Dev for the 'old' chain disappeared so the stuck chain issue is terminal unless he/she comes back. A new hard forked chain is being started as POS only with masternodes to follow later. Cryptobridge has agreed to list the 'new' NORT in place of the 'old' NORT. 1:1 coin swap of 'old' NORT for 'new' NORT. Original dev's premine will not be swapped.
