelievably low. I think when i know Bitcoin exist on that moment and invest on it, im a millionare now. Crypto world did not give me any problem and i think it is the worst.

Other cryptos are now on sell because they recently gone all into a dip. Changing your investment now would be a wise decision since you have profited from NEO. Instead of thinking what is your lost oppurtinity you must always think what will be your next investment plan as this recent dip is an opportunity for many that they can't miss. So if I were you I'll be waiting for some good Altcoins to bottom out soon in order for me to buy it at the cheapest price.

I do not think that I have done any bad thing in Bitcoin the only one mistake I have done in the starting is I tried using the gambling method well it was a good mistake because it taught me how money works and why should not be greedy upon earning the money. I remember I even took some loan from some online users from the social network site in order to play gambling and make money those are the worst mistake I have done and I will not repeat them ever.

well I also do the same thing I did not think the coins I have will go up that high, I lost about 24000 $, I can not sleep quietly for a week hahahaha.

All of us learn the lessons from our past mistakes. I did make lot of mistakes in the world of crypto currency but I am not much worried about the loss which I suffered in the previous days.

One of the worst decision which I ever made in the world of bitcoin was not buying of more number of bitcoins and that too at the time when I was in a position to buy some bitcoins and the market value was too low as well.

There are a couple of bad things I did:
I entered Bitcoin Cash pump. I lost an important amount of my Bitcoin holding. I never enter a pump again.
I did not trust Bitcoin early in 2017. If I did I was retired from my job already.
I trusted Waves. Yes this is one of the worst things I did. Almost every other altcoin made x10 in terms of price, however Waves still sleeping. It is not a sleeping giant, it is a sleeping nine year old girl.

The worst thing I do in this world of crypto is only one, I give a chance when bitcoin is still at the lowest price.

my worst experience in cryptocurrency when i earned about .022B in a previous month and convert into fiat currency, as i proceed to transact my money, somebody hack my account and collect all my earnings in just an instant. That's my 2 months effort in following signature ad. I am totally depressed that day:(

That is one of the sad things, it's proof that securing the account we have is a very important thing. Many people are experiencing similar things and even they are losing much more. Let us better pay attention to the account we have, do it carefully and do not let the data we have can be known by others who are not responsible.

Few years ago, I placed bet on a cricket match and i won it. I got  1.5 btc for 0.5 but instead of saving these btc i kept betting on other cricket matches and by the end of the league i left with 0.2 btc. I know it was a worst decision to continue with the betting but i was unaware that there will be huge rise in the value of the bitcoins in the coming years.

Sell on the wrong time , i thought it wasn't going up anymore and i was wrong . But you live and learn i guess.

The worst thing I did was that I skipped an altcoin airdrop even after my friend recommending it. All I had to do was to carry their signature for a few days, and make a few posts. I was too lazy and therefore I skipped it. My friend proceeded with it, and now his holdings in that particular altcoin is worth close to $10,000. And all of them was from the airdrop.

Worst thing I did is that I never trusted Bitcoin back in 2010. Lol BTC is around a dollar back then.

Hmm... Worst experience.. i think it was the time when i sold my bitcoins when the price was 6000 dollars. I mean sold everything i own. Just because i needed to get my ride and houde fixed and i couldn't wait any longer. It actually happened last year. And when December came, i was literally crying. Bloody hell i could have had enough funds to get me a new ride and more had i not sold my bitcoins earlier. That is my worse experience ever. Damn. Which is why i continue to buy now and making a promise to hold it longer. Hope i get to keep that promise.

My biggest mistake was putting a large amount of my investment in an exchange called Cryptsy. As some of you know, that exchange went out of business and took all of the investors remaining funds. Supposedly, the owner Paul Vernon took the coins and is hiding in China with his mistress. Anyway, I lost a lot of money by trading on that site.

Given your circumstances, I don't think what you did was bad. If it required you to sell your Bitcoins then it can't be helped. The worse thing that could have happened was selling those coins and using it for gambling or other things unnecessary and losing it. ;)

I think worst thing i did with the crypto market is I invested too much late in bitcoin . My friend was telling me since year of 2011. He had given me all necessary ideas regarding its future value and all. But I was not interested that time. Rather I didn't believed in cryptoworld. And today i am mad for bitcoin. I could be a millionaire if i would invested in it. That was my big mistake.

He had also given me some idea regarding signature campaigns that time. He told me that post your answer and you will get money for that. But again same , I didn't listen to him. 

One more thing, he had set up his mining 2 years back. That time also I did big mistake and refused to do it. Today he is earning so much money and showing me..!!!

You could have mentioned the coin so we learn from that.

My worse moments are two. The first was my inability to buy litecoin early in 2017 when it was around $3+. I knew it was a good coin but couldn't get to buy in as I was a noob then and didn't know how to buy any crypto.

The second was catching a falling knife by buying regalcoin late last year at $62 not knowing it was dumping. Today, regalcoin has dipped to as low as $1+. I am in loss of over $600 on that.

Well the most regret moment and the worst thing that i ever did is when i bought Reddcoin in 5 satoshis and sell it on the high 32 and now the price of the Reddcoin is like 100+ sats. until now i see how much money that i can get if i just sell it today.

Like some people here. My worst experience in crypto world is when i sold my altcoin in low price. I lose my patience that time i did not wait longer. After i sold my altcoin the price pump.

I think one of the worst thing i did since i started in this crypto world is that i sold my alt coin in a low price, now whenever i see that coin it breaks mg heart into pieces, for i know that i should have earned more, though i consider it as a lesson learned.

I would not have anticipated that the price would climb from $1000+ to $19,000 last year and I sold some bitcoins when it reached $3000, because I figured that I made a significant enough profit by buying it at $400. That turns out to be one of my biggest mistakes.

I also invested some money into Cloud mining back in the day and most of those operations turned out to be Ponzi schemes and I lost a bit of money on that too. <You learn from your mistakes>

Making $2600 profit and not making $18600 profit on those coins is not the end of the world, but it still hurt. ^hmmmmm^

Lesson learned, hoard those coins harder!

First stupid thing I did in the crypto world is the thing I didn't do. That is the most stupid thing ever, having the knowlege about bitcoin in its premature stage but not buying any. The second thing is common amongst us, I panicked and sold all my coins when I thought it would fall, and the  it skyrocketed.

The worst thing I did was, I invest in bitcoin when it was in sky-high value, I always panic buying, now that bitcoin is decreasing I lost some of my investments, and I think it will going to take a long period of time to bring back my profit. Another one is, I received an airdrop and I put it to a new exchange website which is needed a high payment to cash out I didn't know because I did not read the rules or there are no rules because that exchange platform was new, so until now I can't cash out my token.

That's not the worst. I sold it at $38. I am very-very disappointed with my self. I have to learn a lot about long hodler mentality. But sometimes i realized, become a long holder not always good. Look at the market crashed today. I guess, its more hard to become a long hodler.

The worst thing i've ever experienced in the world of crypto is time  follow signature campaign and when get salary, i don't keep it.
Why the worst?
Because if from the beginning i save and collect bitcoin from the promotion and sell it now, at least i have become a successful young man in my area.
This is my regret in life, because i consider the bitcoin price will not be this high, even though it is currently declining.

I have always hard bad days in bitcoin, few among which are, participating in an ICOs campaign with a wrong ethereum wallet and at the end of a one month campaign many got they payment but I lost out because if my wrong wallet address. And secondly one of my worst time in bitcoin is when I sold all my bitcoin due to panic and the next day bitcoin price recovered double the amount I sold within 24 hours.

When i sell my bitcoin in the value of $1k feell regret of that but it is okay for me now its time to move on and buy in the dips again then im goin to be patience because the happens before will give me a a learn and a lot of leson to become a strong to hold it.

The worst thing I did in the crytpo world was not to get into it sooner. About a year or two ago, I was really skeptic about the benefits and losses that I've been reading about crypto currencies. I've seen some friends elevate their way of living because of BTC. However, I just thought of it as a fluke and waived it off. That was until another acquaintance took time to sit down with me and actually explain what are the gains and risks. It was an eye opener of sorts. So now that I'm into this alternative revenue stream, it made me realize what I really missed.

Worst experience i have two worst experience in crypto world,first is panic selling all my coins because i saw that market is falling and im losing so much money on my folio so i cut loss and hope that can regain which is where i got succesful.Second is sending all my funds to wrong address

my worst thing that i do is when i panic because the price is getting low last year i sell my coins 18k then after a day bitcoin increase in 19k. that is a big dissapointment that i do and i learned my mistake after what happened we just need to be relax.

It was back when I was just new in the crypto world and I thought that bitcoin is only for investment (HYIP and PONZI),
I invested almost all of the bitcoin earnings that I have at that time into a HYIP even though I doubt it to be just another scam.
And after I sent my money I tried to search something about it and found out that it was only a scam.

You are the one using your hard-earned cash to purchase cryptocurrency. If you don’t understand the product, or the value,  you’re going to get in big trouble and lose a lot of money.

Oh, I have done quite a few poops on crypto, including buying in Etherdelta for x5 the price and clicking a buy instead of a sell order on an exchange. It all has costed me around 200 USD.. not a lot.

the worst experience I ever did was when I was holding the coins that have been deleted from the world's big market list, and finally I suffered huge losses because I could not help it. the coin that I hold is BTS, BTS has been removed from bittre terrible.

I get scamed by fake website. Its very bad, I loss a huge amount of bitcoin. I should ve more carefull to use website service. From now, I am try to only visit website through link in ANN thread in this forum to avoid scammers.

Selling your coins near the all time high is not something that can be considered a mistake very few people are able to sell at the exact moment that happens so as long a you were close you are fine, the ones that really made a mistake are those that sold below 10k that must really hurt. But at the end as long as you have profits and you have some money in your wallet you can always correct your mistakes.

My worst thing is when buying NXT time the price is going up and when it gets Airdrop Ignis. But until now this ignis has not been able to cover my losses when buying NXT when the price is high. Because the NXT Dump was instantaneous.

Maybe that was forgetting the fact that i have a bitcoin account 2years ago and neglecting the possibility of earning money through cryptocurrencies. I was so ignorant of the fact that if only i invested more time and effort in investing in bitcoin years ago, i would be swimming in money now. I only recently started investing time and effort in this account because im hopeful and learning my own mistake of investing in something profitable as long as there will be time and effort and also minimum capital to invest here. I prefer regretting that i did my best in investments rather than refretting the fact that theres a chance and yet i didnt took up the opportunity.

My worst thing that I ever did in crypto world was I cash out the coin with a successful ICO in my campaign that I participate and I didn't hold it yet and as I see in the price now it has a triple price that before ad I was like a stupid not just a stupid a very stupid one and now I really careful of what coins should I cash out so I don't blame myself that's the crazy thing I've ever made so better to be careful to choose what coins would you spend.

The worst experience that happened to me in cryptoworld is when i never bought a certain altcoin when its price fall down so deep. Thinking that it will go down deeper, i just pass and check it the next morning only to find out that its market price is very high already and until now, it never fall down anymore. :(

I've bought a lot of dent with a pretty good price when ICO is done, then I sell it at a low price because I think I've got enough profit but a few months later the price went up very high, I think a little sorry why do not I hold a few months as an investment.

The worst thing in the crypto is when we hear the wrong information in the forum and the wrong information spreading like a fire and we have to be very careful about those who have rumors for the crypto it is normal that when we hear a good information then we are not giving 100% attention but the wrong information spread like a fire and we are the bitcoin and crypto lovers i would like to hold my bitcoin for the good time in the future may this patience will provide me a good margin of the profit and a steady income.

If I have a coin (Bitcoin or Altcoin) I never sell all the coins that I have,I always leaving some coin for long term hodl. Actually, until now I have never sold altcoin that I have. In a few months back I bought stellar, cardano and litecoin. But for bitcoin I've several times to sell it, but I always save some for the future.

The worst thing does in crypto world when I got in panic selling due to market that time was decreasing its price. It happen I sold all that resulted into gaining nothing. I experienced of huge lose that makes me sad in trading coins before.

Actually its not the worst thing but im upset that my hard earned token was being sold in a low price i've able to sell my coins for emergency reasons but im still thankful that im a part of this cryptocommunity because it really helps my family  alot. I really planned to sell my earned tokens when price reach my target but there's instances that we badly need a money from time to time. I have no choice I can't rely my needs to others so I sold my tokens in low value. This way of income can helps my family in times of emergency and very thankful to bitcoin and other altcoins existence.

Oh that is really a big disappointment. For a trader one hundred dollars increase or decrease make a difference. And here it is not the matters of some tens dollars but one thousand. This would have definitely affected you. But brother just make yourself cool and relax when you are dealing in selling or buying. Believe me that is the only key to success else, losses will welcome you every time.

it seems the same as my experience. 2013 ago I had 25 BTC from mining and faucet I collected that much Bitcoin for a year more as my part-time job. but I sold all the bitcoin I had for $ 100 $ at that time. if I hold all these coins up to now I think I will be able to buy a ferari  :D and another one I lost 200 ETH on gambling  :'( I felt that ETH was worthless just like Waves right now  :P

The worst thing that i did in cryptocurrency is to just ignore the low price of the altcoins back then because i think that they are so cheap and there is no chance for them to be worth a lot in the future but i was wrong because they are all sitting in at least 3 digits price and that is my worst decision or thing that i did in crypto world.

rumors, speculation, and gossip are very often spread in the bitcoin world. users and investors are required to be smart in responding the existing news. like some time ago where the FUD spread like a creeping fire, spread very quickly and it makes many people hooked and follow the conditions that occur. then there is panic selling happen. I'm sure many people are regret for panic and sell at the price of $6~ a few days ago. while the current price reaches $ 8k

I also have that experienced but i don't consider it as worst because it gives me some lesson that i need to remember for the goodness in this crypto world, that is when i first receive my first bounty reward token and due to my excitement i sold it with only little amount and 1 month later the coin hit its highest value, so start feeling regret but now no more because there are still more opportunity coming from crypto.

The worst thing that I experienced in crypto is to invest my fiat money into BTC that time when I fund even a little capital then it will stay in a couple of months but I am very disappointed because during that time I'm in a vacation I don't have any update regarding my investment because we don't have electricity in my province. When I came back to City, I really excited to open my investment on what's the good news, but during the time Bitcoin was falling down my capital money also was counting loses during that time. Worst thing I did was that I did not take payments in BTC for products I was selling online in 2012. I was selling mainly hard drives on local classified websites and used to get 5-8 orders a day. It would have been huge amount if I kept it till today.

Sadly we can't go back to the past but I know what you feel that what if you started to accept payments with bitcoin. One of my worst thing is I didn't invest earlier as one of my friend is already telling me about bitcoin but I ignored him for so many times. I'm not that updated with technology although I'm studying about computers since he's talking weird and he's the only one who's knowledgeable about bitcoin so I didn't took him seriously but still I'm here.

if you had a profit, then everything is fine because you could not know that the price would increase a lot, but if you had a 50% loss, that would be a big problem.

I recently bought NXT and I had a loss of more than 50%, it was a bad time I bought the currency, I should have done more research and because of my lack of research before buying the currency, it cost me a loss of 50 %, but I managed to recover with another investment I made... is very risky to invest in altcoins, is need to do research and invest money that you will not miss if you lose


2 years ago many altcoins were very cheap... even last year they were very cheap, but always have more altcoin that promise to have a great increase of price, do some research that you will find good altcoin

LOL. It would be better if you listened to your friend and join crypto world earlier when the price of Bitcoin was under 1k$. LOL. But you need a time machine to fix this one. I also did a lot of mistake but the mistake a feel the most regret is investing in ULATECH ICO project. It's a ICO from Vietnam, I also knew that ICO project come from Vietnam often not good but I hoped that this one is different with all other ICO project but I was wrong.

Well worst thing was to panic sell, sold some Bitcoins on a lower price than what I bought them for. FUD got into me and I learned my lessons well, now I am just patiently doing HOLD.

The worst is traded with borrowed money. And lose. Never do this, never. Take risks only with your savings.

One of the worst thing I did is that I sold all my coins for only $1/coin which later on becomes $5/coin, though I totally regret selling it, I took it as a lesson learned, not to dwell in the past anymore and be patient about holding coins.

I think a very common regret by people is to have wasted their coins, I did not gamble my coins but I bought several different pieces of software with my bitcoin and for the most part I have not use them and I could have easily bought the same software with fiat, if I did I would have some more bitcoin in my wallet and that will make a huge difference in my life.

I guess my worst case experienced is when the time I sold some of my holdings at cheap price and then for the next few hours the price explodes. I was in deep thoughts back then if I just hold it for a little longer then i will gained 50% more. But it is part of my experienced so I've learned from it and now before selling anything I think twice or thrice before making a move.

Internet is full of scammers but investing in HYIP (which I have actually not heard of because scams don’t grab much fame due to their time limitation) is not as much hurting as investing here at the cost of bitcoin. If it was Ethereum, still you move would have made a little sense because some people think ETH is more powerful than bitcoin.  However, there is no need to regret it now. If you have learnt lesson and now holding bitcoin, still you can have a rich life.

Join cloud mining HYIP sites and doubler sites. I know that it is too good to be true but still I push through because others are getting paid so I am hoping of getting paid as well. I did get paid but only about half of what I invested and the site is gone. That is my first lesson in crypto and I invested more than 1 bitcoin to it. The price of bitcoin during that time is around $400 though so it is not big compared to being invested now but still if I had keep it then I would have a lot of profit now. Well gotta pay a tuition fee to learn.

As a newbie I got all excited and caught up in the hype about a coin and held for too long until it becqke clear it was a scam, missed out on a lot of dough, the coin was Sapience.

Mine is that i bought a shit coin that was being pumped and i didnt know it will eventually be dumped.i was new in the crypto world then.i saw the percentage gain in just a day,i pushed a large chunk of my portfolio into it,only to find out the next day that over 90 per cent of my investment was gone.it was a hard lesson to learn.i personally dont buy any coin that has gained over 10 per cent in a day.i wait till the when things are stable.

I see the biggest mistake here is to sell when the price is low. I think it's a natural thing because we think too much about the possibility of risk that will happen then we are afraid if hold bitcoin longer. then we sell when we think the price is high enough? but every year price will probably go up? make it a lesson for you dude. the most important is to use the best chance you have. we are already know that price will rise in the future. you should be able to take the opportunity when the price goes down as it is today and buy lots of bitcoin then sell it in the next few years and you will not be regret for the rest of your life.

Same with me. I bought my Neo when its cost was still $20. I have a good entry by that time because when I bought it, it pumps the next day. Because I was new back then. I was afraid to lose that is why when I saw Neo's price falling, I started to panic and sold all my Neo at $60. That is the dumbest move I made in my entire crypto experience.

Buying at the ATH price of a token. I did try to ride a pump and after buying few hours later the price drop almost 50% and I'm left with a token less valuable than it was before. Wow, dude that’s really a situation I wouldn’t like to run into, losing a borrowed money in trade. Well, I’m not even trader, last time I tried that, I lost my money so I ran away and kept clear from it. The only mistakes I have made are not investing back in 2015 when the price was down to $250 bucks, quitting from Bitcoin when things were about to get really good, and selling Bitcoin before the run. Were on the same boat as i also did that mistake before when i was a noob in the crypto scene but not only us because i think almost all of us did the mistake also. but eventually after we realize that the price of coins will grow , we now then hold it for a much longer time as possible or as soon as we can in order to earn much more income. the other worst mistake i made is that i use a non erc20 wallet when joining on som campaigng , the worst part is that i already participated in many campaigns and i then notice i did not recieve any tokens and altcoins because of  a wrong wallet.

With the recent dip in cryptocurrency bitcoins pricing, panic selling was quite rampant.

I also sold a major portion of my holdings only to find out that the prices stabilised later.
Similarly some new users tend to do panic buying i.e. when the prices are steadily rising, they dont buy but when the prices sore high them they tend to get paniced and buy bitcoins and later realise it was just a pump and now the prices are again going down and stabilising.

HAHA! it is common for human beings to learn things hard way but the good thing is that you soon realized your mistake. If the coin you are holding is bitcoin, then there is no question of selling it off during hard dumps. It rises hard in price afterwards.

I think the worst I ever did in crypto world was quitting when things were about to get even more better. When I got into Bitcoin, it was between the two prices of $100 and $50. But it wasn’t going up or down as of then, and kept on being stable at either the rate of $50 or $100. Later it got to $250, I thought that’s the highest rate it will achieve, so I withdrew all I had, believing that I’ve made the highest profit anyone would make from Bitcoin.

I never cared to check out what’s happening in crypto, cause I believed I have accomplished everything. Then I got news from my friend that Bitcoin was up to $2000. That’s when I start to regret. I had to come back and buy at higher rate.

You should work on that thing and you need to fix yourself so you will be having a good performance in trading. I had around 200k worth 3 coins along with bounties. It was REBL, Tron, Ripple. I hodl them for about a week and sold all of them and after a week when I had sold them I saw those coins going to the moon. This was due to lack of my exposure to the crypto world. One more incident is I initiated a trade worth around 80$ in btc, I did not know that there are frauds here on this site too. I traded with a newbie on this forum and got scammed. I was very skeptical because I just graduated college and had my first job, I had money to invest, but it was all I have and afraid I might lose it. There is probably nothing worst than losing your money for the actions of someone else, losing your money by your own decisions is already bad enough but when you are not totally at fault and someone scammed you or just stole your coins as if it was your case, then it can be really hard to overcome that because some will assume an attitude of why bother anymore trying to increase my cryptocurrency holdings when someone else can steal them so easily.

Could have grabbed millions by now and here I am crying to death today. Hm.. where to start, sold 10 bitcoins for 900 dollars each, sold 120 eth, when 120 eth = 1 bitcoin, exchanged 50 ltc to 0.1 btc (and lost it later at dice). Started loaning to people, get scammed on 3 bitcoins, 1,500,000 dogecoins and around 25 litecoins. (it was on gambling sites). By the way, sold some m of dogecoins, when 1,000,000 DOGE = 0.4 BTC (~300$). And last my mistake was, when I invested in bosoin (bought for 0.9$/BOS), now they worth ~0.15$.

Not showing patience and sell my old bitcoins in panic. I just heard a news bitcoin start increasing so without losing any time i buy some bitcoins and store them in my wallet. I think it's unhealthy to analyze things as if they were the worst thing you did.  If you look at things that way, nearly everyone who is involved in crypto has lost overall because they didn't buy bitcoin in the beginning when it cost nothing.  Analyze your successes instead, whatever gains you had.  Don't ignore the fact you had losses of course, but don't focus on it so heavily that you view it so negatively.  It's a learning experience after all.

But then, I am still regretful because if I had been patient or have held the coins I had before, my investment could have been realized now.

Neo is among the best and most reliable coins in its growth, as the demand for these coin has never decreased over time, and this coin has also been rumored to be killing ethereum this year. Honestly, although I do not trust 100%, this's very likely to happen, because Neo is the only coin that gets full support of China government.

The worst thing that i have done in crypto world is panic selling that i didn't have any patience to wait the price of the coin to increase because i was afraid that the value will fall down. I feel very upset after selling it because its a big loss for me in selling it in a low price. From that i learned my lesson that i should not panic sell.

This is the reason why I ask everyone to search about bitcoin features before going for investment, it is very important to know about it, see bitcoin is a fluctuating currency price of bitcoin use to rise and fall but it does not mean if today price of bitcoin is low then it will keep on decreasing, don’t lose your hope even if you see price is getting very low, I have never been through this as I have strong faith for bitcoin and I never panic not in any situation. Really sad to hear about your lose but be careful next time.

To me although i am happy with my decision that i already taken about bitcoin, but still i am regretting for one thing that why i involve in bitcoin so late. Actually those people who have invested money in bitcoin in its early stage now they are billionaire, but there is no use to regret about it, but should try our best to still get the maximum benefit from bitcoin, because still bitcoin price has too much potential and will therefore even continue to increase too much. 

Rather, the worst is not what I did but the fact that I did not. That I do not come here a lot sooner. This is my incompetence, even can self-doubt. Well, nobody could foresee that Bitcoin so will grow. But now I'm here.

I think the worst thing that i did in crypto world is not selling the coin when it reach in a higher price. I was so upset that time because i think the price would go higher until it reach in a lower price. After that i sell it even the price is very low because i think the price will never comeback.

I am sure that we have many regretful moments here in the cryptocurrency world. The worst decision that I make is when I sell my 12 bitcoins at price of $500 per each.  I am now rich if I didn't sell all of my bitcoins.

Getting scam from the ICOs project is the worst thing I did in crypto world, some scam projects I've ever followed and exposed are Bitcad, Snapup, ETHBooks, and so on, but from the lesson it makes me have to understand with ICO so as not to get scam anymore.

As of now,i have no regrets or worst thing doing in cryptocurrency,but before last year my worst decision is when i sell my capp coin immediately without  knowing that after a few weeks the price value will triple its previous price when i sell it,maybe that if i wait for a few weeks,those my capp portfolio will bring me to the moon,otherwise those happen maybe have a reason and purpose and maybe in the next  time,i thinks first  before i sell my portfolio.

The worst thing I have done since I joined crypto is when I thought of holding my tokens I earned from a bounty campaign. And thinking all the while that it is still there in my wallet. Later I found out that somebody else is holding it for me. My tokens got stolen, my wallet got hacked. That was my worst experience in cryto. And never will I allow myself to be victimized again.

The worths case scenario i did in a crypto world 2018 when i send my tokens in wrong wallet address which is part of my learning experience into trading. I was not extra cautious because it was my second time doing trading but to my surprise it was gone. However, vanished since i sent it to another wallet. It was a lesson learned in hard way.

The worst thing I do in the world of cryptocurrency is that I do not buy bitcoins when the price is $ 350. I was first told about bitcoin by my brother in 2015 if at that time I immediately bought must now I have become a millionaire. I thought the first bitcoin was a Ponzi scheme. It was not.

The worst thing i did in crypto world is i try to hold my coins but its price goes down and when it started to go up i sell it not knowing that its price will be more higher on the next week and i regret doing it so i learned a reason that patience is the key to success.

When I am planning that I would sell haft of my token while it was in a good price but now I can't because it decreased half. But that's OK, atleast I've learned and more convinced the real situation in cryptocurrency.

My the worst thing I did in crypto world exposed to a scam due to follow the cloud mining of 2016 ago, as we know that the year 2016 is the glorious year of cloud mining but it all becomes a scam after halving day, this makes me never trust with cloud mining.

The worst thing that I did here is that when I have the chance to buy more bitcoin but I choose not to because I am afraid that thing won't turn out to the way other people are predicting and that bitcoin will be gone too, but now I am more confident with what I am doing and happy that at least I do have some bitcoin for my future.

I think this is a very sad thing. The thing that to me is the worst and the sad also happens the same as you, when I sell some alt coin and Bitcoin with a panic when looking at the price of alt coin and bitcoin in the market is declining.

I worst thing I did in the crypto world was a common mistake or perhaps a blunder that many might also have done. I sold my holding in a coin at a very low price. I thought it might fall further there is sold it which is called panic selling. After I sold, the price did fell a little. But after that prices rose very fast and all I could do was feeling guilty. Moreover another big mistake I did was hodling. Seriously in some situations you need to forgo the idea of hodling because the whole market sometimes reacts so bad that you might end up losing even a half of your portfolio in a day.

Not reseatching on Bitcoin more when I heard about it in 2014. I even saw a Bitcoin ATM at a big startup accelerator in Cambridge, but for some reason that didn't motivate to deepen into it.

My worst scenario is when I forgot my private key contains of 1000$ and I didn't download the keystore then I forgot where I put the key I search it but didn't find the key until now I'm still regretting that I forgot the key.

I entered into the world of crypto not long ago and there are certain challenges I am facing as a newbie in the crypto world. I remember a message was sent to me to enter my ethereum address and add private key to that wallet address for I am eligible to win $3000 within a week. I quickly uploaded those details on the form and the next day, I woke up to see that my account has been hacked. Have you experienced such before?     

The worst thing that I have ever done here is when I chose to sell an altcoin at it's very low price because I though that it was just a piece of trash token without any potential. Until one day, it pumped and reach a value which is too high which I regret too much. That was actually a leasson learned for me.
