I think NEO coin has so much potential..It is growing so fast...In fact,  So many ICO is using NEO. It's known as the Chinese Ethereum but because of the Chinese ban on ICOs and cryptocurrencies, it had a very hard time. Now Chinese government allowing ICO with NEO based.. Also I think NEO will take a bit of Ethereum's market share for new ICOs since it's a trusted platform..In the last of 2018 I think it will fight for the first altcoin place with Ethereum..

I think it's a bit unlikely that in 2018 NEO was ranked first with Ethereum because the time is too short. Indeed it can happen but the possibilities are few. We watch together where the NEO is moving.

Neo is a great China coin

I still want to see the development of the NEO because now the movement of all altcoin I feel unstable and this is very make me confused to sell, hold or buy it.
maybe we see in july ahead, maybe in mid year there will be increase from all altcoin.

i can't say for sure that he's the best. but he is definitely a coin with a very strong potential since a lot of the Chinese market ICO's are based on it.

I agree with you. Neo has a great feature just like ethereum. We can see recently that there are some ICOs running on NEO network and I see that as a good development on the part of NEO network. If you say its going to be a huge altcoin in 2018 then I agree.

I do think that 2018 will be a great year for NEO, but I don't see it getting close to ETH. There is a huge gap from NEO to where ETH is now. Yes, NEO can reach that point - but by the time it has, ETH will also have moved on and will be way above that point.

many people say that 2018 is the year that NEO prices will increase and become the best altcoin in 2018. but I prefer ethereum than NEO, because I think investing in ethereum is more profitable than investing in NEO for now.

Neo's blockchain is just like ethereum blockchain and both of these cryptocurrencies offers almost same products.. the main reason behind using the neo blockchain to develop token rather than ethereum blockchain is the neo's blockchain is more faster and cheaper than the ethereum blockchain

Undeniably, this is one of the best coins for 2018, and the network itself with huge prospects, can grow to Ethereum. So I bought a lot of coins.  :D

NEO has got great potential as Chinese govt officials are too backing NEO projects. As everyone is aware that Chinese are great mind for Backward engineering.

NEO is the product of Ethereum backward engineering with some modifications.  News like Chinese is going to approve ICOs based on NEO are also in air.

We can not say this in an emphatic manner as if just one of us holds the power to change the market back and forth. It all depends on everyone of us all. In all sincerity NEO has a huge potential as we can all see its movement on market despite the recent dip issue, the coin is still holding its ground. I am tipping the coin to send a strong alert throughout the entire Cryptos world come the year's end

NEO has much better language support than Eth.
What makes a coin the best for 18? it's returns? if so NEO won't be #1 but it's going to be a solid year for it, I hold a good amount of it with confidence.

Yes NEO is the best coin of 2018 as many of the experienced players says that it will be at high prices at the end of 2018. It really has a good market potential and it seems that it will break all the past records.

I think noe for now is already moving and good to join and invest in it. now it looks like the altcoin is down and I think it will rise again and exceed the previous price.

Yes, indeed NEO is a very potential altcoin in 2018. That is true. Many experts on the crypto market have rated the NEO as very good and its price is $ 2000 at the end of 2018.
I bought myself 50 NEO coins and I am holding them. Hopefully its price will be right with what the experts have predicted.

I approve of this thought. NEO rises quickly and one day it will compete with Ethereum. China's positive attitude is very important.

It is so much clear to see that NEO is behind every coin such as Bitcoin xrp or Ethereum. Nevertheless, NEO has great potentials. Waht is the basis anyway of saying it is the best coin? NEO has shown great and bright future ahead for coins and hping to see more of it soon and it has shown off good performance this year but I think eventually it will slowdown like many coins.Hopefullyit will serve more of its purpose and make the best out of wha NEO can do int he crypto market.

NEO is one of the tokens I was very bullished on this year and still very bullish on it, but after seeing some of the new projects entering the space this year, some other big platform need to fear for their future or just sit tight, because marketcap means nothing in this space

Neo has great features and a great future ahead of him. lot's of China's ICO's will be based on its platform and this could be very good for the coin

It can be truth. I think NEO might be one of the strongest cryptocurrency in 2018. Besides there is much less information about NEO, than ETH now.

I think the potentials of many coins here like neo,eth,bcc,ltc and bnb are good by now but if you ask best coin i will go by this 5 because they are so popular by now and value in many exchanger still growing so it's better to invest in this 5 like not pick only neo.

NEO is great project. I have a lot of faith in it. But I cannot say NEO is best. Ethereum is way ahead right now, Bitcoins is on the top, of course.

NEO is indeed has a lot of potentials and it has better technology than ethereum's platform and you are right most of the ICOs are using NEO platform instead of the old ethereum's platform because NEP5 tokens are future proof unlike to the erc20 tokens which is a little oudated by nep5 or neo based tokens so yes it will be a good year for the NEO holders because it is going to be more massive.

i think that NEO is just a copy from ethereum so they didnt bringe any thing to the table so i dont think its better than ethreum and wont be the best

Yes you are right about this if you notice all the ICOs under NEO was sold out always why? because NEO are providing to their partner the best support what they had. They really had a good technology, upcoming projects, and great team behind on it. So expect NEO will be huge this year.

Surely is,NEO is getting more popular today and its platform is recently the best choice of the new develoepers that developes their projects.Because people are starting to realize that NEO is a very undervalued coin which has better technology than ethereum's though they are both offering smart contracts and d-apps i prefer a future proof tokens like NEP5 that is why i would choose NEO over ETH.

Value wise NEO will hard to repeat year 2017. It was one of best performing coins if not the best. Just like Monero in 2016. It is impossible to win such title two years in a roll.

You can not single out a coin and say it is the best coin. Each coin has its own use, feature and characteristics which may not be found in other coins. Again the value itself does not determine the potential of a coin. The potential can be determined by its daily use and strong community. NEO indeed is a good coin, but that does not mean that it will beat Ethereum.

I think NEO has already received their X and in 2018 will be a new coin that will give all "heat"!

I think NEO is currently a lot bit overvalued, although it is a good project I have to say.

At the moment NEO is doing great, lot of potential. Also a lot of GAS when you hold NEO.
 And every new coin on the NEO blockchain is doing great

You are very optimistic. It's a pretty young platform compared to the Ethereum. I also really like NEO. But I do not really believe that it can rise to the top three. However, if capitalization grows and NEO really rises to high positions, it will be another miracle in the world of cryptocurrencies.

Yes, NEO is a reliable investment. I suggested all my friends to add this token to their portfolio. After all, ICO-boom will continue to my mind for minimum a year and the Chinese government actively lobbies this token. Nevertheless, NEO 100 times increased in price since last spring and almost 5 times since December (to btc). So, we shouldn't expect the rapid growth in future.

The news of China's ban on cryptocurrencies is false news. At present, the volume of cryptocurrencies in China is enormous with Binance exchange floor. It is certain that Chinese cryptos such as NEO will rise sharply in 2018 as the NEO is now considered to be China's Ethereum. In addition to NEO, there are other potential cryptos such as Carnado, Stellar, EOS, and DASH :))))

Just curious about is there a maximu supply for gas or ever new gas will be generated through the staking process? I was feeling curious caused by the gas should be a worthless in the future. It's just like emission with so many inflation.

I hope it sky rockets and compete along side ETH. It has so much potential being that it is a Chinese coin. The bad thing is Chinese government kind of ban trading of crypto. So we won't be seeing much investment from them. Beside hong Kong side.

I surprised about this NEO coin. Even in bearish market also it has surged pretty well. Since long time I have been observing this coin I had seen it above 180 dollars.

I think it has a lot of potential and should have a great 2018. I do like the 'Chinese equivalent' coins, as this is obviously a huge market, which is often closed off to non-Chinese companies and products.
Technically it is probably better than Ethereum, but ETH does have a huge market lead. They can both do very well.

Id have to agree. This is the year of Asia. Neo has gas token. You can stake it and earn passive income. Great DAAP set to launch. High point of entry standards for all ico's. Great team, very eloquent CEO, huge community, partnerships with he Chinese government, very gradual steady increase in price compared to there coins which points to a natural build up of support. Ontology and NEX exchange will be launching on their platform and I really love these two projects
