I am new here and to trading, i just like to get some suggestion on altcoins that might probably pump this 2018 and what is the reason behind that it pump.

I think you need to learn theory a little. The pump is a synthetic increasing of the price of the coin, which is committed by people with a large amount of money. So it is unlikely that it will be possible to know about real pumps beforehand, only those people who will pump a coin will have this information (telegram pump groups are total crap and scam with the only option - to lose all of your money). But if you want to trade you rather need to do the technical and fundamental analysis.

in 2018, there will be no serious correction in the direction of reducing the number of altcoins. I think it will be more of them appearing every day.

Hard to tell, last year we had some interesting cases where certain altcoins pumped linked to the current theme such as ASIC mining and privacy. Just do your research into a coin and monthly average into something if you really believe in it.

Let me say the truth all coins will pump in 2018, you should clarify your question. But I am good person, I can suggest you some good coins for trading: tron, bitcoin, sia, digibyte, oax and etc.

From all coins in Top 20, seems like BTG missed the pump in last 2-3 month. 

Maybe speculators will try to pump and dump it, because there is enough random traffic and the daily volumes are odd.

Before i give some tips I would to share with mate the key of success as trader's researching and studyin are best ways to get an skills to use it in your trasing job.
If my own observation and monitoring into the coinmarketcap the altcoins as of today are not in the good condition even the bitcoin continue to increase in the market price. You choose the top twenty coins as your day today trading activity but you need to learn the flow of flow chart of every alts. In the long term holding i recommend with you to buy a cheeaper price altcoin because someday you earn profits by doing that strategy.

it maybe sounds stupid but i personally think there is a future for the memecoin called garlicoin. It currently only has a market cap of around 700.000 usd so plenty of space to grow

Bitcoin pump and then altcoin will be following it. Remember what already happened in 2017 after bitcoin gets big pump to the 20k range and the majority of altcoin get the same thing like bitcoin. The majority of them get more than 200 percent increase in its price. Let's say cardano and other altcoins. Just try to buy some and then keep them all until the end of this year. No one can tell what coin will pump higher this year or someone can hype that things out. If you are new better for you to make and extra effort to learn more about cryptocurrency. No one can say what comes in this year cryptomarket.Although Many altcoins will go to high chance is possible.Go to market cap you choose first 50 or 100 coins then keep watch the market choose your best coin Make more research about the best coin then choose your investment.

Its all about the news and hype.A lot of stuff already exist,and new coins apearing every single day,with difference only in words.Plus we need stable market as well.So think of it as s gamble and try to pick stuff that people in future might want as a product

If you are just looking for pump coins, there are 1000+ coins that can be pumped any moment. But if you are looking for coins that potential have a bright future and there is a foreseeable use to them would probably be platform coins like the following : Ethereum, Cardano, EOS, Neblio, Waves, and LIsk.

Find projects that you like. Contrary to what a lot of people will say here, my advice is not to go after the low cap coins in search of a quick profit. Find more well established projects that have a > $60 mil valuation and invest in those. I would avoid the big billion dollar projects, since their potential growth is limited, but projects such as Dent, Zilliqa, Quantstamp, and Telcoin are good projects that are highly rated and destined to go places.

After you've made some money from these, feel free to invest in more high risk projects.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

BTC futures has fucked market. There are many short potions and they want btc dump to make money. They dont buy real btc but options. This can not go along forever. this will end soon. Than long options will winn and than we can see all alts in greenzone.

You need to read its whitepaper or atleast follow the product of a coin that you feel is good. Check their team mebers if they are credible for the plans that they were planned and the circulation of tokens how many are in the team, investors, etc.

I think OBSIDIAN and SNOVIO will grow 20 times this year. The price fell sharply compared to the one that was at the peak.

PRL coin is a good candidate. It is also airdropping SHELL coins to its holder. I like the idea behind both of the coin. PRL and SHELL have a good use and if everything gone accordingly the price could be 5x -10x than the present price.

I think you should choose CMT, the most potent coin today. I think you should buy them now. CMT is a more advanced Blockchain technology than ETH Blockchain. It's very difficult to guess the growth of a coin in a falling market. News doesn't have a strong influence on coins. News was the main reason for the growth for many coins during the bullish market. Many projects have delayed ICOs and it's not a good sign at all.

my simple predictions for this year beside the old altcoin like dash, xlm/stellar I think  AION is potential altcoin as seen from the product program they developed. I am sure this year they will be successful with their product and of course the price will go to the highest level.

It's will be better to monitor on the market of alcoins at coinmarketcap or the exchanges.

We can't take any judgement which one exactly will go that way,  I mean all of them will have possibilities to grow. Altcoins are like "POPCORN"s right now. One by one they are being pumped to x2 x3.
It is important and you have to be lucky when picking the alts.
For example, none of my alts are pumped so far. No sorry only AION, but I didn't have order :/

You're basically asking what those coins you could profit from. There's no problem with that but how would you know what those would be? :) My advise is to study fundamentally the coin itself and determine if it's a good hodl for the long term or not. I've started as a trader for stocks and forex. When I first got involved in cryptocurrency last year, I became more of a fundametalist because I gave more time in studying the fundamentals of a certain coin instead of looking at the price chart. Also, look at those coins as well with a plummet price or consolidating price. Those are good candidates in studying the fundamental background of the coin. I don't want to promote this but it's basically my favorite. Try to study PCL or Peculium. It's a good project with a great team behind it. They're looking to promote a savings platform in the cryptomarket space for a massive number of employees and middle class :) There are also a lot of coins out there and it will take time and dedication in studying those :)

once market conditions start a positive trend many altcoins are already back on the green line and many will continue to grow. one of them is ethreum ripple and bitcoin cash, it is one of the options I hold

There could be many factors that could pump the value of price. Important thing is regulation. If regulation comes favorably in majority of countries, then this will certainly give more legality and credibility. This could bring more institutional players in the market and the volume of trading could increase significantly. Countries like Japan, France, USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland etc. are already working on regulations and such stuffs, however in some it is considered as an asset, and in some as a security, and in some as a virtual currency. This impacts the way the coins and tokens are treated, and the overall tax situations.

If you are looking for good profit in the future you must first look at the MarketCap and Total number of coins. A coin with large coin supply (billions) can't grow very much in the future, not even 1$.

The coin pumped into the market in 2018 is NEO and VIT. These two coin you keep in mind, they will rise at the end of 2018. Maybe the market will decline but these two coin I believe they will go upstream of the market in the future.

I think that the pump will be on all coins from the top 10. And this I call the big growth of the market. And I do not doubt that it will happen. After a big fall there will be a lot of growth.

This year 2018 is a good year for the altcoins, there are many great altcoins now in the crypto. Market which will possibly pump. The good altcoins for me are the NEO, RIPPLE, ONE MONERO, and speacially the ETH.

If you have large capital and your capital is enough to buy Bitcoin. You should buy and invest first in Bitcoin. Once you have benefited from Bitcoin then you can buy some Altcoin which does have good quality.
