Post by: papamoi on September 06, 2013, 09:13:25 AM
Hi guys,

One of my friend opened a company account with these guys .

after making him wait 10 days and all documents requested provided, these idiots have refused to open the account and get it verified

and when they were asked reasons ,they refused to answer

anyONE had similar things with them?

bitcoin exchanges are profiting of non regulation to act as in wild west ....

there should be a way to kick asses of these bastards as mtgox or else

please share your stories

thanks

You're kind of impatient, huh?

I had no trouble being verified on bitstamp. Uploaded the documents via their form, was verified within a day or two.

If your friend uploaded all necessary documents and he's still not verified, can he open a support ticket and ask for the reason.

Finally, if he is not getting an answer to his support ticket (which has never happened to me, so far), I would hope hazek (from bitstamp) would answer on here.

i don t know if you read my post:

they have rejected and refused to open the account after submitting them all the company documents.

while asked for the reason, they refused to answer

is that better explained?

so they have replied and refused to open the account without giving the reason

Got me?
