It makes sense to either announce your project so that community can participate (the way I'm trying to do with icbit stock exchange), or announce your project when it already works in the beta stage.
Also can you tell us, what engine do you use, what is the overall structure? Is it a seriously developed exchange, or just simple PHP service? What currencies would you accept, what payment systems? We use python, BRL, Banco do Brasil and Liberty Reserve. L.
