Hi guys, this threat is for those Envion investors who purchased the tokens during ICO with bitcoin and still have them locked in the envion accounts. The following facts are outrageous:

1) There are at least 10,000 of investors who still can not use their envion tokens.

2) Envion is playing an insolent and deceitful game with bringing their tokens to trade on Hitbtc (Envion is selling the tokens to new investors, while ico investors can NOT trade their locked tokens).

3) Envion support team responds within several days with a template message like "you should be patient and wait for the email with instructions to unlock your tokens" and naive investors think it's a very difficult and high volume process, but in fact Envion continues to grow its capitalization by exclusive trading its tokens as described in #3. And this response is lasting for 6 weeks already.

4) The objective attitude to Envion by a giant number of investors can be read in the comments on Medium (for envion's updates and news) and here in the main thread of Envion ico. I should say the attitude has changed from 95% positive to 30-40% positive... and it is within 1 month only. There are even lots of bounty participant complaints about the tokens they have never received.

5) As of now, many investors are eager to see (during a visit) the real working MMU in Germany, some have written many requests to envion sales to purchase MMU and have never heard back.


So don't you think that Envion is not just one of the biggest ico of 2017, but also a biggest scam? How can we influence envion to unlock our tokens as soon as possible?

Be patient, we at Envion are working so hard to secure our own future first, a man has got to eat right? we have devd Envion and we deserve this money, if you want your money back, we don't care, because we have other ICOs, invest on them, because we still need money.
This is your fault, we needed more money, you didn't give us more money, now we have to sell your tokens to others.

There is a great project you should invest ASAP a.k.a ACY, invest and at least get your tokens, take Envion's code and put it next to activity token.
You have got scammed, end of story.

Surely this is not a fair behavior, making unequal treatment between investors.

What the heck is that Envion? Never heard about it. I bet you gotta be crazy to invest in such obvious scam projects.

I am also an investor in Envion and quite confident that it's not a scam.

I agree that some of there processes are not very convenient for early investors, but I would advise give them some time to setup everything and grow.

Unfortunately participation in ICO is a certain risk. And you need to be ready for this. I do not want to believe that they are scammers. But such behavior does not exactly attract investors to them. And all investors can only wait and hope that everything will be fine.

I bought tokens in december but i got them immediately.
they said the tokens where locked but if you manually add them in MEW you can already see them. (at least i can)
A friend of me also bought tokens but he paid with credit card.
He still have his tokens locked because they want to wait till the chargeback period is over.
I dont think envion is a scam as they are investing much money in marketing an other things.

Envion so far I haven't smell scam, I'm not sure about your argument yet. Surely this is a nightmare for investors if this is really a scam. They are still working, they will prove it sooner or later

As far as I know, bounty hunters are not given tokens. I do not understand what the team is trying to do. it is not professional at all.

I can confirm it.. I'm still waiting to receive my tokens gained with twitter bounty... it's very annoying.... hope this situation will solve soon!

I am about to participate in their bounty campaign but i could not participate for reason that i am still on a signature campaign. I think they're all good and the ICO is legit as what i read on their whitepaper and team.
I feel what the OP feels because he/she is investing money but that's what it takes to invest in ICO. You got to know the consequences that you might encounter in the future.
Well, whatever may be the reason behind delays of unlocking the tokens, all the OP can do for now is to wait until the token is good to go because EVN token price now is gradually decreasing from .9$ since it was listed.

I did not join their ICO, but I joined their bounty campaign. And I did not received any EVN token. I think I have to wait for some weeks.
Envion is a big and potential project, so I can wait for them.

In the official branch of the bounty campaign, it was written that until KYC is over and the tokens are sent to the investors, the campaign will not reach the participants of the campaign. This week they plan to give an official statement on the issue of payment of tokens.

If you are an investor crypto ICO, you need to be an optimist !!! You need to be patient ,be aware of all the changes, and swearing and panic will not lead to anything good! And another, ICO is always a the risk, do not forget that you yourself give money!

Envion did not make any sense as business proposition and I am not surprised that it is not treating the investors correctly. I just don´t think is worth keeping those tokens.

-It is true that they are slow and have had a lot of tokens and investors still locked and were clearly not prepared for the scale and administration of the busniss.

-Also is true they warned and stated before ICO about credit card investors and KYC, and clean bountys.

To me all that just states it is the first ico that i see that really is taking it serious doing by the book, also recheckin bountys to detect and reward who worked for them and not other bounty ripoffs.

Guys.. this is the closest any ICO gets to be the real deal..

Of course the downside is it is slower and dumpers and bounty people are unhappy with it. I dont blame them, if i where in this ICO for quick liquidity i would be too.

Anyway i dont see how this ICO was ever good to start from for dumpers or bounty hunters. Bad choice of ICO for investing money and time
Why would anyone seeking quick liquidity.. would invest in this ICO or any other mining ICO for that matter.
This ICO only seems good/profitable for holding...like master nodes or see it as interest..but better and cheaper or at least with no ridiculoes 100k minimum needed you decide the amount you can put in and you sell what you want(always in profit) when you want and still keep revenue/interest on whatever amount you have.

People who sell this particular ICO below 1dollar just dont believe in the project and are unpacient or lost faith and also are unpacient. In both case it is not a good deal money wise and if you think about the economics of this ICO.
Anyway in this game  ones loss is always someone gain... the ones who never lose.... the Exchanges of course.

if investors did not receive their tokens yet,
all bounty should increase their patient, because in all of ICO project, investors will receive their tokens first before the bounty hunt

I'm sad for this turn in events, but i guess that's exactly what happened. I can't believe this vaporware was able to raise $100M (if i remember correctly). ABSURD. Hope things will adjust over time. This just scares people away from crypto world.

I don't believe ENVION is a scam but in the other hand their team takes too long for releasing and distributing ENVION token for all bounty paricipants it's almost 2 months now since the campaign ended..

So someone cries scam and people believe even though they offer no evidence and contradict themselves (10k waiting... not a big volume operation - which is it?).

As i follow this ICO its the credit card purchasers and bounty campaign that have been slow to receive.  Normal KYC completed investors have had their tokens.  As for asking for hardware, they've only just raised funds... some people haven't read the white paper or haven't a clue about investment if they expect delivery of hardware product in such short time.  ::)

If every ICO that has problems with token distribution is a scam, then they are all scams. 

NO !!! and that is the problem. KYC completed successfully and purchased with BTC, NOT credit card. I know that they warned about hold for 6 months of tokens bought with credit cards, but I am writing about those who purchased with bitcoin and passed all KYC successfully.

It would ALL be fair if they didn't launch the token trade on exchanges yet!!!! That's the point! But if they didn't release the tokens to investors but started trading their tokens on exchanges it's DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAM!!! It actually means they continue their ICO, as they are selling their own tokens on exchanges but keep investors' tokens LOCKED!!!


If you buy SpaceX stock and believe going to Mars some day, does it mean you can NOT trade your SpaceX stock until travel to Mars is available???? It's the same. We MUST HAVE OPPORTUNITY to trade tokens on exchanges, but Envion gave this exclusive opportunity to itself only, while our tokens are LOCKED. To be definite in what I mean SCAM from Envion is that Envion launched token sales on exchanges while keeping tokens LOCKED for all those investors who purchased with bitcoin and passed all KYC successfully!!!

Accepting credit card for ICO investment is wrong, why would you invest on something if you know that you are not going to receive your tokens?
Nobody should invest with credit card on ERC-20 tokens. as it seems, even Bitcoin investors didn't receive their tokens.

I think we need to wait here with Envion. I've been to several campaigns and invested in several ICO's and I know, it takes time for them to sort things out. As of now I am not paid with Exscudo LOL but they are still very active with development. As long as the devs are active on telegram, here in bitcointalk or in any medium, I think there is still hope.

just see case like this, usually investor got their tokens before listed to exchanger. it is investor's rights to hold or sell their tokens. if this is really happen, investors must force envion team

That is excatly what my post is about! I don't mean envion is scam globally, I believe they are building MMU's and hope we will benefit some day from the dividends. But what I mean is Envion's SCAM POLICY for trading tokens. They had NO ethical business right to launch token trading until they unlock the tokens for investors - people who have supported them during ICO and invested total over $100M.

I have invested almost 1k and it's unfortunately still locked!

We are glad to discuss what is happening at envion—the how's and why of our business—but it seems the word scam is being used as a stand in for the frustration for not getting everything you want when you want it.  It's hard not to come across as negative when someone is throwing accusations your way, but for the sake of our valued investors we will respond and try to stay positive in the face of obvious FUD.

1.) Some investors can't use tokens.  That's true.  CC investors cannot use their tokens—they knew this before purchase.

A VERY small percentage of BTC purchases who finished KYC are still receiving tokens. Less than 2% left.  There's a similarly low percentage of ETH purchases still in the pipeline.  Script is running now: unlocking ETH purchasers tokens and sending BTC tokens to wallets.  It takes time.  Other than that, it's people who have yet to finish KYC and some of the people who purchased outside the ICO portal like large-sum CC investors.

Everyone else who finished KYC should have tokens. 

2.) Let's get some facts straight: Unlocked tokens can be traded.  Exchanges trade tokens.  Envion does not trade tokens.  We are not selling to new investors.  I think OP really does not understand envion's business model or what a security token is. 

3.) This is completely nonsensical.  We are not pumping hype because it has no effect on our company.  We are working with investors who can't get KYC done and meeting with customers.  That's our business and we're doing it. 

4.) As for bounty, bounty was made up of a high percentage of abusers.  Two choices: give abusers free tokens or take a long time to make sure no cheaters get tokens for nothing.  We are choosing the latter.  Envion has a responsibility to our investors who spent hard-earned money to only reward those who legitimately contributed to our success.  We take that responsibility seriously.  Shitcoins can give away free tokens because it doesn't cost them anything, but we are not going to pay out a lifetime of dividends to the people's whose fake Twitter accounts were already shut down or who used a script to translate original content from the human bloggers who supported us for the sake of expediency. 

Those that value speed over integrity are going to find themselves on a rocky road with envion because as we made clear from the start: we are going to do everything above-board.

5.) We responded to most requests for a visit.  We were shooting for a MMU visit on March 8th, but unfortunately had to cancel due to some resources that needed to be sent to customer meetings overseas at that time.  We'll have one soon and maybe coordinate with one of the conferences we'll be speaking at in Berlin.

Please make sure you are getting our newsletter and watching our video updates.  Responding to accusations of scam is tiresome and unnecessary for the adults in the room who have some patience and understanding of what it means to build a business.  You can't influence us to go faster because this is simply the pace we are working at.  Those that understand that the value of our token is the business we build—the resulting dividends from the mining profits—understand we need time to build the business and that we will not sacrifice that business to the demands of impatient traders who are not invested in the long-term success of envion. 

That said, we do care about every one of our token holders and we understand that waiting can be frustrating.  If we've dropped the ball on making your feel like we are responsive to your needs, then we will invest in making improvements.  Stay with us and watch this thing grow in the next months.  Any wait for tokens will feel insignificant when MMUs start deploying and dividends start flowing.

The Envion project made a lot of noise in the crypto community and collected a lot of money and you think that all this was done only for scam? I think that the whole point is that now the situation on the market is not stable, that's why there is such a need in locking the tokens

this is a joke ico. no tokens come. then I can invest better in TerraMiner. that's a little bit smaller, but the team is always there to ask. rather a little smaller and for the same come the token on the wallet

I don't really know much about Envion project but I think it's not a scam project :). As I know Envion will unlock token and distribute for bounty participant on March. Let see if they're really going to do that or not then we can say that they're scam I think it'll not be late to say so :). But for now I think it's a little bit early to say that Envion is a scam project :D

It's no way that is a scam , and it think they are doing the right thing by taking their time rather then speeding up the process and making mistakes.

Just what happened to the ETN scam,they have hold the tokens for almost 2months and most of the investors didnt get back what their initial investments,what a shame to the people behind these projects,the people who joined this projects surely wont recover from their invesments for a long time.

They collected too much money but that couldn't manage after ICO well. It shouldn't be that hard when you have too much funds for everything. Their explanation isn't enough for me, luckily I didn't invest this project. I thought it was a good one at first but now I'm glad I didn't put my money on it.

Absolute blatant cynical lie!!! There are TOO MANY investors who bought your tokens with btc and finished KYC successfully and have their tokens locked for almost 2 months now.

My tokens are still locked too though kyc passed and paid with bitcoin

I am part of the participation in this bounty campaign project and i am pretty sure this is not a scam in fact it is really a big project that i think of this 2018. I've look this project everyday in telegram and this always been the problem of some others people having impatiently. As many time they said by the Laurent the admin of this project is being locked for moment for analysing the KYC application.

Why don't you read the reason of our complaints???? All of us have PASSED KYC SUCCESSFULLY, all of us have paid with BITCOIN, so what the fuck our tokens are LOCKED while envion has launched tokens trade on exchanges????

Envion sent a PIN finally to unlock the tokens.

Although investors are in bad spot , i believe that they are not a scam .
This behavior could be explained by the huge success and applicant number which they were not quite ready for.

My tokens are still locked.

I paid with Eth and completed kyc.

look at the latest video, where it shows how the finished container is taken from the warehouse. Do you think that the employees of such a project should look like, they are more like a low-wage labor force and it's done to throw dust in your eyes!

LOL. Everyone thought that Envion is a great project at the start but for now, they turn to scam everyone after get a huge amount of money from their investors :). Beside there are a lot of bounty participants also scammed. :). They've worked for months but for now they get nothing and there are no respond from dev team of Envion :). Fuck this shit :)

I think if they deceive them they will not manage to hide with such money, all the same it was registered in Europe everything, there the laws are tough, I do not think that they wanted problems with the law!

Very often after end ICO company block some of the tokens. I do not know the amount of money you spent. But usually, the more money you invested, the more you got a discount or bonus, the later you get your tokens.
First unlock expensive and then gradually to the cheapest (or bonus).
I think you need to wait.

You can't tag them as scam yet. It's true they're not being straight with their token unlock for Btc investors and until now, they haven't said anything about bounty payouts. And it's very unfair to ICO participants as the unlock process is not that too hard to provide. Just excise patience with them and learn from it too. Participate with ETH in ERC20 tokens ICO to avoid all this drama next time. I am a bounty hunter waiting patiently to be paid.

The whole situation with Envion investment is very poor. The tokens are traded at half price comparing to ICO (while the project is considered to be real and paying dividends, so the token price must not be as weak as shitcoins dramatically falling now), tokens are traded on shit exchanges only, with ICO final amount over $100M they could enter at least 1 reputable exchange, but they have chosen trash exchanges and possibly are NOT accepted by giant major exchanges... Very sad.

If this is really so, then it seems to me that this is the most expensive scam that was in the crypto currency. They collected more than $ 100,000,000. It seems to me that if it were a scam, then they definitely will be interested in certain people, especially the SEC, which so strongly regulates crypto-currencies.

The problem is that IF it is a scam, then it is an intelligent and polite kind of scam which is closer to determination of low quality and zero potential business project rather than scam. They did KYC and did not allow the US unprofessional investors to participate so SEC has nothing to do with them right now...

I just read this from you. so far envion is a very big ico. even I saw participants of the campaign reach 1000 signatures. this is a record breaker in a campaign that I know.

We are talking about different things. Nobody argues that their ico was impressive but we hope their realization of the project will be as good as predicted, while many details now show their team is not professional and our expectations are in danger.

this is very bad news, i'm one of bounty participant, to be honest i'm disapointed to their team. because in the beginning i'm very sure this is a very great projet in the future.

Bounty distributions are not made, coins are kept locked. How much is it about a coin that has so much invested, so many participants in the bounty campaign is still talking about such bad things? The team is not working well, it's sad :(

This is my first time of seeing this piece. This has also open my understanding to some of the things that are happening around the circles of Envion. I participated in the bounty campaign. It is now over a month i should have received my reward, yet nothing. All we keep hearing is that some abnormalities were noticed and that they are trying to eliminate the fake accounts.

There are a lot of junk messages or tricky tricks among investors but, the primary purpose is to take the money illegal profits between investors, in my country no matter, In any case, it is supposed to be a scam of corruption. Some projects are supposed to be scams, but there are many people still involved because they do not know.

I still have hope that all investors will pay at least! And it's good that all this is done in Europe, nobody will leave responsibility, and former journalists, and those who are behind them!

What put me off the project is the dividends payment because I know from experience exchanges will be put off the tokens, but to see them playing waiting ame with the investors, I don'y understand why some tokens are locked and that of some people are not

I confirm this. I participated in bounty hunting but they did not pay for all the participants. Phishers will take bad consequences.

This is my first time of seeing such attitude, ICO has ended since Jan14, meanwhile, token have not been distributed to the investors let alone the bounty participant. Though, I don't think they are a scam.
Let's just be a little more patient with them because I see a future in them.

As I wrote it is a polite and intelligent scam, which proves that even such trustworthy ICO like Envion's from such reputable countries like Germany and Switzerland are powerful in manipulating their token market and getiing out tens of millions $ to spend either way they like (I am sure certain amounts are already in offshore accounts of the project owners) and stay unpunished. All these ICO ratings are useless as they are reflecting the marketing part of any ICO project only, bad things happen after ICO is finished.

Such examples make me think that SEC (as one of...) controlled crowd funding is much better than decentralized...

Tokens of some participants are blocked because they are bought on Fiat through a bank card or because they have not yet passed KYC (for the same reason they do not pay bounty, since it is not known the exact number of tokens)

Read the thread and think before you write. We do not discuss the problem of frozen tokens bought with credit cards, envion warned about this 6 months hold during ICO and it is normal, but we are talking about frozen tokens bought for btc and eth and KYC sucessfully passed! And many other negative details concerning envion's unprofessional team and scamlike manner of doing business after ico.

Firstly, they do not what do not, so that the project itself developed, collected only 2 containers in 2 months, they have two people collect them? Secondly, if only everyone wanted to do everything for a long time and checked and paid the bounty, chances are that there's a scam!

We collected 2 containers in 2 months, and we need to collect about 400, they will collect them forever, if they will of course. Many times I regretted that I invested in them!

If you really follow envion then you should know how hardworking the team behind is! But it is still suspicious that they are in it for the dividends, with the bounties and some investors' tokens are still rendered useless, it may be a way to teach us how to be patient and hodl you know

The only thing it teches us is that scammers can originate from Germany and Switzerland too (not just from Russia, Israel or Bangladesh) and the whole business idea of envion is a piece of shit if you have some brains and can do math. I am sure we will see the dividends update in summer, but it will be so tiny (as the market is so down) that envion tokens will fall down to $0.1-$0.05.

You forgot to mention if we see the bearish market for 1-2 years more like it was starting from the end of 2013, than envion will just cover the salaries of its unporfessional team members and will have no funds for collecting new containers >:(

In Germany, not just steal money, they can be held accountable for such amounts, I hope they understand it. And so they do some kind of movement, they can just ruin the company and that's it!

Yes there is something strange about envion, i mean it is already 2-3 months since their ico closed, they have generated all the tokens theough a smart contract but they are still holding up the tokens, similarly they have not updated the spreadsheets for bounty campaign participants with tokens earned which is somewhat suspicious, i hope they will clear everything within this month otherwise it will be a huge question mark.

Participated in the bounty  company. I hope they solve as soon as possible their problems. And we'll get our payouts.

Envion may or may not be a scam, but it is definitely a very ambitious project that resembles something like science fiction rather than a honest business proposition. Let´s hope for the best.

ive visted thier facebookpage its looks like the project still give update to the investors, but dont know if they want to pay participants its been 3 months since thier ICO finish but nothing heard when they plan to distribute the bounty.

I joined Envion bounty. but I am disappointed. I trusted so much our trust was wasted. Payments have not been made yet. There is no news.

They delay time, funds are spent at a minimum, they most likely want to go bankrupt, I do not know what procedure is bankruptcy in Europe, but everything goes to this!

I'm starting to think that it's all a scam, as they continue to ask for patience, but now it's been two months since the end of the ICO.
I do not know what to believe, it would be a shame that one of the most successful operations proved to be a scam.

There are more and more people worried about this campaign, which - despite having had a great success - at least for what concerns the bounty has been very badly managed.
They still say that have accounts to do and things to fix, but now it's already two months that it's over ...

The Envion situation is becoming worrying, and I am afraid to see the promised reward, especially as - in addition to the delay - there are persistent rumors of a bankruptcy piloted, in order to defraud investors. We'll see.

I have also participated in this project and are waiting for information from it. There was a lot of bad feedback on this project but I still hope it does progress because Envion is a pretty good project. Please wait for more information from the manager.

Why is it a good project? There is no bonus yet. And you do not have any tokens yet. It can be a good project. But it is currently only garbage. And the team is also a disaster. Who is even trading these tokens on HITBTC? The team or who has already got token?

Let's not just hope for the best, let's kick them here and there, let us CRY about the unprofessional and potential scam behavior of their team!


They issue lots of videos (couple of empty containers are being produced and workers are smiling) and announcements about tokens traded on several shit exchanges, they also like to stress attention that dividends payouts will happen some day :-\

We hope that Envion is not one of these, even if each passing day it becomes increasingly difficult to believe that everything is going well. We'll see.

I don't believe Envion is scam because I know they are Legit.
I invested Envion and WePower last January and although the price is not pumping due to Bitcoin's dropping, I know in the near future it will surge because their projects are amazing and environment effective.

I would like to be just as optimistic as you are. But after two months of unfulfilled promises, I frankly start to think it's a scam.

I think that envion will not be scam but more like they are going to screw investors by possibly giving less tokens. I don't know but this is just assumption as I observed investors waited so much.

I was going to start investing in Envion ICO. It had been seemed quite perspective for me  The main goal of Envion is the developing and application of modern technologies in the mining sector. That’s strange to hear now that this project is a scam.

I think they will give all purchased tokens to investors, but their tokens have already lost much value as of now. When crypto market becomes bullish again, there will already be issued new ASIC chips, while envion containers will contain old chiped miners, which would be rather less effective. So profits and dividends will be miserable, if it covers the initial investment amounts (1 token = $1) it will be a wonder.

Most of all, it's worrying that there is not any movement in the production of containers. Just what excuses and all. Where all the money was spent is not clear ((
