I wonder what's the purpose of announcing a site which only has a countdown on it? It makes sense to either announce your project so that community can participate (the way I'm trying to do with icbit stock exchange), or announce your project when it already works in the beta stage.

Also can you tell us, what engine do you use, what is the overall structure? Is it a seriously developed exchange, or just simple PHP service?

What currencies would you accept, what payment systems?

This is great! I miss brazil as I used to live there for my dad's job, years back...
We lived there for 13 months in Rio de Janeiro and it was a life changing experience! ^^

We use python, BRL, Banco do Brasil and Liberty Reserve.

Still I don't see any exchange, it seems to be just a blog.

But, good luck with the project! More exchanges - better.
