For sure, this is the perfect moment in year to invest in crypto. 1. the price is down so with 100$ USD you can buy more units. 2. you shroud focus on maximum 4-5 currencies. 3. don t panic when the price is going down for one of them. (if you sell you clear increase the lose) 4. tell to all your friends about your currencies. (don't keep only for you as profit potential) 5. don' t invest in dirty coins! This is what i did in Jan 2017. I invested 100 USD now I have 1900 USD. Personally I sold all the currency on 27 Dec to USD and yesterday i bought again the same currencies but times more units because the prices are lowest possible in year. PS: this things, with country x banned the crypto currency, or exchanges or regulations are part of the phenomen and this will result in a more notoriety of crypto markets! There is so many coins which are created "just because why we can't have a public toilet token, it will save the world, right?". Prior to buying coins and tokens, one should check the team, advantages against current "fiat-competition" and business plan. There are a few gems out there which have a great chance to survive. With this approach, you are more likely to profit. Choosing only because of name and Telegram group size is pure gambling. You may be lucky .. or not.

That is a very speculative question to ask...because you will never know the perfect time to buy or sell anything, this realm included. Hindsight is always 20/20, and the shouldve and couldves are infinite. Of course some simple rules of thumb can help you decide if this is a good time to buy or not. Generally buy in the dip...when others are selling, panicking...that is when you will get your best prices...and never ever buy on the high.

I used to be one of those people. I thought that it's best to mimick the overall trend of the entire cryptocurrency market as a hedge against a small number of coins falling. I've since learned the error of my ways. The main problem with holding many coins is that if one of them moons, it will only be a small amount you make, yet if the entire crypto market crashes, there is no hedge anyway and you'll lose value regardless. You can see this currently with every single top 100 coin falling. So much for diversification, it would not have saved you! Title: Re: Is this the perfect moment?! I'm already almost about finished with buying up my cheap alts, wish I had more, but then I suspect this downtrend could stay for a while. I was wrong in thinking the Bitcoin climb back above 8k would be the end of the dip, but I guess I couldn't be happier to get even more opportunities to buy in. This is a real testing time. I think newcomers are now starting to understand what weak hands mean!

There is no trust for trading and exchange. I will wait until the bitcoin goes to 5k. And i think we can never say this is the perfect moment for buy or sell. So it means that this is the right time to buys more coins. Then sell it before the year ends. That scenario has been redundant for how many years already. And yes it was a right move to sell when the price is in rocket high because the next thing we know, it will be in dump pruce again.
