i can't find information about your tokens.
on website, i don't find any whitepaper or another information.

WhitePaper. We dont launch an ICO because our Token has only one meaning "Speculation/Trade" on different exchanges favor for small and medium investors to make money fast..

Whitepaper. I think it is mostly irrelevant. Only 35-40% read and understand Whitepapers and small investors or cryptobeginers didnt read it
In fact, most crypto forums are filled with posts of people asking the same thing over and over or issuing the same three or four criticisms of blockchains that they read somewhere else.
But blockchains, and the general concept of decentralized systems, unlock a lot of new, cool possibilities. And the way to understand those isn't to evaluate the technical merits of a blockchain via the white paper. It's like evaluating Amazon's e-commerce capabilities based on its low-level server infrastructure design.
Blockchain technology is early, and as such, it should be evaluated more like the way startups are evaluated. And focusing on the underlying technology via the white paper is akin to looking primarily at a startup's architecture diagrams to decide if you should invest. It makes no sense. It's one small data point out of many.

The thing token buyers are missing when they look at a white paper is that the blockchain under consideration will almost certainly change. Why? Because technology changes. Use cases will expand. Other blockchains will compete for attention.

In other words, innovation happens and there is no reason to think it won't happen to blockchains. What you really want to think about then, is how that happens for the dapp or blockchain or network you are evaluating.

The next time you look at a token or a network, just skim the white paper. Make it a secondary factor in your decision, not the primary thing you buy on.
Spend your time instead looking and understanding the big vision and thinking counterfactually about the possible futures of the network. You'll make better decisions. Spectral and Alliander have launched a groundbreaking new blockchain-based energy sharing token at De Ceuvel in Amsterdam. Named the ‘Jouliette’, the new token aims to  empower individuals and communities to easily manage and share their locally produced renewable energy.

On the 15th of September, Spectral teamed up with Alliander to launch a new blockchain-based energy sharing token at De Ceuvel, an urban incubator for cleantech concepts in Amsterdam. The goal of the token is to analyze whether blockchain technology can be used to create greater social value and to support a bottom-up movement in the transition towards a more distributed, robust and transparent economy, harvesting 100% renewable energy supply. The new token, the ‘Jouliette’ -named after the Joule unit of measurement for energy- aims to empower owners of photovoltaic installations to sell the energy that they generate on a peer-to-peer basis, making it the first initiative of its kind in the Netherlands.

What makes this unique ecosystem possible at De Ceuvel is the fact that the site features a private (renewable energy-based) smart-grid. This enables the community to exchange renewable energy (independent of the national electricity grid) produced by their photovoltaic (PV) panels, without any restrictions, and therefore avoid existing market barriers. With the Jouliette platform, the De Ceuvel community can easily manage their own micro-economy, and unlike purely speculative currencies, the Jouliette tokens are backed up by physical energy production. Beyond just enabling energy exchange, the community will be exploring further applications for the Jouliette, such as using it to trade for goods at the De Ceuvel Cafe, to facilitate a local time-banking system, and to integrate other intra-community services, such as a car-sharing program.

But then we need a decentralized model which facilitates greater local interaction and incentivizes direct peer to peer exchange of renewable energy. We look forward to exploring how concepts like the Jouliette can help lead the transition we need to see.”

This article mentions Spectral, this thread is about Spectraal token (SPECT), so two entirely different entities & projects. Presumably the article discussing Spectral and Alliander joint venture and the 'Jouliette' token are not linked in any way to Spectraal (SPECT). If this is correct then the above article to be posted in here is irrelevant given there is zero connection between SPECTRAL and SPECTRAAL. Two differing projects with absolutely nothing in common other than the name !
