You open this topic for a loan as quite a newbie.
I dó offer you a trade. With or without Escrow, thats fine for me.
But you ask me to send first or to arrange an escrow myself just to help you out.

In my opinion, if someone offers this to you, like I do and did before on a 1:1 base https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2912610.0 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2912610.0) you are the one who has to find an escrow or offer to send first.
Especially with a payment method like Paypal which, even if you send first will still not be safe for me. You can reverse it.

Try LBC.

Not interested anymore.

You need to check the currency exchange section to sell or buy any coins for fiat conversion.

Please go through  this link to sell btc or eth for paypal or any payment option.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0

Check the billgator's thread he seems available to do the payment.

OP is last active August 07, 2018 so don't bother on making some questions yet he wont answer it all.

About Paypal transactions it is really rare for someone to make it through due to chargebacks that's why
going the the reputable ones on this forum is much more ideal.

Did you try localethereum
Never heard of this one  ::)

Have a look around the currency exchange section  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 you might get good rates, if you don't get anyone to trade with try use localbitcoins.com or paxful.com (N.B for lower rates you need a varied account=KYC)

If you want to sell your BTC for paypal then try this site - https://hiribi.com/. They give good rates when you sell your btc.
This site is legit. I had made few transactions via this site. They have a thread posted in service announcement at the bitcoin section of this forum .

In light of recent happening I'll want to say people should be extremely careful when dealing with transactions that has to do with Paypal, people are getting scammed lately through that means

The current generation peoples are little alert so they are all carefully dealing with everyone. But still some spammers are available in the market so we always analyse and decide our destination. I think better we can dealing with trading sites because it is more secure payment system.

More active in crypto to paypal trades are happening here, Currency exchange (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0).
But I don't think there's someone who would trade a newbie who pays in paypal, but vice versa it's possible.
