On majority of smaller lends (.2 and less) the collateral will simply be your reputation, I will leave you negative trust if you fail to return the borrowed amount by the end of the term. On larger amounts I have the right to ask for other forms of collateral. I'll try to approve/deny all loans within 12 hours.

Why am I doing this?
I'd consider this more of an experiment than anything. Hopefully I can help do some good without getting burned too badly in the end. I've started this in reaction to the massive interest fees in this section. Anyone reading this that supports this thread, I encourage you to make your own thread and do the same if you are willing to risk whatever you lend out. Worst case scenario, I can rid the forum of a few convincing scammers at the rank of full member+

Would basically just define that as any purpose other than simply posting to loan to gain trust or scam. Gambling is fine as long as you do so responsibly and are sure you can repay on time.

If by "long time" you mean registered in September 2012, then made almost every one of your posts on May 15th, 2013, and by "conducted trades" you mean entirely unverifiable trades with no record on the forums, then ok.

How exactly are you going to successfully arbitrage when you cannot withdraw cash from mtgox? If you provide more information and have a way to pay me even if your money gets caught up in gox I'll consider a loan. Also I'd want to see proof that you're verified on these various exchanges.

This arbitrage has nothing to do with mtgox and fiat. I mostly deal with alt coins because of its unstable nature and fast confirmations.

Term: This is a really good question... It has many variables.. it might take a whole new thread for me to answer this... I am willing to start skype conversations if the lender is interested in updates on project times... there is about a two month or so deadline before the difficulty rises too high to make mining back any BTC possible... to be negative perhaps or ready for the outcomes stated from previous problems listed above.

I am open to any questions or help or interest anyone may have in Bkkcoins and DIY minners or myself! I do not expect any "loans" or "donations".  I like the idea of 0% interest this thread offers so I support it with my project of building a few K16's .  And I do not have the current resources.. broke college grad.. to populate all of my boards.  Of course if BTC mines back.. after understanding the risks involved.. If Stunna decides not to do your loan, I could do it for 0% interest, however, do you have any form of collateral? You sound trustworthy but that doesn't mean a lot. Collateral can be anything that's easily transferable with value, if you live nearby the Netherlands, you could also send collateral via mail, but generally digital transfer is easier if you have anything.

I am trying to think of a good way to do collateral.. There is some faith from the investor that I can pull off a rig to return some investment BTC at some point.  It is possible that my at home re-flow method will fry everything.. I would like to return faith to the investor by offering the entire rig and or ASIC chips from said rig... including my invested more than half if things don't work out.  The gamble for myself and the investor is..

Will Avalon ship in time to mine enough Data to return the BTC invested?.. this is a small investment since I am not sure at all if Avalon can pull through.. I am able to get a BTC0.086 price per chip right now since a lot of group buy investors are pulling out with fears of losing ROI.  Before the BTC is sent to me I would like to confirm with sebastianJu that our order is in a "good" Batch to be delivered in Mid to Late September.  The risk is our batch won't be delivered on time but chips have started moving recently.  Either way I do not see a way to ROI on most of the ASIC miners being distributed with delays.

This is sort of a test for me and anyone else interested.. to see if we can populate the boards being sent to me.  If things work out I would like to offer an assembly service with 0% fees much like this thread... based fully on support of the community. I would like to work with others to find the best ways to burn new chip technologies to PCB designs from engineers on all of the new chips being developed. e.g.

This will be a linked 9 GHash/s Miner with a 0.3 Ghash/s dongle. The plans are to have the rig mining in mid September.  The difficulty should be around 70Mil then (this is probably a high estimate but it's better to be safe).  All BTC will be sent to investors address until investment is paid off.. this will take 22 days or so with current calculations (http://www.bitcoinx.com/profit/) to pay you back if Avalon ships... I am not interested in profiting from these boards so there is a good chance I will just leave it mining on your address.

If I was a hacker and successfully took over this account, which is all about powercoins - check post history, I would have easily made up a credible story about trading altcoins, too.

If I was you, I'd have someone confirm he's still the same guy. Maybe through NWO, which has some positive trust - meaning not much, unfortunately.

If the account owner is still the same, I'd risk a 0.2 with him, but no more.

This seems fine to me, especially if you provide collateral. My only concern is how will you mine the difference in bitcoins using a GPU. I'm not very knowledgeable about mining but I do know that difficulty is so high that GPU mining is simply unprofitable. lol, no i'm selling a gpu, not mining with it. i won an auction for an ztex quad FPGA at a steal of a price about 97 dollars. coupled with my 4 Block Erupters i could pay the loan back relatively quick

It's very difficult to make money mining with a small amount of capital put down. If you don't know what you're doing I strongly doubt you will turn a profit and be able to pay back the loan. Prove otherwise and yes.

Honestly, small fees wouldn't near cover the amount lost due to defaults which is why fees are so high on btc loans. Ultimately the users who borrow money from this determine the future of this, it is up to them to keep this going by returning their loans at the end of their respective terms.

Loan update for bitcoin miner.

Avalon is shipping and it would look as though there will be a mining machine ready to back defaults on loans sometime in October at the latest.  Of course shipping delays are the primary concern and can cause things to change as they have in the past.

If it plays through the month of September and it looks as though ASIC chips simply will not be sent to the open source community.. I will of course pay this loan back out of my own pocket.

 Stunna , by now , I need the 0.2 from the signature deal plus 0.1 to pay back som debts I have,  I think I can pay you much more easily with certain post you would agree with some more signature deal ( pay you back with signature sign sounds great) or I can just pay you the actual money itself.
