Perhaps he bid and forgot about it? It's weird because our system sends a winning email when the auction ends, and I can see that the email was delivered.

You only have to pay your bid.

Let's say you bid 0.53 and win, you will have to pay those 0.53 credits (worth $0.53).
You pay that amount with your website credits, and can even use the free user signup bonus credits to pay for it.  :)

If you don't have enough credit balance on your account to pay for your bid, the system will ask you do buy credits.
However, if you can't pay for your bid, we'd ask you contact our support on the website: https://cryptobids.xyz/contact and explain us the situation and I'm sure we can work something out.  :)

How you guys gonna handle custom and all for items other than bitcoin? And can you guys show some proof like package ready to be sent to winner for recent won items like this one?

However, we can't and won't give freebies to abusive users. And, judging from your feedback, is not the first time.

We can't and don't manipulate bids, but we have always the option to void abusive bids and everytime a bid is made or voided the winner is recalculated by the system.

We are a legit website, that's been giving these flash auctions for the last couple of days to show the maximum transparency to the users of this forum, but we all know there will always be trolls, and you can just look at his feedback to know that this is not the first time he has done that.

Also, I feel it is worth pointing out that this is the only cryptobids account and, while some of our collaborators have their own personal accounts, we have told them not to post on any of these threads. All of the people giving feedback here are not affiliated to CryptoBids in any way.

Like mentioned before, there is absolutely no upside for us to scam users. Sure we'd keep the prize money, but people would figure it out and we'd be out of users in no time. The only way our website works is if people actually win, so they keep bidding on future auctions, is that so hard to understand?

Is this the same piloder at bitcointalk? If it is him then I will wait for him to confirm about this winning, obviously it wont give too much effect for the site because it is just a small amount of money. Waiting for another bigger auction won by trusted member of bitcointalk.

From his email and username at our website, seems like its the same person. We're awaiting for him to claim his prize.

The reason we're doing these small-ammount flash auctions is to be able to offer prizes to as many people as possible. If we offer 1 phone worth $400 to 1 person there's only 1 winner, but if we offer 20 prizes worth $20 each, we give away the same amount in prizes, but have 20 winners, 20 satisfied customers.
