Most of people are buying nem or ripple now. But I still prefer to keep everything in ETH. As it is the most stable currency as for me

Yes, you should invest. I'm buying more.  Whatever coin you feel is most undervalued. Start with http://coinmarketcap.com/

This is the market. When there is a takeoff, there is a fall. In my opinion, now is the moment when you need to buy, and that this choice should be made by yourself.

Dont take this as a financial advice, but yes, I think this is the right time to buy. I think you would be good with any of the currencies backed by a good project at this time as everything is tanking.

precisely this is a good opportunity to invest, where the price of all the coins have a very sharp decline.not possible you want to buy coin at the price of a coin is expensive.pasti you wait for the price of coin is down. so this is the right s'at you are investing.

There is a good rule - to keep part of the deposit in bitcoin just for such cases. This time I bought well on the drawdown and already earned 40 percent of the invested. The main thing is not to be greedy and fix profits in time.

In this case of panic selling buy more altcoins because bitcoin correction or bitcoin bad news only last for a few days, do not miss the opportunity to buy at its lowest then sell at your own.

Agree. It's going to be missed opportunity for newbie traders out there because veteran traders are accumulating more on this red days. Red is just like a super sale in malls so go and buy the dips.

Do you know why you are scared? Maybe you dnt know the projects and its development. If you study first your target coin for investment and once you know its whitepaper and future development or its roadmap then I think you will overcome your fear. Any investment have a risk but it will lessen loosing your funds if you really know which is the best coin that has a great potential to pump in the future. Study the projects to know its potential.

If almost all of the coins are in red, it is time to buy them at lower price. Be sure to buy those coins that have the potential to grow more in the future. Many coins have the ability to grow in long term and try to choose a coin that is best suited for hodling it. Investing in cryptocurrency is risky but if you already know how to play the market, you can make more profit. Better to study first the coins you want to purchase to get more information on its team, whitepaper and their future plans and if you want to become a trader then learn how to trade first.

This happened also years ago, weeks of bearish market is really annoying but its just for me the time of consolidating for the price!
If asked should you invest well depend upon how you risk your money is it for long term or short term? If you are ready to pump it waiting for months then buy now and relax for a year . :P

Pumps and dumps are normal with crypto currencies. Never be at chaos looking at the situation. This is natural with each currency. And be confident before starting up with anything if you have decided to move forward. There is a genuine reason to be scared at the beginning as you are investing, still before getting into it, study the market and go through the data of last few years. This will make you sure of growth flow.

If you really need money I think you should invest in the electronic market, because the market is now very good to invest, the virtual money market in the future I think it will grow globally. , and if you are rich enough to not need to spend money, then you do not have to think about it.

Pretty normal and some of strategic guys are earning with this bloodbath days, and the only losers for this days are those weak guys who doesn't even think that they can retrieve their money if they hold their alts. But we can't eliminate the fear feeling on them since actually the huge fall of bitcoins for now are so scary and it creates chain reaction to the alts and this thing will needed to be scan since for some other guys are treat it as shopping or hunting days for potential coins.

You should start by studying and researching about the coin or token that you are going to invest into. "Buy when low and Sell when high" is the common rule in trading but in cryptocurrency those high and low is very abnormal because sometimes the price goes very high and sometimes it goes very low but with experience you will get the hang of it.

It's just another correction. The market gives us the opportunity to buy good coins at the bottom and earn. I've been waiting for such a chance for a long time. It's like a sale in a supermarket. Now it's time to wait for growth and fix the profit.

If you are looking to lower your investment risk, you should take a systematic investment plan approach by buying a certain pre-determined amount at a regular interval (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). As a regular investor, your money fetches more units when the price is low and lesser when the price is high. During the volatile period, it may allow you to achieve a lower average cost per unit. You can easily achieve this using services like Hexorr (hexorr.com).

Bloody days or what we call Red days are always the good timing to start in crypto. Its the best time to go shopping altcoins and not during the bullish market.
I, myself wait for the red days to buy altcoin. Its my favorite time to buy because I can get them at a good discounts where other traders are panicking to sell their coin, I buy.
During bullish market, its good to sell and not to buy. And during Red days, its good to buy. Never reverse it or you'll be in a great loss!

Best time to buy tokens is when everything is down, "blood" days are good because whatever goes down in this market will go up unless it won't. To avoid coins which won't go up after they crash you should look only for coins with active team behind them and you will be fine.
They will all go up at one point.

If you believe that you cryptocurrency has future, well think about long term investments, governments and businesses nowadays are now adapting and studying the good side of blockchain technology, So far, a lot of business now adapts blockchain technology and they issued tokens which is a type of utility token. So in my own perspective, crypto space has future in the long run, continued mass adaption is one of the key of cryptocurrency booming markets.

My only advice is that BUY when the market is red, that means it is buying time, and the market is green that means you can sell and take the profits of your investments, in my case i HOLD a lot of my coins and tokens for future use.

Have a great day.

Even though the market is performing well, that is the best time where you can buy coins that have a future. You shouldn't buy coins whenever the coins are in green because you won't be able to buy more if that happens. Whenever the market goes red, buy more and hold and repeat the same process over and over again.

Buying on dips was never been a bad idea but the thing on here is that we should not really be careless on which coin we should buy.Lets say you do have the money to buy on but you careless select then it would still be useless. Bloody days is just a normal day on crypto and we know on how volatile it is. The fact here is that there are lots of people who do easily panic specially newbie investors or traders who just recently bought their coin and then the price goes down and do cut loss. Now we are preparing for a bull run once again and its really the best time to acummulate.

If not now, then when ? Logically, you should invest now when the market is down. We know too well the daily fluctuations of the market. It is the "fertile" investment period. Analyze the projects and invest in the currency you consider to be undervalued. Deploy the coins that had high oscillations because if the coin was at a certain level, it would get back there.

Most of people are buying nem or ripple now. But I still prefer to keep everything in ETH. As it is the most stable currency as for me

How much the coin would not be stable, your capital must be stored in at least a few coins. This is about every person who owns capital in cryptocurrency.

No one can really decide what to do, when you decide to become an investor you are taking a choice that while it can be extremely profitable at the same time it can be a painful one if you lose money and you are accepting full responsibility for your actions, if you are not comfortable taking that decision then it is better for you to forget about investment for the time being.

When everybody is scared that is the perfect moment to buy the problem is that many people that could take advantage of this gets really scared as well and they miss opportunities like that, this is the reason why traders should try to be as emotionless as possible or their emotions will get in the way of making good trades, and even more importantly after they have bought those coins they need to have the tenacity to keep holding no matter what.

Only to do is not to scared from that drop down of the market but be courageous and a risk taker to invest if you want to earn more profit. FUD will not make you success.

Look at the market that I was so scared! Do not know where to start?

On the contrary, now there is a great opportunity to buy cheaply any promising coin. Do not be a pessimist. Of course, provided that the coin has the prospect of further development. In addition, you can find a coin that does not depend so much on the course of bitcoin.

The market isn't for those people who are scared of investing by just looking at the charts.

This isn't the only chart and industry that does have this scary market, look at the other markets there are also scary charts, candle sticks and bearish market that they are going through. You will become tough after surpassing these bad days.

Most of people are buying nem or ripple now. But I still prefer to keep everything in ETH. As it is the most stable currency as for me

This is the market. When there is a takeoff, there is a fall. In my opinion, now is the moment when you need to buy, and that this choice should be made by yourself.

If you're scared then investing in crypto is not for you because there's a tendency you will just sell out your coins if the current value is not what you expected it to be. Better to gain knowledge first on how crypto works then decide afterwards if you still want to involve yourself in this high volatile market. If you already understand why the market turns up and down it might be the time you're ready to be part of the growing community.

the best time to invest on any coin in the market is in a bloody moon.
we all know that the if we start swimming in the red sea we will end up in a green forest.
that is the best thing to have in cryptocurrency.

While I agree there are bad moment in any market, the market of cryptocurrencies is not really for the faint of hearth, investors in the stock market panic if they see a 5% decrease in the value of the whole market, I remember a few years ago when it went down 7% and everyone thought it was the end of the world, but in bitcoin seeing a decrease of 10% in a single day is nothing for us but to other people that is something that makes them panic.

I agree with you, Alwyas blood day will be a very nice opportunity for traders and investors in general to buy some crypto with a low price. If anyone asks me if I should invest in not, I will advise him to choose the right crypto to invest in them, I mean by the right crypto, crypto with a high potential in the market.

Yes, this kind of market will suit only for high-risk takers and if all goes well then these investors make a lot of profit when the market turns to green. So when everyone is selling then we should buy only those good coins and hold them for some time to see the good profit. But what I know is most of the investors will buy when markets going up and if it crashes then they will lose a lot of money but the same investor don't want to invest when prices are at low.

Before you start on investing you should make a review or ask first a professional trader on what could be the pros and cons when you are making a trade. You should know that the value of every cryptocurrency is Volatile. Even just a blink of your eye the value of every tokens or coins are changing. Now that you encountered the red days, you didn't know if you will invest again or not but for most investors this is the best part to buy crypto.

Title: Re: A bloody day! Should I invest in virtual currency?

You should start by gathering some real money and buy coins that have a future and hold. You shouldn't worry about the market going red because it is just normal in the cryptocurrency world. You are probably thinking that you should buy in green but that is the wrong idea because you won't be able to get more coins if that is the case.

Crypto market isn't for someone that's dreaming of becoming rich and eventually will get scared when something goes negative during these bearish days.

Like today, many are going to say those words again as the whole crypto market is on red signal and blood is spreading all over the charts.

But what I know is most of the investors will buy when markets going up and if it crashes then they will lose a lot of money but the same investor don't want to invest when prices are at low.
Those investors that will buy during the market high's are FOMO's but for the rest of their lives, they will not stay on that feeling.

Yeah, you separated what holders and investors are. Holders are investors too but they are not going to do anything when the market is bloody but investors/traders are the ones who are advancing during this moment. They will simply buy these cheap coins so it's a sale from the crypto market. But a good and experienced holder will hold and buy at the same time.

The fact is that crypto currency is a new opportunity for real earnings. But this kind of activity carries a certain risk And for this it is necessary to make a decision to each individually. Although the Everest depends on the direction chosen by man, because trade, investment and participation in Bounty companies carry different risks.

Buying because of FOMO is a huge mistake, it is a mistake so big that committing that mistake once can be enough to cripple your future as an investor, this is why I always recommend to people to read several books before they start trading or investing, think about all of those people that bought bitcoin at 20000 and now they are regretting that decision but they are the ones to blame for their mistakes and their ignorance.

Yes, market is down which means it is bad day for the people who have already invested in crypto but a golden day for those who want to invest in crypto as this time will come after a long time now and if you invest now the return is guarantee, so you should hesitate to invest. Currently you should find good coins and invest as soon as possible before market becomes strong as the low point of coins remain low for very less period of time.

The moment you create this post, then the exchange rate of the cryptocurrencies market is very terrible and bad. A drop of more than 50% in just one month makes all investors cut losses and withdraw from the market. And at the moment, when the exchange rate drops, my advice is to invest in BTC and ETH, because the exchange rate will decrease, but it will recover quickly.

All of those that sold their coins out of panic cannot be said to be holders, they thought they were but the fact that they sold their coins tells otherwise, now if a holder sold his coins as a way to grab some profits and then try to buy at the bottom then that is way better than to sell in panic but it is not something a long term holder should do.

Such figures can make anyone scare especially the newbies who entered recently in market hoping for big profits. The best advice is to hold for users already in this bloody market for others I suggest wait for 1-2 days more before you invest in nay coin as generally in such conditions when market start to rise, people invest but then it is the rise is followed by a great crash and giving better position to invest.

It is true that anyone can panic seeing numbers like those but the market of cryptocurrencies is a lot more than just a bunch of numbers in a chart, when you take a look at the technology and you understand how impressive it is and how it can change the world then the numbers become less important, this is like investing in Microsoft or Apple when those companies were just starting out.

A bloody market, It's a matter of hype, manipulation, Fud and FOMO. Unfortunately, people who recently entered this market are much more bearish. However, there are so many experienced traders who make noobs panic sell by shorting with huge leverage. Looks like maybe a bottom for now, but possibility can go more downside in the future. This doesn't mean I argue you invest in virtual currency just invest what you afford to lose.

Look at the market that I was so scared! Do not know where to start?

If this is your first time to invest in crypto, it could be scary, because of the continuous downfall of its market. But the question is, would you like to invest in crypto in a more expensive price that might give you a  small earnings in the future, or in a more cheaper price like what crypto market have now that will give you a huge profit when its market value rises.

If you are concerned about stocks, you will find that the ups and downs are inevitable and normal. The same is true of the virtual currency market, although there will be more intense ups and downs. So don’t be afraid. From these years, it’s the right decision to invest in virtual currency whenever. You can pay more attention to the top 20 currencies of the virtual currency market. They are valuable and recognized by most people. And I think there is still a lot of room for improvement. If you invest in them, hope you have patience and faith.

I will also express my opinion: there is a high probability that in a few years bitcoin will grow above its highs, but not much.
Some people will not wait - they will sell, and some will become richer, but not millionaires from nothing, as many think
The days in which you could invest some dollars and make millions are over in bitcoin and it is likely no coin will have a growth as big as the one bitcoin has had since the beginning of its creation, however for those that are ready to invest a significant amount of money bitcoin still has profits to offer and even more importantly with the price as low as it is right now there is almost no risk since bitcoin cannot go down too much since its value is already very low.

making an investment plan is absolutely necessary if you want to invest in crypto currency.

one simple way is to accumulate buy.
1. Make the target amount to be invested.
2. Make a profit target to be gained
3. Make a staged purchase.

suppose you want to invest in a cryptocurreny 'X', you are targeting a total investment of $ 1000 and your profit is $ 500, so your total money becomes $ 1500 at the end of the investment. Make a purchase, every week for example $25 so it takes 40 weeks to reach a total of $ 1000. do not sell before your total accumulated coins become worth $ 1500

this is not a financial advice. DWYOR  ;D

It's always scary to start, but today cryptocurrency has very good prices to enter! Take coins from the top 50, they already have popularity, it's easier than choosing from unknown tokens. Well, keep in mind that this investment is for the long-term! Until the end of the year, it is better not to look at the market at all, so as not to be afraid of such bloody days.

Invest in the crypto currency is not at the time when the whole market is red, but when the market stopped falling and began to recover. This will save you from losses and will give a quick profit.

I think it is now the time to invest when it is bloody. But you should not invest with all your money, only invest a little that you will not feel sorry for it.

Correct. When the market falls, the most experienced people that work with the cryptocurrencies, try to add more crypto to their wallets. Now, you can buy different altcoins like Credits, IOTA, TRON, OmiseGO, Qtum.

This is the time when sharks are buying coin. Once the shark has bought enough, the market will rise again.
Whales and astute investors are taking advantage of the current prices while the small fish are worried if the price is going to go down again or not, this is why those people keep getting richer and getting more coins while the average bitcoin investors has a lower share of the coins, this is not only true in this market but it happens the same in stocks where 10% of the richest households hold 90% of the stocks.

Warren Buffet once said: “Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful."
And then he said once again.
So this is the perfect time to buy the projects that you really believe in.
One of the projects that I personally believe in and I know it will have great success is #Blocnation. This is a great dICO still in the public sale that will finish at the end of this month. Is a great working product with an awesome usecase: helps you pay easy and fast inside private events. The project has had great success before thinking about integrating it with blockchain. Now with the new trend of cryptocurrencies and all the hype around them it will have even more success. More at: https://blocnation.io/
All this blood bath doesn't express the value of the project. It's only a evaluation for the moment in a market that can be easily manipulated.
Now everybody is fearful. Don't be like that.

Should or not depend on which cryptocurrency you're going to invest in :). It'll be fine if you wanna invest your money in altcoin with high rank on CMC or Bitcoin at the moment but if you wanna invest your money in a new cryptocurrency or token on crypto market, I think it's not a good idea right now :). Maybe you should buy some EOS or NEO then hold until this downward trend ended ;D

On the crypto-currency market there are ups and there are also falls, and such protracted as now. This should be treated as an ordinary market condition. Therefore now it is necessary to use this time for purchases at very cheap prices. The market will in any case be restored.

This is the perfect time to accumulate coins but many people are in a state of panic so profound they do not really realize this, then like always as soons as the market begins to recover they will begin to complain and will forget all the things they said about the market and the bad decisions they took, this is why I have stopped to try to convince the few people I know to stop selling their bitcoin since they will never learn to not sell their coins for a low price.

That moment you created the topic then the market drops more than 80% of the rate compared to the end of 2017. And now when I read your topic, the exchange rate is also reduced, the BTC reach 6000 dollars and the ETH rate is more than $ 450. Whether or not the future rate of recovery is unpredictable, but the potential for future cryptocurrency is undeniable.

I'm not gonna tell you how to spend your money, but i can help you out some with my thoughts.
In this time it is smartest to be accumulating. I truly believe in the massive returns ICOs can bring, thats why i'm looking into a few ICOs myself and if you'd like to also you can.  None of these have launched yet but I know they will all have very successful campaigns, at least based on their use cases and journeys so far.
Some great looking ICOs with a very solid set of foundations and teams are these if you or anyone is interested.
The ICOs are Fr8 Network, Muirfield IP, Airstayz, Daostack, and Deedcoin.

Fr8 Network seeks to remove intermediaries from supply chains, specifically the freighting industry, and bring revenue back to carriers and distributors.

Muirfield IP is a private equity firm utilizing blockchain technology.

Airstayz is the first of it's kind, revolutionizing the travel industry with customer and corporate incentives on tokenizing benefits.

Daostack IO is an operating system for collective intelligence. DAOstack powers decentralized companies, funds and markets to make fast and innovative decisions at scale.

Deedcoin is the next generation full-service real estate network at a baseline 1%, by solving the customer acquisition problem for agents

Dont ever be afraid to invest, but never invest too much that will cause yourself or family distress if you lose your investment, i cant stipulate this enough as I have seen many people go in over their heads and to have to sell at a loss. My advice is to be happy with sitting back and watching your portfolio drop and if it goes to zero, to be able to say at least i tried

Break your investment into lots and make a clear investment plan, take it seriously, that's what I did to survive in this market. You can only succeed when you really understand the market and place a lot of trust in it because success does not come to those who do not.

Most if the altcoins might not survive the current bearish market.
Or you could wait for a more favorable period to invest.
It is best to buy the dip and sell the spike.

Yes, you definitely should. I'd recommend a diversified portfolio. I'd do %50 in Bitcoin, the other %50 spread evenly amongst many alt coins. Look for features of a crypto that make them stand out, and remember the less popular the coin, the better!

right choice is in yourself don't follow other people, because you have the capital and if you are successful or fall you are the one who enjoys not others
