If the share difficulty threshold was set at 16 and you submitted a share of difficulty 36, then it would read "Accepted xxxxxxxx Diff 36/16 GPU 0" "GPU 0" refers to your graphics card. If you had two graphics cards mining, it would show something like "GPU 0" and also "GPU 1."
