I hope this centralized coin with a very big amount of coins which belong to devs, will never go to the moon!
The main rule of cryptocurrency is decentralization. This rule is not for XRP  ;)

My view that Ripple was on the moon month ago already. I don't belive that price of the Ripple will be much than 3 usd per coin due lack of decentralization.

i think the growth will be closer to April, May. We can see the ripple at 10 dollars. Everything depends on the market and the price of bitcoins. Ripple is a sleeping giant, who wakes up every half a year but gives a very large profit. Very good coin for speculation and long-term investent.

XRP has moon some ago although the price has dropped now. it is uncertain when the coin will rise again. probably next year  ;D

I don't know but I heard rumors that eBay might use Ripple for payments later this year and it might be sooner now with the PayPal and eBay fiasco.

The last rise to 3 dollars and a sharp decline showed that this coin has no future and it is useless.

I think this year is to invest in xrp,not whether it is already your x's made,I don't think it will overtake btc and eth for captilization.

Don't think that Ripple will "moon" but it have all chances to return to the point of 2-3$ per coin. However their dispute with R3 is still not resolved and if Ripple will be legaly forced to payout 5 bln XRP that coins will be definetely dumped by R3 once the price will be good (there is no other reason for them to open a legal dispute). The centralization of the coin is not a big problem when there is a  high risk of dump.

Are you so sure that XRP will fly to the moon? I am really so sceptical about this crypto and I think is already overvaluated. Maybe I am wrong. Only time will say.

ripple already in good price on last month, when the price reach $3. to be honest i'm not sure if that ripple will "to the moon", but i'm very sure that ripple will come back to $3 soon ;D

By the way, the ripple has many advantages, even the fact that it is not decentralized is not a huge drawback. He has the speed of transactions and privacy and he works directly with banks. The only plus it's a minus is a stable price, which really will not go up high and wait for a super big increase certainly not worth it at all.

The second wave of Ripple has already been and gone. The first wave rise was up to around $1.10 with a pull back to the 60c range then second wave was a rise to over $3. I think that in an improving market XRP will once again rise to over $2 until the currency is being fully used for its intended purpose.

Totally agree with you. I am also very skeptical about this cryptocurrency and I think that it is overvalued at the moment. I would not invest in it.

Ripple is a good long term investment because in i think in last december the price goes 1-3 dollars. We just to hold until we reach the moon

I don't like the price characteristics of the ripple and I hope that it will not rise anymore. Although it has a really good volume on the markets, in my opinion, it is not a promising coin.

This is not a crypto currency in its pure form. To analyze it is useless. The course depends on several people.

Ripple is termed to be a manipulated asset by experts due to the global financial institutes adoption of ripple for their transaction needs. Along with bitcoin xrp too went low in value, by that time xrp gained market overcoming ethereum. Probably ripple will reach moon along with the increase of bitcoin.

As some others have mentioned or hinted at, the best thing Ripple has going for it as far as price is concerned, is that it would be one of the easiest crypto's to regulate. I for one don't like it for that very reason, although there very well may be some good opportunity to make money with it.

we had a big ripple pump recently, you can not expect a shitcoin like that to get pumped every week all year long while there are 1700+ other shitcoins that can be pumped so much easier than an already pumped shitcoin.

although it is impossible to tell when the pump is going to come but it takes a couple of months at least to get properly dumped and go down to very low prices then start the pump for real and make money from newbie idiots who buy late into the pump on the peak of it.

Second it's not decentralized, at any moment in time the owner can stop the coin.
You bought XRP but it's not really yours, that's how it is and it's not how crypto should be.
But anyway that's only what i think, you can still make profit of it by shorting.

XRP should never rule the crpyocurrency market because this coin is a centralized coin which means these bankers are manipulating its price.I dont want cryptocurrencies have some factions,cryptocurrencies must be decentralized and no one can manipulate it,XRP was created to destroy our decentralized community because these bankers knows that they cant beat bitcoin.

Never. This is a centralized coin that is not a real cryptocurrency. IT was inflated by the creators in order to sell inexperienced beginners for$3. IMHO

I think Ripple is not a reliable coin. Day by day, it is losing the trust of the people. It has a really good market cap, but I think even this situation may not save its popularity in the future.

I think Ripple is overvalue, to me I have looked into the project several times still don't know how it can justify that huge market cap, athough thanks to the centralised nature of the tokens allocation that favour the developer greatly. If you are expecting great return from a project I don't think Riplle should be the project you should be looking into

TRUE, this coin is created to bag money from the people. the hype of this coin is to buy and sell in the trading platform and people are just having this token to earn some profit from trading. but in terms of having this coin for a long time and develop in the crypto community will never be a good side. the developer is holding a huge amount of token and just hyping the coin and sell some. this will happen until they have sold all their holdings and once that happens. this coin will be a mess!

It's really wrong to base your investment on the fact that the price of this coin has been higher in the past.
You forget to consider that ripple was trading for 2-3 $ when bitcoin was about 19000$, we always need to consider the price of the coin against bitcoin, because that's what really matter.
Ripple was surging high when they announced that they are going to have an agreement with moneygram , and I guess that it is going to jump again when moneygram really accepts XRP, but you can't really know what is going to be the XRP price before the announcement comes out.

i have selected three months on the most for XRP Ripple to go to moon and that will be accompanied with the rise of bitcoin and many alts butt that would be soon three months at least as i have just proposed.

This is my personal opinion.. XRP is currently artificial and its value is driven by Ripple Lab news.. and Ripple lab does not put any onus on its client like UAE exchange to use the XRP token. So that begs the question what is the real value of XRP??  The people who dont understand thr structural set up of Ripple will still continue to buy and drive the price up.. until one day in the future when the whole world realises that none of these bank or exchanges or very limited number of them will ever use XRP..

why everyone believes in Ripple? This is one of the most speculative cryptocurrencies, which is controlled by a very narrow group of people and does not carry any good technologies...

Op it seems to me that you are currently holding some quantity of ripple in your wallet and that is why you want to get confidence from people's opinion on how they see ripple .
Nevertheless, the recent adoption by the central bank of one of the Arab country will go a long way in pushing its value high in the nearest future.

I think in the nearest future. Maybe it is the same situation like in the past. You need only wait for growing ripple. About 3-6 months  ;)

There is already a lot of information about the fact that the US federal reserve is interestining in XRP, I think that this will give impetus to people to start investing in it!

in fact the time has come. have made an agreement with the central bank of arabia. ripple has made new deals. will rise soonest. there is an opportunity to evaluate it.

XRP is very long term holding coin... at you see. if you have patient enough you can get high return at late 2017

It is a centralized coin which is an exception to the main rule of cryptocurrencies which is decentralization so we cant consider this coin as a cryptocurrency and the only thing can make this coin skyrocket is FUD,just what like the coinbase listing FUD this new wester union testing FUD will give most of the investors losses if these bankers are started to take actions,this is all the plan of these bankers to get more investors and then they will take profits from the peaks,dumping millions of dollars once.

Why are you thinking that ripple is good coin. It just a centralized unneeded to anything some kind of shit coin. Possible banks and creators will pump it time to time. But imho it coin that normal people  should skip at all.  

No it wont have any mooning soon,the only thing XRP is being pumped because of these FUDs ,recently people lost a lot of money because XRP has announced that they will be listed on the coinbase but ended not too well for the investors because coinbase announced that there will be no coins to be listed,which is clearly these bankers are using these FUDs so they can take profits from these investors who invested in XRP,.you need to do a lot of research because XRP doesnt qualified to be a cryptocurrency because of its banking structure.

It seems to me that the time Ripple has gone. The highest price was in December 2017 - $4. I doubt that the price will rise again to this mark.

I think Ripple has a future and by the end of the year the price should be more than 10$ . This is my personal opinion.

When people are too dumb enough to buy this coin ever again,or when a strong FUD like what happened to the coinbase listing FUD that is the time this coin would pump.But there is no reason why did coin should pump because bankers are holding this coin,they can easily manipulate its price,i dont really support this centralized coin because i believed the banking system should be remove from out community.

There are so many red-flags for the XRP token now.

It already did moon. If you're talking about regaining value, it will need alot of institutional or new public money into it. Most everyone already in the crypto space has already made gains and moved on.

Summary of some points about the XRP token that HODLers of it should know.

Ripple partnering with banks/payment systems do not necessarily mean that XRP is being used.

News of banks "testing" XRP have ended up with them rejecting the use of XRP, even if they use the Ripple Network w/o adopting the XRP token.

Either way, the Ripple Company profits + the top executive are allowed to cash-out on their XRP tokens with a significant legal limit, which can effective devalue the coin gradually.

This coin does not promote those basic principles of the cryptocurrencies, that is decentralization. For this I hope that the coin eventually will disappear

Seems we knew that XRP aren't having a decentralized platform, therefore it's market growth trend are totally depend on it's developer. May the community engagement can affect the price but it will not make a sense that it can contribute a lot for it.

The question is not if but when the coin emission will kill this thing. The longer it drags on the bigger the fall.

Supporters of the decentralized crypto market never want Ripple to flourish because if XRP goes to the moon, that day whole crypto market will going crash as it will be the start of the centralized crypto era over the death of Bitcoin.

You may make some profit investing in this centralized cryptocurrency, but it will be used to block most of the projects by manipulating the market obviously.

It`s very interesting, right now on the same page of Altcoin Discussion is the another Ripple thread called: "Trying to understand hate for Ripple" (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2966798.0). Maybe the Ripple`s real mooning will occur after it will convince the majority of crypto enthusiasts that it is indeed a true crypto currency...

It will go to the moon after more than a year. A centralized cryptocurrency will not grow like bitcoin because bankers are greedy and they will use Ripple to pump and dump and get more profit. You already seen what happened to banking industry. They messed up and now they will do the same just like what happened before.

I think XRP will be stable for a long time to come. Its price fluctuates but not too high. Expect good news to keep it stable.

it seems like it will never happen because ripple has many reasons not to be hit on $ 1000. I never believed that. maybe some people will believe it but not with me. the development of the ripple is only temporary and very difficult to develop in the crypto market.

I hope that XRP will go into the lithosphere. After all, this pseudo-coin supported by those whose influence we leave through decentralized solutions. How does it differ from Fiat currencies? And more than 90 (!) partner banks. Think about it: 90 partner banks. This is coin for banks, perhaps in the future will be SWIFT 2.0

since Ripple is not a decentralized platform, it cannot be grow much more than what they expected. because someone can manipulate the price of it unlike in decentralized platform. as of now ripple is stable, and no doubt about it but sooner or later it will not go more further because most of investors are want to invest on some decentralized platform.

A coin created for the maximum benefit of developers will not be able to tear themselves away from the ground! The only chance to distribute all the developer coins, the airdrop for the maximum number of people!

Whoever makes predictions about the evolution of the crypto market is either a fool or a fraud. As ripple is not exactly a cryptocurrency, but a token owned by a centralized entity, probably it will never reach anything. Speculations will never stop, anyway.

I made fun of my friend when he invested in ripple a long time ago. It had literally no value back then... So he invested big... Then it boomed for a short while...  it didnt shoot him to the moon, but its nice enough so then most of my colleagues went in and invested because of his success... so... they are still waiting for another spike :D

I voted for never and that has the most votes, that is expected. Ripple will rise, in that I believe, but to the moon never, it is the coin for the banks with large coin supply with billions of coins how much should market cap be thousand of trillions for one ripple to be 100$, and how far the moons is from that point.

I don't know when xrp to moon but I am sure that when the time comes, ripple will go to the moon. meanwhile, we can try to buy at the low price and sell when the price is going up although it's not too big because we could still make a profit. and if bitcoin could increase and back into $9k-$10k, then the altcoin will try increase too although it could not predict when its happen because everything is possible in the cryptocurrency.

Sorry to single out Ripple, Litecoin (LTC) and BitcoinCash (BCH) are also focusing on currency processing market leadership but have failed to get their brands recognized. Ripple seems to be keen on hitting every opportunity and hitting the ground running.

Ripple is a very speculative asset. He quite before the end of summer can X10 from the current price to do. And can not do, because the coin is XRP is irrelevant to the blockchain Ripple.
The portfolio is worth having, the benefit of the price is very attractive now, and if bitcoin goes to 7-6K, it will be even lower :)

in my opinion XRP already made its way to the moon growing from less than 1 cent to almost 4 dollars. and even now its price is high enough compared to start price.
