Ok so for now it's all about promises, there's nothing done and this is just like any other masternode coin, with the hope all this stuff gets integrated in the future. I'm curious how you will do all of this by being a dash clone (or actually what coin is the wallet based?) and being based in the quark algo. It sounds amazing believe me! I'm definitely skeptic for now and will only judge when I see progress being made :)

What about fees? How will the fees be treated? And with the growth of the network, will the transactions still be fast?

Normal fee is 0.0001002 ICH per transaction and with this fee, estimated to begin confirmation within 25 blocks. For fastest transaction, you need to pay 0.00014237 ICH and estimated to begin confirmation within 1 block [30 seconds]. If you use SwiftX then you need pay 0.01 ICH and the txn will be instant.
And the transactions will be always fast.

I think if you burned half of all transaction fees, and added a POS fee that was burned as well, this could stand instacash out from the rest.

I do have a small problem with crypto-bridge.

I tried a few deposits from a pool into my ICH address.
Crypto bridge gave me an address about 12 hours ago.

After 12 hours I logged into crypto-bridge again only to find a new changed address for ICH and no coins inside my account.
Logged out and after a while back in aaaaand another new address and no coins.

Am I missing something?

We've not announced CB listing officially, why did you try to deposit here? ICH is under listing process and CB is having some issues with it. Devs from both side are working on the issues.

It is listed as a deposit option in CB and it gave an address and there were no warnings that something is not working right on the exchange.

Is there a way we can see progress on the upcoming work for the "smart contracts" on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I want to invest a good amount but there are too many masternode clones with no progress, so any proof of work shown will attract more investors and I could invest more. I think this could be an interesting project. Thinking about running a masternode myself!

Before the coin can see any true movement, something will have to be released from the roadmap.  Once differentiation from all the other MN clones can be truly established, ICH can begin growing.  Right now, its the same as the 20 other clones released every day.
It is expected the price will only go lower and lower, unless some technical updates are made. But you all must agree - no  movement on the exchange means people are reluctant to sell at these prices, which is a very positive thing. If only dev published some updates of his current work as someone suggested, that would definitely helped the coin. Nothing else can be done, at least I am just trying to stake for another MN, and another one after that.

CB listing has been delayed due to some issues. Trading and d/w will be started after the fix.

What the plans for other exchanges?

Yes you need to start everything from scratch for mn. But no problem as wallet.dat backup will be there so only need to keep that private key to re-setup mn.
So basically no need to transferring funds again to a new wallet for mn but remaining you need to do from scratch.
Else idk if it will work or not by keeping masternode.conf and again copy paste it after new wallet installation.

Dumb question regarding zICH. Do i need zICH for staking or just the ICH in my wallet? I have no idea about this  ??? My current Settings are 10% of ICH going to zICH

actually it's zerocoin bug. devs are investigating on this. and you need ICH in your wallet to get staking rewards. make sure your wallet is unlocked.
and go to Settings > Options and check if zICH Automint enabled or not. If enabled then disable it.

it's not your fault, atm you can't convert zICH back to ICH. devs are trying to find a way to get back those zICH. If they fail, we'll create superblock and give compensation to all affected users.

This coins masternode was very easy and to set up and pays out like every hour but there is one thing you must do first disable zerocoin minting before sending your coins to the wallet put this          enablezeromint=0            in the instacash.conf or it might mint 1000 of your 10000 coins to zich coins but all in all its working great good job team and thank you can cant wait to see what else you do with this coin :)

You're teeling me that status "staking is not active" is normal for POS??? Haha...

As a first step, please verify that you meet all staking conditions. A common reason for staking being inactive is immature coins. Waiting for your coins to mature takes 100 blocks (30 minutes). During this time your GUI wallet may show that part of your balance as immature.

If your wallet meets all of these conditions and staking is not active, try the getstakingstatus command: 
    For a GUI wallet, open Tools > Debug Console.  Then input the command getstakingstatus
    For a CLI wallet, enter instacash-cli getstakingstatus
You should see an output similar to the one below that shows your compliance with several staking conditions.  If any of these are false, it should narrow down the issue.


If the steps above are unsuccessful, try the following:
    Gracefully shutdown your ICH wallet
    Wait 30 seconds and then restart the wallet
    Wait 5 minutes and then unlock your wallet for staking

There'll be a hardfork possibly. The following things might be done in hardfork:
Block xxxxxx = snapshot block number.

3. When all immature mints become confirmed the staking goes on. correct? BUT! on some of my mac os it really goes on (os x 10.13.3), but not at another one (os x 10.12.6) — until restart the ICH wallet. that's a bug!
4. Sometimes staking goes off on my os x 10.13.3 (more stable) with only one unconfirmed mint. mintablecoins=false — could you explain this criteria, please?

I have about 6000 ICH coins on balance, 600 or 610 zICH (two of mentioned os x shows different zICH balance). that's also a bug!

A little problem occurred with windows wallet and we are investigating on it, linux is working fine.

developer, when you already make a purse for Windows, the purse still does not work, it can not be synchronized.

I updated to v1.2.1 and the prompted for the blockchain to get rebuilt so I hit ok and waited but ran into a problem

It gets stuck on block 100160! I have tried deleting the data directory plus adding all nodes and starting from scratch with the same result.

seems to be a bug not sure if its across all platforms.

I'm on windows, so for me its broken

 

v2.1 has a problem with syn, dev is fixing, you go down version 1.2.0 and delete everything except wallet.dat, then sync from the beginning

it still does not work, at block 100160 the synchronization ends and does not move.
