The Bible says;"...remove wicked officials from the king’s presence,
and his throne will be established through righteousness" - Proverbs 25:5

Unless such this corrupt people take away from government there is no improving progress in our nation.
Internal cleansing must be done first in the highest rank of our leadership so that we can teach a right model of true public service. Real transformation leads to lasting progression.

You think you can do that? You think that if you were in a position of power you could remain pure of heart year after year? Until you have not lived through this you can't say that it's easy. BEcause it isn't.

As long as we have money being used to subjugate others, there will always be corruption. Money really is the root of all evil, it is the very tool that has enslaved humanity for centuries.

I think the punishment for the perpetrators of corruption is still not feasible, the evidence is still many officials who still do it.
Providing the right punishment for the corrupt, so there is a deterrent effect for the perpetrators of corruptors.
true death sentence.

Remove the corrupted people from the government.  8) I mean those, who have huge business influence and interests in their own countries. They don't do politics, they just drive their businesses to increase the wealth :-\

When did bitcoin first game in the world everyone thought that it will reduce the corruption because Bitcoin used to provide us with the transparent network which allows us to view each other's balance and transactions which banks do not allow us to have? So if we can see each other's balance and transactions like who have sent their money to where and why then I think it can reduce corruption almost up to zero. And the second. I will like to highlight is people usually encourage corruption because they are not well educated or want to make more profit so why not let us make everyone equal profit so everyone will become happy.

In our current society we can't eliminate corruption because it's part of us, our fallen nature.

Strict laws should be in place so that anyone found guilty should be punished accordingly and there should be transparency so that the common people would be able to know exactly what is going on. With transparency, i am sure it would be difficult to become corrupt.

The people asking for bribes, they're all government officials. So no government, no more corruption.
Anarchy is the solution.

If a person is proven to be corrupt, the best way for him is to take and confiscate all his property, remove all his positions at an institution and put him in jail. That is all. corruption is mostly related to a person's position within an institution.

I think that the best way to eliminate corruption is to remove all the toxic politicians that the government has , and make them pay for all that they steal in government funds. Put them all to jail , and never have them bail. And all those properties that they have must be confiscated and return to people who pays taxes.

First of all, the general population must show absolutely no tolerance for corruption. The corrupt officials must be identified and then shamed in public. After this, these officials must be jailed and all of their property must be confiscated. In case of high-end instances of corruption, even death sentences can be considered.

I suppose in order to curb corruption first thing that involve is money. Then we must see the conflict of interest, for example like high post officers if they are earning enough i dont think they will want to do something that will sabotage their high paying job.... so i will say the salary must be fair to them as well but it all boils down to the integrity of the person

For each official needs to be spelled out clear rules. All his decisions should be algorithmization, and even better — automated. Officials — a computer program. It is necessary to reduce the number of documents, certificates, crusts, forms and other paper documents that citizens submit to the officials. Ideally, a citizen should be one document — his own fingerprint. All information must be in a single government database to which various officials have appropriate levels of access, and fingerprint or eye is used to identify a citizen with a scanner. And no paperwork, no waiting for certificates, no stupid questionnaires and no lured firms, preparing the questionnaires. Any interaction between officials and citizens must be recorded on video and audio equipment and to be available to the investigating authorities.

Make everything transparent, especially funding. Eliminate opportunity for lobbying. For campaigns for example, either people can only contribute in a easily traced method, for example using cryptos from an exchange that practices KYC or have the state outright fund the campaign. With the former, you make it easy to find who they were getting their money from and also have the benefit of finding if they are overspending. With the later, you remove the possibility that interest groups would ask for favors later should the candidate win.

It should be very strict punishment for that and also wide publicity of such situations. I know that in China nowadays the government actively tries to eliminate corruption and they discuss it in mass media if there is an official who take bribes.

I think when you have hierarchical systems of power you can't eliminate corruption at least not 100% of it. Somebody somewhere will abuse their power this is the way it has always been and it is the way it will always be. Some things in human nature don't change like greed and I believe corruption is similar in that regard.

Corruption is an inevitable product of social development to a certain stage, and any social system has this stage. We are in this period, and it is impossible to eradicate corruption and only reduce it. The reduction of corruption depends on the progress of the society, and the progress of society depends on improving the quality of the whole people. On education, the transformation of people's ideology, one generation after another, a little bit of root out the root of corruption.

In fact, corruption is a worldwide problem, and so far no one country is not plagued by corruption, both in market economy developed countries, or the market economy is not developed country. In today's world any country, including the European and American countries with developed market economy, there is no leader of a country dare to claim to the peoples of the world, under his leadership, his country has achieved political correctness, to eliminate corruption and establish the integrity of the kingdom in one thousand. In today's world politics, there are still corruption scandals in the mature European and American countries, involving the President, the speaker, the governor, the parliamentarians and the business leaders and executives.

To eliminate corruption, this should be done within themselves. A politician should be fearful to God and to the people of its country so that He won't think of stealing the money from its people. It is all about our conscience to do good or bad deeds.

There's no way to eliminate corruption. As long as people are greedy, people will want more and more. Corruption arises when there's authority and opportunity. It's part of human nature to become greedy and to want more and desire things that we don't have. There's no way to end corruption. No matter how kind or good you are, if you are given power and opportunity, corruption will take place.

Corruption can not be eliminate. Corruption can only be prevented, prevention can be done by the existence of strict rules and laws so that people who want to do corruption will think twice, and the existence of rules on reporting private property so that it can be monitored by agencies that handle corruption. Perhaps with the existence of such a rule could at least reduce the act of corruption

There is nothing but a heavier penalty of triple the ordinary thieves, made poor, alienated, and humiliated. I consider thieves to take goods or money belonging to someone else because they are hungry, but the real corrupt they are already rich take all the rights to the people of a country. how could it be left with a mild penalty or be exempt by paying a fine? That's something very cruel.

Preventive strategy (prevention) is to prevent, and can be done by: First, make sure that you are not the perpetrators of corruption. This can be done by refusing any unofficial charges. (eg doing financial financial transactions by not using a receipt). Then, do campaign activities and da'wah to invite people against the actions that lead to corruption.

What to do is ;

-Preventive Strategy(Prevention) ie to prevent, and can be done by: First, make sure that you are not the perpetrator of corruption. This can be done by refusing any unofficial charges. Then, do campaign activities to invite people against the actions that lead to corruption.
-Detective Strategy(detection) namely to investigate or find out if there are signs of corruption.
-Strategi Edukatif. This method aims to encourage people to participate in fighting corruption with their respective authorities. So the community needs to instill the values of honesty, also fosters antipathy toward the treatment that leads to corruption through moral messages.

The three pillars of the strategy described above essentially also require hard effort and the drive from the government to combat corruption is also very important in involving community participation.
Thus, corruption is an act that must be eradicated as soon as possible because it can threaten the welfare of society and can adversely affect the development and development of the country. So it needs the role of all levels of society. Adolescents are one part of society that has a significant influence in influencing government policy.

I can't agree with what you had posted above. Because many countries have shown that corruption can be successfully eliminated. But it depends more on the voters and the civilians than the governments. So you can't say that it is something which is deep embedded in to the human brain. If there is a will, then you can find a way to reduce corruption.

It's really hard to eliminate corruption in this world. It's depend on human's behaviour, awareness, and their conscience. Corruption can be appear in the small thing, like corruption of working hours (come late to the office). So if we destroy all the human who have been done corruption it's useless, as long as another people in this world corruption will be exist. The another people who doesn't have good behaviour, awareness and conscience can do same thing like corruptor. The best way to stop corruption is come to the people's awareness in the society, they must know and conscious that corruption can harming many people. There are so many effect can cause because of corruption. Corruption just give advantages to some people but it will give disadvantages to many people or society (can expand the poverty in the country). And the little thing that i can be done to help eliminate corruption is don't do corruption with everything in my life, and i will pray to God to make aware for the corruptor that what they have done very give bad impact to big population.

Subsidies, tax exemptions, public procurement of goods and services, soft credits, extra-budgetary funds under the control of politicians—all are elements of the various ways in which governments manage public resources. Governments collect taxes, tap the capital markets to raise money, receive foreign aid and develop mechanisms to allocate these resources to satisfy a multiplicity of needs. Some countries do this in ways that are relatively transparent and make efforts to ensure that resources will be used in the public interest. The more open and transparent the process, the less opportunity it will provide for malfeasance and abuse. Collier (2007) provides persuasive evidence on the negative impact of ineffective systems of budget control. Countries where citizens are able to scrutinize government activities and debate the merits of various public policies also makes a difference. In this respect, press freedoms and levels of literacy will, likewise, shape in important ways the context for reforms. Whether the country has an active civil society, with a culture of participation could be an important ingredient supporting various strategies aimed at reducing corruption.

The historical roots of corruption, probably probably hike back to the custom to make gifts to gain favor. Expensive gift isolated person apart from other applicants and contributed to the fact that his request was fulfilled. Therefore, in primitive societies a fee to the priest or leader was the norm. As the complexity of the state apparatus and strengthen the authority of the Central government, there were professional officials who, by design of the rulers, had to settle for a fixed salary. In practice, officials sought to use his position to secret of increasing their income.

The first ruler, on which remained the reference as the fighter against corruption, was Urukagina — Sumerian king of the city-state of Lagash in the second half of the XXIV century BC Despite the significant and often severe punishment for corruption, it did not lead to the desired results. At best, he was able to prevent most dangerous crimes, however, at the level of small bribes embezzlement and corruption were widespread. The first treatise with a discussion of corruption — "Arthasastra" — published under the pseudonym Kautilya one of the Ministers of Bharat (India) in the IV century BC In it, he made a pessimistic conclusion that "property of the king cannot be, at least in manner, has charge of this property."

Interesting story... I think you touch a main point: To give gifts to gain favour. Usually gifts are sent to someone more powerful or influent than you in your realm. I believe we can't live in society without organization, so the authority is needed, but without supreme power.

And the only way to make things fair would be to have a decent authority, someone honest and fair on the command, so he would be an exemplar person and wouldn't accept corrupt behavior from the side of his subordinates. The citizens would have examples to follow and wouldn't have reasons to justify their corrupt behavior as we see in many societies.

There isn't a way to eliminate corruption, but if there is punishment with justice, it's already enough.

The first thing we should take note is that, stopping corruption begins with individual. Corruption is not in government alone, it starts from different homes to different offices. We need to Change our mindset. Anytime we try to bend the normal protocol of something, then we are corrupt. Proper education should be given to the youths on anti-graft war, stiffer penalties should given to corrupt officials - I suggest public display of their death penalty.
Before you do anything, if you have this though in you that "this thing I want to do, in what way will it affect others or my neighbour"  then we will have a second thought before embarking on such action. Stopping corruption is a collective efforts.

As history shows, strictness of the punishment won't prevent the crime! You just waste taxpayer's money to keep corrupt officials in prison.
Confiscation is the best solution IMHO!

The Bible says;"...remove wicked officials from the king’s presence,

Unless such this corrupt people take away from government there is no improving progress in our nation.
Internal cleansing must be done first in the highest rank of our leadership so that we can teach a right model of true public service. Real transformation leads to lasting progression.

this is also my proposition about this topic. But to think of how to do it is not easy. You cannot easily those powerful official that are wicked for they will do everything to keep their power. Also, if you take away thr government completely, there will be no peace and regulations throughout the nation.

Corruption is like a gun sticked to the government. It is hard to get rid of. It is a problem long time ago and is still a problem now. I'd say we voters, as a prevention, should vote wisely. We must be smart about who we want to lead us.

Preventive strategies (prevention) is to prevent, and can be done by: First, make sure that you are not the perpetrators of corruption. This can be done by refusing any unofficial charges. (eg doing financial financial transactions by not using a receipt). Then, do campaign activities and da'wah to invite people against the actions that lead to corruption.

"Eliminate" is difficult, but not impossible. I think transparency is the key. Maybe blockchain could help. What if all our tax payment go directly somewhere, like escrow, totaled, then all projects, and things that need gov't funding can be seen by everyone, like after collections this month, this is the total, this are the things that needs fund, they go directly there.

Corruption is a state of moral values degradation in which the greater priority is being given to the bribe provider. Corruption could be eliminated by having strong check over the offices through an independent constitutional body or lok pal , to eliminate it, moreover the social awareness could be people and govt officials not to practice it.

Here in India, we have seen several such leaders who wanted to take strict action against the corrupt officials. But none of them succeeded in the end, because the lobby of the corrupt employees is too strong. Whenever a corrupt official is either suspended or dismissed, the others in the lobby will group together to protect him.

These people are so abusive that they should not be tolerated, corruption is a sin that puts a nation down and only God can help them remove it.

We need to change the government processes for eliminating corruption. If the members of the governing body are government officials, there will certainly be less reports of corruption cases. While if the criminal politicians are in charge of forming and implementing laws, what type of law would be formed, one can only guess! These criminals are root cause of corruption because they ruin the governance for their self motives.

Thus during election, we should keep in mind the person for whom we shall not vote.

I think corruption is, to some point, inherent to all of us as human beings. We are not saints, we are not perfect.  We all talk about corruption but, if we get in some position of power, we might also try to enjoy the perks and get some easy money.  I think the real problem is when you go overboard and eventually forget about other people, or even downright become the very person ruining everyone else's lives.

Law to dismiss from service if found to be involved in corruption.  This seems a better option. For instance if you see  cases where anti-corruption bureau rides an officers home and finds disproportionate assets, the officer is suspended from employment and taken for judicial trials.

Short term solution to this is a harsh and stiff implementation for corruption. If people see that the enforcement of anti graft and corruption laws are strict then people will think twice when doing it. Next is a very regular change of leaders and or officers with in the government to actually prevent them from creating a system for corruption. Lastly and most important of all is teach the children the effects of corruption in s larger scale and impose upon them honor and love of country

Eliminating corruption in a country where it is already the order of the day may be a serious task.  In my opinion, I think a strong legal system will do a lot to eliminate corruption. Cashless policy must also be enforced as corruption thrives so well in a cash economy since tracing any financial crime is usually very difficult in a cash economy.

Some people say "corruption cannot be eliminated", well I totally disagree with that because it can surely be stopped. But how?
The basic and first way to stop corruption is raising up people that do have the fear of God in their hearts and those that have been taught good morals - good value system like truthfulness and integrity.
Another way is teaching correctly, undiluted political education. This is for those who would love to come into power.
