We can't afford to manually distribute the tokens for 5 years every week. The process has to be automated. Furthermore, manual distribution goes against Smart Contract's good practices. So you register by sending a transaction to the contract. You won't ever have to do more than this. Claiming tokens will be automized. Suggested balance of 0.02 is good enough. Before you sent the claim transaction, make sure your gwei is set to 10 or high. Setting it to 40 is too high. That is one of the reasons why only 15% of the total planned total have been distributed so far. They need to change that.
