there's nothing significant here. just proof of hodling, blah blah... even the roadmap is not that attractive, in my perspective. but at least they prepared something for the whitepaper. this kind of project is cashing out their money from selling their stuffs, airdrop is just a front so a lot will participate and ask for an exchange. once it hit the exchange/s, they will slowly sell their part and puff, they're gone. i've seen this many times already. hope they will prove me wrong. 

I agree with you on this.  There is nothing special on this token.  All it says that it will release some tokens to HODL and then it will be traded in exchange.  The reserved or the dev portion of token will sell off gradually and then the project will be dead.  This is just like ICO, but hiding behind  HODL and exchange trading.  I am skeptical.  Too much scams in  cryptocurrency world.

No it doesn't. HODLIT will be used in several projects that are in partnership with us.
Since we are also involved in the development of those projects as well, there is strictly no incentive for us to sell our stake apart from paying development and administrative fees.

No it's not (refer to the first link). The term of exchange is not to be understood in its most common meaning.
This doesn't mean that upcoming projects are exchanging HODLIT for their tokens but that the HODLIT holders will receive new tokens based on an exchange rate without losing their HODLIT. (just like we do with ETHER and HODLIT)
