Not for a long term investment mate. Ripple is only good for pump and dump or trading, this is centralized and managed by banks so you'd either choose for a short term investment or just stay away from it.

 I don't think XRP has very long future. Becuase banks can use RippleNet but don't have to use XRP.
And this is centralized coin not like almost other in this blockchain network.

Yes, I understand your reasoning. I also do not want to get stuck in a long time / long-term investment. If xrp is already pump, then i ready to sell. Not wanting to take risks and I still doubt the future of ripple.

I believe this is the most overrated coin in the market , obviously not the best coin to invest for long term , it's centralized of course and has a huge supply so I think his price is very overrated , the thing that he reached 3 $ for some time is just crazy and I believe his price should be not more than 10 cents , my opinion dude stay away of it , bitcoin is the best investment and should be the best for a long way .

It would need 30x the current marketcap of Bitcoin to reach $150,- that would be around 5,85 trillion, which would be 10x the volume of the whole crypto market atm. Do you really think thats realistic?

Ripple is centralized coin and its not really good for long term investment.
I dont really interest with ripple in my portofolio but short term investment will be oke i think.
I prefer to invest in etherium than ripple.

Ever since i read the news about ripple having a lawsuit by a certain bank ive lost faith in it. Ive sold my ripple thinking that the company would eventually go down and my coin will drop in its value. For me ripple is not one of the best option to have as it may drop its price in the following months.
Just my opinion but if you want to go further with ripple then better read some online articles about them and how things are going with the lawsuit.

Not sure. I have a ripple in my portfolio, but I do not expect much from him. The maximum - will grow 2-3 times. There are many other coins that should grow this year much more.

Well if you are looking for a return on your investment for short period of time then you should go ahead and invest on it, but regarding the best alternate not quite sure because the effect of it's is on and off, usually it would go up but after a while it will fall down again, clearly it's not suitable for a long-term investments.

I do not think that the ripple is potential crypto, as its current exchange rate has dropped by more than 60% compared to its peak. Moreover, if you have to choose the investment crypto, then I will select Ethereum to invest instead of Ripple because, in the future, Ripple will not be potential, it goes against the development of digital currency.

This coin has proven itself well, as we see the price per coin was 3.80 dollars.
so this year we can quite expect price Ripple growth: x2 x3 it's really real for this coin.

I doubt that a Ripple is such a nice coin. You lost this train, you had to put your money into Ripple at the end of 2017 and withdraw them on the 31 of December. Now this coin isn't seems to bring much income.

I don't think Ripple is good for long term investment. You can only trade buy it at lower levels and sell at higher levels.

Ripples is not a long-term investment. Ripples are only good for pumps and landfills or trade, So ripples are only for short term investments.

It is not good for long time Investment, because the price easily pumped and dumped. Make the price like yo-yo. Also, XRP managed by banks, so I cant expect more from XRP.

It's centralized, there's a potential total of almost 100 billion, so much of it is controlled by the makers of it that it can be manipulated if they desire, but besides that it's great!

Ripple continues to show charts of price increases. Another advantage of Ripple is unaffected by various speculations or rumors. Especially after the Chinese government announced the future of Ripple, this makes eating Ripple more stable and significant.

I think XRP is a good one to be in when the price gets low. However, I don't think the price of XRP will get any higher than $5 - $10 per XRP because of the amount of XRP that are in circulation.

I will said ripple is one of the best coins to buy now as you can get many quantity at a very cheap price now. However I will say ripple is not the best coins to invest in right as there are many coins that are going to outperform ripple in 2018. I think bitcoin still remains the best coin you can actually invest in now and  follow by zcash and stratis.

Ripple made amazing things in the last year, but this doesn't mean it's a good one. It's like a company and I don't trust this project frankly. There are much better ones. Ripple is centralized.

Ripple is one of the best coin to buy right now because the rice is very cheap and once the price increase for sure you will earn a lot of profit in the future.  As of nwo the rice of ripple is lower than $2 and for sure after this month the price of ripple will become $5 each ripple and if that happen your money will become times 3. But if you want to earn more profit the best way you do is to buy more ripple and hold it for fee months or few years brcause for me the possible price of the ripple will become hundreds dollars.  That's I think really happen because as of now many people beliebe to ripple.

Time for an update. To be honest I was not expecting to recieve a large number of votes, but the number of votes have been quite significant. 56 votes of which 12 are solidly for Ripple. I had asked for a coin to rise in 3 days. The price of Ripple has stayed more or less the same.  So that is it. For the rest of the results

Ripple is an interesting product, but I had not expected it to be so dominant in the polls. Everyone knows everything about Ethereum, but Spectrecoin is a different matter . But for what it is worth it is getting 4 votes.

Ripple is good for short term since it is centralize and manage by bank it is hard to rise in a way that if they needed additional xrp coin they can create and produce not like decentralize there coin/token will just keep circulating and a good way for coin/token holder.

It's hard to speculate this one since it is centralized unlike other altcoins. Certainly, we can't deny that Ripple is considered to be one of eye catching coin to invest. But considering it's market trend and being controllable coin it seems to be not good for long term investment.

it is not the best coin to buy because it is centralized. 80% of all coins hold five or six banks. will be zero in value if those mighty world banks don't accept xrp technology. max predicted value for ripple is 7 to 9$. Personally I will sell it on 4-5$.

I haven't seen good movement of ripple since its moon. The price had not able to get back at least $2, maybe the pump and dump is over I  guess?

Why not check out about raiblocks (XRB)? The lowest price in January was yesterday, which was approximately 13$. For now, it's regaining its value. Also will have many cool things coming in 2-3 months.

Ripple is a very worthy coin to buy, the volume is big, the concept is clear, ripple is an interesting and potentially good coin so some banks adopt this coin, the most important is the price is still very cheap, I believe the ripple will be strong in the market and the value will be increasingly increased

Ripple is not decentralized so it is not ideologically in line with what the cryptocurrency community wants to achieve. Nevertheless it is a temporary solution for bridging the worlds of traditional finance and the cryptocurrency paradigm. This gives it value and explains the sharp increase in price we've seen end of last year. I recommend to hodl Ripple and wait till more and more banks will adopt some sort of crypto vehicle this year. It will drive up the price of Ripple imho!

I don't like RIPPLE because of the fact that the price is up then the floor is loose at the bottom. If you missed this growth then it is difficult to do anything.

Still, bitcoin tops my list. Despite of the value drop over this month it still lead the crypto market in terms of popularity, user base and market capitalization. While, amongst altcoins I would pick ethereum and ripple, it have shown  a good performance in terms of market and appreciation value. It has also built a strong market base as it get the trust of crypto users overtime and I think it will continue to do so.

I think it's too soon to say ripple is the best coin to buy. Ripple has a good potential in the market today. I'm sure you also think the same. It's hard for me to say ripple is the best coin for now but I'll keep seeing its progress.

Nope not really, because of too many speculations out there and some of them really has points. I mean this coin's project is all about banks which is the ultimate sector affected by crypto when incomes to business disruption. I mean so far there are many conflicts if the enthusiast will gradually accept ripple. But so far it doesn't prove anything even though it reaches it's ATH lately i believe it's only a community hype.
