I don't know personally the guy and can't vouch for him but by checking his post he know what he is talking about. 1$ to 2$ more for paypal getting quick BTC is very fair compared to other methods available right now for other countries than US. Yupz which is why I ignore people who say people won't buy over market price. People have to realize USD has multiple online payments - PPUSD, MTGOXUSD, WUUSD, USD by mail all have a different exchange rate. Title: Re: *** Selling BTC!
