I strongly disagree with you that Bitcointalk is a joke, This is a very good forum and one of the best for me. But people like OP rank only Jr. Member and willing to rule the forum by becoming bounty Manager are a joke themselves.
Everyone knows that no one will hire him unless a scammer needs a cheap person to advertise for his project. Sorry for the harsh words but this is the fact.

Experience on the forum before managing the various campaign is needed to shine on campaign management field. Even your rank will not make people to believe you are the right person to go with!

To want how the managers are doing and having their place with the reputation on the forum is very hard and some people are doing well verse here. Please look into the profile sir Yahoo. You may get some idea. Please check his campaign management profile thread.

Why somebody should hire you instead of one of experienced bounty campaign manager? How they can know that you will do your job properly?
You didn't put much effort to make your service ANN and it really looks like a joke... Some people think that everyone can be a good bounty manager nowadays.

I think your only chance to be hired is to work for free, even then I suspect you will struggle to find a campaign that will take you on.
