I strongly disagree with you that Bitcointalk is a joke, This is a very good forum and one of the best for me. But people like OP rank only Jr. Member and willing to rule the forum by becoming bounty Manager are a joke themselves. Even your rank will not make people to believe you are the right person to go with! To want how the managers are doing and having their place with the reputation on the forum is very hard and some people are doing well verse here. Please look into the profile sir Yahoo.
