Wallet/ Tools /Open wallet configuration file.
Copy paste and close. Restart the wallet.

I presume he is just giving a "# of coins" value to the percentage that miners/mns get in each reward bracket.  If you look at the numbers the math adds up.

Unfortunately, this version of sgminer doesn't work with Vega GPUs, shame.
