Hii , I'm afraid if Bitcoin back below 6K again, should I hold till 20K or close right now?

I suggest you hold it if you dont gain profit but if you already gain profit eventhough it is only small. It is ok instead of losing a big profit on your investment. My opinion only. That is what I am doing because bitcoin is unpredictable.

I suggest you to hold because the price of bitcoin is moving in a particular pattern from that hard crash like bump and a little correction then a bump and the correction so we can expect the currency dump is also in the same patter so the price will rise again in the coming days.

This is common fluctuation in crypto market don't panic yourself definitely it will going to 20k USD but it take some times. Many investors are afraid in this situation so automatically sell the Bitcoin. It is not a good idea in crypto investment if you trusted in Bitcoin you should always hold. When you need money then you should sell your investment it is the best way to gain more profit in cryptocurrency.

There is no good thing in suggesting you to hold because its all in your conscience whether you hold or you let it go right now. Being in panic mode makes you decide of something you might regret in the future, so make sure when you decide you have a peace of mind. Remember that the history of bitcoin has been like this and could probably be worse, eventually if i were you, i will hold my bitcoin until it will grow higher than what you fear will go.

You did not tell us what the is the price when you bought your bitcoin or are you using gaining or losing at the current rate, it is always a wise decision to sell when it is high so you can recover your profit and run into profit at whatever price bitcoin is in, so it's up to you to sell it or hold it.

Just curious, what time-frame you drew your trend line ?

I agree that it depends on how much did you buy bitcoin for. Another factor to consider is whether you need money now and will need it during the months from now. You can sell it now, the price is not that bad. I don't think we can expect it to get really high any time soon. However, I am quite positive that in about half a year we'll see bitcoin $20k+. If you are ready to wait for those times then do. But I don't think it's reasonable to suppose btc will go below $6k. Just calm down, think of your life, financial situation and priorities before making the decision.

why are you afraid you can buy more bitcoin in low price and hold it , in that way you can have profit

Sell if you have lost the courage to hold it will do you no harm,you will rather have a inner most peace of getting half your money back but if your a good risk taker watch the market and see the magic soon.

That's right nothing to afraid, if bitcoin going 6k or below 6k. It's good to invest now. There's a time bitcoin going down and there's a time going high. It's good opportunity to buy more bitcoin and wait for the right time until it reach the amount you desire.

It depends on what you can afford to do.

- if you really need this money, then you can sell now. But this means that you are sure you are making a loss. So this is the "good" solution only if you have no other choice (and actually, you shouldn't be in such position, because remember that everyone told you to invest only what you can afford to lose).

- if you can wait, then wait. I think this is by far the best option. Indeed, you may possibly lose everything but I guess that the probability is quite low. If you wait long enough, you should be able to sell and make some profit!

If you afraid it can be back to 6k$ or even 1k$, sell it now.

Why some people here like you keep asking when to sell their Bitcoins? do not ask from random people what to do with your investment, it is your money/investment so you decide on your own when to sell or when to buy. About the price, I don't think that Bitcoin will fall to $6000 again even it drops from $11800 to just $10000 in last 24 hours because I don't see any reason or any bad news right now that will make some people panic and all I can see right now is good news about Bitcoin. Afraid? If you can't control your emotions then sell it as soon as possible and do not ever buy again.

Right off the bat, I can clearly see that you don't have any plans regarding your trades. You need to remember that upon entering any new trade, you should have different plans for any scenarios that would come out of it. The thing that you can do right now is to decide whether you're a short term or long term investor of BTC. For short term, you can sell today, wait for it to dip more (it is most likely that it will happen) and buy back at a lower price gaining you some profit. If you'll gonna go long term with it, hodling BTC is the best play.

Many of us become afraid if bitcoin will drop at that amount. Because there will be a big loss for us. That's depend by your invesment capital, if your capital which for buy bitcoin come from loan and I think will be better if you sell bitcoin and vice versa, because we never know about bitcoin price, when bitcoin will expencive and when bitcoin will cheap, but I sugest to you to keep bitcoun untill the price reach arround $20K and in my opinion bitcoin will be reach more than $20K.

As I see that bitcoin will fall and will be less than 6k $ then I will immediately buy it, because where it falls it is the same and increases.

bitcoins as it exist right now is mailnly seen as an investment , before you decide to sell answer these question.....at what price did i buy my coins ?  two....what does the forecast for bitcoin look like ? ...three ....what are the developments and temporary occurrences that might influence the price ? ....point is you cant just get up and sell your coins just like that because the price goes down this is exactly why we are always in  economic doldrums because we are influenced by every sentence and every whim that happens ....i keep saying educate yourself , read about how an investment is supposed to work and more importantly invest with a goal in mind .do not invest monies that you need to do something next week simply because the same thing that makes cryptocurrencies great is the same feature that can make it not so great ...its volatility.. .price isn't stagnant it fluctuates which is great esp if you are a trader.

I will hold BTC till 25-30k $. I suppose that this BTC price will be till the end of 2018 year. So I advise to hold bitcoins and buy it if price will be lower

Listen we've seen Bitcoin go fro 6k to over 11k in the last two weeks, it's going to be an incredibly volatile holding.  What this does show is that plenty of buyers come in once Bitcoin goes below 7k, and sellers come in when it's over 11k.  I wish I could just daytrade Bitcoin, so easy.

Depends on you, you can make a short trade if you think that bitcoin will go back to 6k $ each. Dont listen to others predictions/speculations, make your own analysis in the current trend of bitcoin. Price of bitcoin will always be volatile, so its just a normal fluctuation in crypto market.

Whenever there's a big pump, there's always a price correction that follows. We can't expect that bitcoin's price will continue rising everyday. The correction from the rise of last year is over so I think the price will not go back to 6k anymore.

There's no point selling something that you see rising in prominence and price when it's low....so common sense would say that you shouldn't sell when it's below 6K (if it happens), but instead but more.

Don't worry, we've seen this before many times, HODL and ride the waves....you'll be enjoying yourself in 12 months time on your yacht in the Maldives.

Don't worry it's not gonna step back from 6k. Bitcoin already get back from the crisis and one of my wild guesses is within 6 months bitcoin will reach its value to 20k per bitcoin.

If you will not hold, then you will just contribute on the big dump. A lot of people are getting scared whenever they see a post or news that bitcoin might go back to 6k or drop. The reason why bitcoin price is falling drastically is because, a lot of people panic whenever bitcoin price falls. Such mentality will not help bitcoin to increase it's price again.

It wont go down to 6k, it was 11 now it 10, it is still ok, in one month a lot has happened but we keep in the same price than one month before, so dont worry and buy ONIONS!

Don't worry about the dumping, it's normal before a big pump so you need to hold it till Q4 of this year and stop feeling panic just because of these small dumps and bad news related to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency on the internet cause almost these news are fake news, they just want to make trader and investor FUD then sell their crypto to cut the loss :)

HODL, it won't go to 6k or below, IT COULD, however, go to 8k, that would be the right time to buy if you have money to buy of course but, DON'T SELL!

What price you bought your bitcoin? If you are already on loss on the recent price on bitcoin then better to hold it off and dont panic sell.Instead on stressing out yourself better to wait for the possible dippest price of bitcoin.Basing on my own technical analysis main supports are on 10k,8k,6k which it would really possible to hit up these ranges if the bears would tend to push it down to the bottom.

Not a wise idea to spend all your assets in one spot but it would be a pretty good bet you would gain a lot of money, that is if you pulled out at 20k. Sometimes the euphoria gets to be so much that we leave it in, and that is how a lot of traders get wrecked they don't cash in their profits. You always gotta take profit to make your life more secure.

Personally I'm selling mabybe 10% or 20% of my Bitcoins to re-buy them lower, since the probability of a lower retracement perhaps even lower than 6K are in the charts. I cannot afford to remain totally cashless if a bear market should ever happen. But I should add that I bought my BTCs much cheaper.

bitcoin won't go down that low again. soon it will start recovering, if you can't handle the volatility then you might well sell it and stay away from bitcoin.

If bitcoin will go down $9200 level, we can see FUD in the market again. But I hope we will not see under $9K. Bitcoin is still in bullish run. WE need some corrections but I hope it will not turn into bearish season again.

Bitcoin will not get below $6K using technical analysis the price is hitting a support presently at $9950 of course price had pullback from $11K  few days ago, overall the price has a bullish sentiment and the journey upward will continue in days ahead.

This is only temporary. The BTC price is now fairly stable. I know that at the end of the year the price should exceed 20k $. Be patient...

It seems bitcoin never came back below 6k USD. Bitoicnholder are really lucky since Bitcoin price had increased from aroun 7k usd and the price now. I also believe that the previous dip of bitcoin is manipulated since those who have lots of bitcoin and wanted to buy Bitcoin at lower price are responsible for all the FUD all through out the marketplace.  Anyway, I am glad bitcoin did not go lower than  $6k .

According to what we can see at CMC the Bitcoin volume slightly grows during last days.
Which makes me think that nearest weeks Bitcoin price will keep same corridor, around 10-12k.

Wait for the spring. The market will Wake up and show what it is capable of. So it was last year, so it can be repeated now. Many coins have good news, but the market is still not responding to these news. It's the calm before the storm.

Are you updated with your news? I just checked now, and the value of Bitcoin is around 10k dollars. Or maybe it has changed, which is the beauty and curse of this volatile market, it can go down to as low as possible, and by the next second, go back up again. I think that the best move for now is to still hold. Bitcoin is recuperating, climbing back to gain its lost value, therefore, if you would have no use of the money you may gain or would only use  it to be lodged in another investment, the best move is wait and be patient until such time you can gain more bang for your buck.

If it would happen again that btc will go down 6k mark then it could be best that you will hold. Looking the trend that btc recovered a lot from the last months crisis then it is already proven that btc is not easy to destroy or be declined.

you should not too worry. BTC cannot come back this level. there are too many fake information affect its value but they cant kill it. Its price has recovered to $10k and not it will rise up to $20k soon

Exactly what I see on the Bitcoin chart. Bitcoin is moving down and if breaks 9000 I will be out because there is a big chance that we will see 6000 and even deeper because this chart will match exactly bubble chart from 2013 and few others I compared with. I am afraid that we will see BTC again at 4500 and market cap reduced in half. Deep in my heart, I hope Bitcoin surprise me one more time and shoot back up together with other cryptos.

No, you should hold bitcoin, till the September of 2018, becasue i have a prediction that bitcoin would be come at $60000 in this year, But now i am not believing on it but inside i believe on it, becasue the last year of 2017 bitcoin given us huge and surprising profit. Yes, you really should hold. Bitcoin won't back below 6K, but if it does, it will surely rise again. Those drops are temporary.

Do not panic even if it goes back below 6k$. Just hold your bitcoins and sit quietly. You will only have losses if you decided to panic selling because it goes below 6k. It is a common occurence to have price fluctuations time after time. Do not worry because price will go back and probably surpass the highest of all time, 19k$.

Theres nothing gonna afraid of, it is just normal for bitcoin to come down a little bit. All i wanna ask you to do is hold your coins, dont do panic selling again this causes for the price of bitcoin or others coins go lower.

It all depends on the price you bought your bitcoin, you check if you sell at the current price you will gain then sell but i will say you hold it and wait for a better price to earn better profit.

I think I'd sell some at 10k because it's not a bad price for the last month or so.  Then you have some left if price goes up and some money to buy more if the price drops lower.

I think you are right, the beginning of the year is the month in which investors are using their money for real projects. So investments in bitcoin are likely to be withdrawn causing declining prices. but I'm sure by the end of the year investors will come back to reinvest in cryptocurrency.

and this is not proven. even bitcoin grow back, I think the market is still not fully stable. but with the current growth. this shows that bitcoin and crypto can survive despite attacks from opposite directions.
