it will be a huge sweeping wave once all those projects like iota (surveilance and security) power , turism , Robotics ... and so MANY MORE and so on.... have fully running services according to their roadmaps
with high trade volumes traded  aginst BITCOIN will SOAR
with the capitalization and resources inflow to the EKOSYSTEM

Just wait until projects like cars ISP servicecs RObotics Renewable energy, will start selling their products for fiat (in plain words)
that all those ICO saplings will turn in to FRUIT BEARING TREES (COCONOUTS-TAKIE KOKOSY BEDA LECIALY)

This is too much to consider or somehow an impossible thing for reaching out that price,if it can do such thing then i cant imagine on the entire marketcap of bitcoin would really turns out to surpass local fiat currency. This would indicates that adoption of bitcoin coming to a point that it is majorly considered already on most parts of the world. If it do reach 100k/coin then even buying a quarter of it would really be a challenge for me already.

I believe that btc will be worth 50k $, about 100k is not sure. If I knew for sure that it would cost so much, then without hesitation I would buy all the money that I have

I would place these three BTC,I would buy a couple of tokens out of the top 20,taking part in top ico,and a few thousand $left in the Fiat, because the market is not predictable and drawdown can be selected at any time.

As long as I have money I will invest and invest it on Bitcoin then will withdraw it after 10 years. Once cryptocurrencies are fully adopted here in world expect Cryptocurrencies will be one of the major currencies on different counties.

Most of the people go with investing on bitcoin but decimal points will be goes more than 8 digit we are seeing as of now. When we want to invest on any other potential altcoin you can more research about the future growth and do it.
Because real fact is we will find the bitcoin value in the expected level and altcoins will also grows better in the market.
If you drop the crypto earning no one here to bother about it everyone will still goes to invest on it.

If bitcoin costs more than one hundred thousand dollars, I will not invest in it at all. At this cost, bitcoin will pose a significant risk to investors, as in this case, at any time, the bubble can blow off and almost complete depreciation. It will be better to invest in altcoyins of small value. So be profitable, and more reliable.

It's not an easy target. We don't know How crypto market will act in future. Governments keep their eyes open. Regulations may happen. Many of us guess or predict or at least hope that BTC will rise 50k, 100k, or more. But in 10 years? No Its better to focus in alts for me. BTC is the main crypto currency, We all know. But Its the Moon of Crypto world. We can not see that stars around the moon Until It's fall.

An interesting question, how much I would have bought everything depended on my foreclosure and how much I could afford that could still live after that)))
I think everyone is so handsomely.
And on the other hand, why buy if it is worth so much, it is better to buy a coin that will then give a good percentage))

Nobody in this space is 100% sure that it will rise to that extent during this year only. Yes you can have some sort of realistic prediction but having a 5 year target would also be very long time in virtual currency as many things depend upon different government or the lawmakers of the world. Infact you should be buying now because market in coming time will rise and you can make money through this rise .

The question is a bit misleading.                                      do you care if u need to buy 10 or 100 tokens to pay for a bus ticket  as long as its 1$

You should definitely buy bitcoin if its constantly bullish due to the whole ecosystems growth

Certainly a project (ico) that finally addresses simple task of bus tickets becoming crypto friendly will gather a lot of community support
applause even but what should be the early backers rewards incentive that is atractive yet not damaging to the image and reaosnability of the bitcoin/crypto opposition naysayers that are the generation gap but not only for whatever reasons
since such a great project may loose to
a specullative oriented one when it will comes for the program studio team to decide for which publisher that will release and launch their platform.

Thereof utility tokens that interface the user with public transport have no real room to grow in contrast to hodl coins which may look solid but with low rate of return that will certainly be a successful in terms of holding to as when 1 dollar comes to be  x999  more as some projects aim and are possible like icon because it will be traded against daps runing on that platform contribuitng to the whole ecosystem

it will be a huge sweeping wave once all those projects like iota (surveilance and security) power , turism , Robotics ... and so MANY MORE and so on.... have fully running services according to their roadmaps

Would you buy more bitcoins if you knew that price would be 1000/5000/10000/100000$, of course everyone would buy more bitcoins, the thing is no one can see future and no one knows where we are heading.

One answer is only for sure. All people would buy all their money with bitcoins. For such a huge amount, people will do anything just to ride on the boat and if that so, a huge amount of money transfered to a huge amount of people will be disastrous. The market sure will crash and bitcoin is in its last day. The price is too good to be true and can happen for a very long time after passing through bitcoins volatility.

I would not buy bitcoin at a price of one hundred thousand dollars. First, bitcoin with such a value would be very risky for investment. If the current drop in its price, as the news channels say, caused the sale of only 20,000 bitcoins in three batches, then one can imagine what will happen to bitcoin if some false negative information about the crypto currency is launched and people start massively discarding bitcoin.
Secondly, it is unlikely that at such a high cost, bitcoin will grow well in price. In the crypto currency market, many coins and tokens have already appeared, which bring good profits. Their number and diversity will only increase and therefore the choice for investment will be great.

I think that at such a large cost of bitcoin it is hardly worth buying. Investing in bitcoin in this case will already be quite risky. Having such a value, any negative information can provoke panic among investors, and since they will be afraid to lose their considerable funds, panic will begin when people sell their bitcoins, it will go down in price and this will cause a chain reaction. After that, bitcoin can descend to the level of its practical depreciation.
In this case, it will be much more profitable and less risky to invest its funds in small-value altcoyins, which can bring a much greater profit than it can give a large-priced bitcoin.

This is also my plan, I have bought enough for the rest of my life but if time will come that bitcoin is going to reach $100,000 I would love to sell some of my holdings. That's one of the most awaited part of my life to see bitcoin hitting 6 digits and that will make $1,000,000 possible.

If bitcoin already cost one hundred thousand dollars, I would not buy it anymore. It seems to me that at that time there will be a very large amplitude of price fluctuations of bitcoins, which will jump up and down for tens of thousands of dollars. Who can withstand the nerves is to see this? At that time there will already be a lot of good cheap and promising altcoyins, which should be dealt with without undue risk and nerves.

This has been said too when bitcoin is about to hit $1,000 many are crying because correction has happened and many did sold their bitcoins at the bottom.

How can you be sure of that most of the investors on 2017 are now crying?

Did you know that the price of bitcoin last year is even lower than today? So that's why they are enjoying the profit and not crying.

I dont know if I can afford to buy bitcoin at that time because the price is really expensive. However if there is a chance and I have a budget to do so then I will wait for the dips to happen, we know if the value is soaring high the correction is next to it.

Nevertheless we dont need to wait for the value to reach $100k, buy now and hodl because the price is unpredictable. This scenario might really happen in the future.

Bitcoin's exchange rate increased to $ 100,000, I think beyond my imagination. By then, buying Bitcoin will be very difficult as people will hold and sell when the exchange rate rises. If I knew in advance that the Bitcoin exchange rate would increase to $ 100,000, then at that time, when the Bitcoin rate was at $ 8,000, I would buy 10 BTC and hold until the increase of exchange rate to make a profit: ))))

If Bitcoin were 100k right now I definitely would not purchase simply because I think the price would be astronomically high at least right now for what I believe it's actually worth. Now if we are talking 5-10 years from now when more people know about it and it's more of an accepted thing I still wouldn't buy simply because I would have already bought into it now while the price is low ;).

Reaching out $100k is somehow unrealistic on my part we do even hardly reach out 20k or surpass beyond that price and we are still stuck on lower ranges. Why would talk about 100k directly? Why not 25k-30k? It would be nice to talk about this price range though.Answering on the question I wont be sure if I can still able to afford to buy up even 0.5 btc if that day comes.

I doubt it will be easy for BTC to touch $100k easily. With 17 million of present supply, we here are talking about the marketcap of $1.7 trillion which is a rare case until there is a huge inflow of money and big firms enter the market. This needs huge demand which is less likely a case at this time with many countries either banning or excessively regulating virtual currencies.

Anything is possible with crypto but hitting those numbers wont really be easy and would really takes time but basing on bitcoins progress towards government and other traditional institutions then it would really be hard to consider. If bitcoin is on 100k price then i would able to buy 0.01 which its too really small but thats the only value i can afford equivalent to fiat itself.

If you buy three bitcoins worth one hundred thousand dollars each and do not spend a long time monitoring the processes in the crypto currency market, you will have the opportunity to eventually see your bitcoins with a cost of about a hundred dollars. With a large price, investing in bitcoin will be very risky due to its high volatility and the possibility of a panic in its usual drop in price. Therefore, I would not invest in bitcoin, if its price was one hundred thousand dollars. In the market, crypto currency will always be promising cheap coins and tokens, which will bring good profits.

That is already happening, but in my opinion there is going to be a reversing of that trend and the reason is very simple if you take a look at the thousands of projects out there you'll be hard pressed to find one hundred that are going to exist for more than a few years, so I really think that we are going to see the opposite effect and bitcoin is going to get stronger as people realize that they invested in bad projects.

I do not think that in the foreseeable future, bitcoin will be able to reach a rate of one hundred thousand dollars. Under the circumstances, this is almost impossible. I think that such a demand as before, the bitcoin will no longer be. Even if it does, many bitcoin holders will sell them as soon as the price reaches high values and therefore the bitcoin rate will not rise high. Also, it should be borne in mind that many crypto-currencies appear and will appear in the market, which exceed and will exceed bitcoin in various qualities. All this will not contribute to a significant increase in its value.

I think if Bitcoin price will be $100k I won't buy anymore but I'll sell them all cause at the moment I'm holding BTC and waiting till BTC price reach to $100k. LOL. But I think that it'll be really long cause at the moment price of Bitcoin is under $10k so to increase 10 times I think BTC need really long time or maybe some miracles. ;D

Well, it is not good to live always in the imagination (illusion) OP, it is true that Bitcoin is one of the best profitable currencies in the whole market, but regrettably, there are many attacks and they always lead to a significant devaluation of this currency and the main reason for this bad consequence (big drop) are the big governments, and the best example of that is what happened in the beginning of this year until now (crisis).

On the other hand, I think that 40K as  a price of Bitcoin, maybe will happen when the governments will recognize it as a legal and single currency in the world, it is difficult that this prediction will happen, but in the era of Bitcoin there are always unexpected events. So everything is possible.

Weird question. If someone knows 100% that something will happen in the future, you need to be very stupid not to use this chance for 100% or even more.

That would be cool, but I think everything has a price and$ 100,000 seems too overpriced to me.About to buy bitcoin if you decide to buy it, it is better to do it now until it is too expensive.Because then it will be too late. Its price should at least be 2 times more than the current. At the moment I do not have the opportunity to buy 1 bitcoin, but I am very diligently striving for this 8)

I really appriciate you for being optimistic and the confident to buy three bitcoins when the value is more than $100k. But would like to ask why you want to pause or go out of crypto? Or you are sure that bitcoin will grow more than minimum 120k to yield you profits? When bitcoin is at its peak and reached minimum 100k i presict the supply qould be less and we need to focus on other cryoto coin as well. Better split your investment. I qould do the same.

lately interest in bitcoin has fallen very much. Most users are looking for other authoritative coins, but at the same time little hope for Bitcoin's future prospects. Based on this, only miracles can raise Bitcoin to such a high price.

You know its gonna be a more chaotic crypto world if BTC is to hit 100k USD right? That's gonna make the whole market 12x larger than it is now.

We are already seeing regulations here and everywhere. Money is evil, plus this is crypto we are talking about. We have whales to manipulate the market.

Price doesn't change what I will take. I don't buy any Bitcoin actually. I always earn, mostly in Ether at the moment but I exchange most of that to Bitcoin. So it doesn't really matter what price Bitcoin is at, I will always get as much as I can. I could always try to wait for dips, and sometimes I do, but on average I make more or less the same sometimes I get the dip sometimes waiting ends up making me buy at a higher price.

I think if the BTC is 100k $, if I keep the BTC I will sell a part and the rest I will keep. If the investor does not have a BTC but wants to buy if the BTC is worth $ 100k then that is a pretty bad decision as it will be very difficult to continue to increase in value like that.

At that point no average person will be able to buy one bitcoin, even the people at the high levels of society will have problems buying a single bitcoin since many of them use credit to buy their huge houses, at that point I will either sell my bitcoin or keep holding the bitcoin that I already have, this is why you need to take advantage of the current prices before bitcoin touches six figures.

Pretty much few of early adopters will have something tangible in the quantity of bitcoin in such scenarios. For bitcoin to have reached that extent, I would like to assume that the currency aspect of it is now being used, a lot of things have changed over the years for the positive, and it is now being seen as a normal and regular investment tool, merchants now accept it for payment of goods and so on.

Then in that case, people will be buying what they want to make use of or can afford to purchase based on their pocket rather than for investment purposes.

When the time comes that bitcoins reach $100k then there is no people who are going to invest a huge amount and they will wait for the price to dump before investing again unless they are not well knowledgeable and they will do some drastic decisions that they will regret in the future.

If i am just a new investor in bitcoin having a price of 100,000$, i think i will only buy a small slice of it because i could not really afford to buy a whole of it. I am going to hold it, let it grow up higher and if the price is already right for me, then i will sell it  right then.
I think not many people have a bitcoin when its price is $ 100,000. At that time only rich people could afford to buy bitcoin, so hardly imagine bitcoin going to have such a day. I am not confident I will buy more bitcoin at that price (even a small slice of it) and wait for higher price.
This is why I do not understand why people in the forum do not take advantage of the current price of bitcoin, the price is very low and I do not think that we're going to see the current price for a very long time, all of those people complaining about the price of bitcoin being too expensive right now are going to have a hard time in the future when bitcoin reaches six figures and they cannot afford to buy a whole bitcoin anymore.

On a normal day, you cannot buy more than what you cannot afford. If bitcoin is $100k or even more, it is few of the satoshis you can lay your hands on that you will still be able to buy in anyway, so I do not see how that is a serious thing to be assuming how much one would buy in such instance or not.
Apparently, just very few people would be able to afford to buy a whole bitcoin in such a scenario, but that being said, to see such a huge price, it would only be sustainable if it is driven by real demand and not just some mere speculations.

you cant buy on them on a normal day but you can maybe afford them on the next day due to the fact that bitcoin is fluctuating from time to time . it can go up and it can go down without prior notice , thats why the best thing to do is wait and hold your capital as long as you can because the day will come that you can get the most out of it .

but if we are only basing on the question of the op. i think most of us cant really buy a one whole bitcoin but we can still buy bitcoin in a smaller parts or in the form of satoshis/mbtc .

One thing about a market is that it will still have its own fluctuations even at that $100k and the same way some of us are buying now when compared to the value some bought even as at 2010, is also the same way people who are just stepping into the market will start looking forward to buying by then even though what most people will now be looking for by then could be some undervalued market instead but as far as this market is already being utilized as a currency and a general means of payment on a large scale, people will still buy even at $1m at least what they can afford to buy.

You'll never know at what point the correction would come then. 100k is quite a bit too expensive but if you believe btc can grow well beyond that, then you'd still buy. A lot of things could've happened leading to that point and that's another thing to consider.

If i knew that bitcoin costs more than 100k, i would buy three at least and take a pause for the cause. I would drop crypto business and wouldn't take care about it

If bitcoins will pump up to $100k dollars then i will prefer to choose altcoins or ethereum if it has still a decent value since other coins will be affected when bitcoins pump up again.

This should not be about it being expensive or not, it is the value at the time you are buying anyway that still counts eventually. One thing here is that you cannot always have it cheap again even at now and I am sure a lot of people would have asked themselves in the past if people would buy bitcoin if it ever gets to $10k and then we did, with people buying more for the long run and the believe that it is just a start. One thing with human, we will keep wanting more.

I think waiting for the bitcoin price to reach 100k is impossible, because the market will not be able to carry bitcoin at a price as high as 100k. Optimistic is necessary, but optimistic at 100k, I think it's too far-fetched.

i might not buy btc anymore at such price but would rather work for it. probably join a signature campaign that pays btc or find a job at upwork in this case. we would probably find lesser sellers if the price hit that high one day. most of those who hold btc may hold it even long to see the price hit more than it. its goona be a wonder to see how bitcoin live to be at that price.

I'm sure that bitcoin at some point is going to reach that price but it's not going to be soon, what you need to do is to think about how much bitcoin you can buy for now and for how much you can sell it in the future, if you do that you will realize that buying bitcoin right now is probably one of the best business that you are ever going to make, in fact if you buy enough of it you could change your life forever.

If bitcoin had risen in its price to a hundred thousand dollars, I would not have bought it, but I would wait until its price again fell to the present values. It can not have a high price. If this happens, then it can only be for a short period of time with the consequences that we observe this year. If bitcoin falls from a very high cost, then the consequences should be more significant and long.

I will buy none because of the too high price. I want that the price of bitcoin should be normal so that everyone who wants to invest his money in bitcoin is able to buy some bitcoin or even satoshi. If the price reaches to $10k it would be enough for bitcoin. People who give such prices assume bitcoin as only business, but it is not only business but also a usable currency.

Nobody will buy bitcoin at such high price. Some people just want others opinion on what nonsense he wrote here. Does anybody imagine that the price will ever reach to this level? If we have to talk about how many bitcoins to buy, then this's very relative and depends on the health and financial strength we have, more precisely it depends on the financial condition of each. Our financial health, we can measure through net worth which we have after being reduced by the value of the principal debt. By knowing this, we can now determine how much bitcoin we will buy.

We are lucky that we knew about bitcoin before it reached those values because by then it is obvious that I'll not be able to buy a single one, but many of us were fortunate enough to get some when it was still relatively cheap, and even right now the current price is very cheap the only thing that you need to do is to have the guts to buy it and then to hold it and your profits will be out of this world.

If the price of Bitcoin can really reach 100K, then i can only say that i can't afford it, i would forget about btc and use my limited funds to invest in the altcoin.
You can say you can't afford it, because seeing your current condition, I also said that a few years ago when I was asked if you
want to buy bitcoin at $10k? I said the same thing and might leave bitcoin, but the different conditions then bitcoin worthed have that much price

if the price of bitcoin can be as expensive as that price then surely I will still buy bitcoin when bitcoin can still be useful and still be able to provide profit at any price I will buy because I can still benefit from bitcoin price movements.

I believe to bitcoin become 100k dollars after few years but it's low chance to happen and not sure if happen or not. But I'll make sure it will become 20k dollars again.

I would buy as many as i can if i knew bitcoin will be 100K soon, this will be enough to cover a long year living in this world and i don't need to work anymore or even trade. ill just drop it in the market and live my life.
If bitcoin price is 100K now and i don't have any of it i think even 0.1 btc will be hard for me to have.

At that point if bitcoin was that valuable then it's very likely that instead of buying bitcoin I will try to trade it and obtain profits that way, because it's going to be impossible for me to buy bitcoin with my savings, however it could be entirely possible to earn a lot of bitcoin if you have the necessary skills to become a good trader and you have to discipline to follow your system.

Just a chunk of it only, and that's only what i can afford. I don't have enough money to even buy twenty five percent of it. I would be happy holding my little chunk of bitcoin if that's really the case.

That only depends on the availability of my money because that's really a big amount if you wanted to buy it as a whole. For me, i will just have a slice of it of 2,000$ maximum and that will be pretty good figure for me to hold.

if bitcoin is worth that high and there has been a correction then bitcoin deserved to have such a high price and of course I would buy
it with the financial ability that I had at that time, the price would not rise that high if there were no important things behind it

Do you think that bitcoin will ever reach to $100k? If you think so you are the foolish person on this earth. The price is not able to cross $10k and you are talking about $100k. Anyway if the price reaches to $100k nobody will put his money in it because this price is not valid for a single coin investment. We want such a price which is reachable and affordable for everyone.

Most of the answers here are kind of silly because they are only looking at the price and not the factors that would be contributing to that price. Try looking at it this way.

1. if bitcoin is priced at 100k and a massive industry has grown around it that serves customers in ways that couldn't be done before. Would you save your income from your job in Fiat or Bitcoin?
2. In addition, if at this point governments are running negative interest rates, instituting higher taxes on traditional assets, and have activated bank bail provisions. Would you save your income in Fiat or Bitcoin?

Why people still think of bitcoin as a get in and get out investment is beyond me. Seriously, with the corrupt, low transparency, and bought by corporations governments that we have today, which investment/savings vehicle is going to be better than Bitcoin and offer you more protection?

I for one will still be putting my hard earned money into bitcoin even if the price is at 1 million, because it will be the safest place to put it, plain and simple.

If i knew that bitcoin costs more than 100k, i would buy three at least and take a pause for the cause. I would drop crypto business and wouldn't take care about it
If you can buy three bitcoin even if the price was so high then you are in a better economic position than many around the world, I will admit that if the price was so high I will not be able to buy even one, fortunately for me I got my bitcoin for a more reasonable price and I am happy about it.

If the price of bitcoin continues to skyrocket from day to day, I think everyone will buy it, no matter how much the price and the amount they will buy. In essence, as long as bitcoin has the potential to provide profits, then at that time it's called the right time to buy.

maybe it will be difficult to come true because the price of bitcoin will take a very long time to be able to do as much and expensive price increases, if the price of bitcoin can reach $ 100k and bitcoin is still very profitable then I will also buy bitcoin at $ 100k , because in the future we don't know the price of bitcoin, maybe this $ 100k price is the lowest price in the future.

In the future when bitcoin take over the currency market and it is used as regular currency in local markets nobody will price bitcoin because there would be no other currency in the market and the whole world will use only bitcoin. US citizens use dollar in the markets and when you use bitcoin like your local currency you will never compare bitcoin with any other currency.

If bitcoin became that valuable I will try to buy other coins since it is likely that the fees of bitcoin could be very high if the lightning network is not ready, besides if you are really looking for ways to make money in this market then if bitcoin reached that price then it will be too late to invest in it and it will be better to keep your sight in promising altcoins instead.

are you idiot or what? bitcoin ever reached $19k last year, you better see the market history first before commenting. and you know in the past few years people won't think prices can be that high (19k) and think it's impossible to achieve, but what happens then ? price changes go beyond everyone's expectations

Is OP asking if we knew Bitcoin was gonna be $100k how much would we buy right now? Or how much would we buy at $100k?

I would buy zero at $100k because I'm already invested.
I have zero doubts $100k will be hit and exceeded in the next couple of years but I have no money now so I'm not buying any. If I do get some excess money I"ll be throwing it all into Bitcoin before the bull market heats up because Bitcoin will very likely pass $100k in 2020, or at latest 2021.

I do not think that many people could be interested in investing in Bitcoin if the crypto costs 100 thousand. Let us be honest, only the richest guys decided to invest in BTC when it reached 20 thousand.

You are wrong and don't understand how pumping markets work. At the height of a bubble is the strongest urge for the poorest to buy. Rich people in general don't get that way buying the top of bubbles, so you have it backwards.

When there is very small chance for such a peak reach there is nothing to have such a  big discussion. If it reach at some point surely it is unaffordable for me. The best way I prefer is to buy what I can afford, particularly bitcoin has got the lowest denomination which will be mostly affordable for every user.

How many people can afford to buy bitcoin at $100,000?  It will be very difficult to hold one bitcoin if bitcoin goes as high as $100,000.  I strongly believe that by then government might have come into cryptocurrencies market and control it as the wealthiest people could have came from cryptocurrencies market.

I don't have a lot of money so I can only afford a fragment of it. Most of other people would also do the same thing and they won't buy 1 btc for sure. But that $100k is really overprice for me because $50k is the best fair value of crypto at maximum. Only a huge pump and dump can make that happen.

If bitcoin had risen in its price to one hundred thousand dollars, I would definitely not buy it, even if I had such an opportunity. I do not think that any cryptocurrency coin can hold such a price for a long time. Although now I even doubt that bitcoin will ever rise to such price values. You need to look at things realistically. You can imagine the bitcoin volatility at this price. Bitcoin holders will then massively die from a heart attack. I want to sleep well, so I would not buy bitcoin at such a high price.

well, the price of $ 100k for 1 bitcoin is a high price, and I find it hard to imagine that. however, of course there will be very many people who benefit when that happens, and of course I can't buy 1 bicoin when the price is that high. I just hope that when that happens, I have a lot of bitcoin.

like everyone said  that is already overpriced and not all wont afford it but if the price shows a sign of continues growth then why not ? i think ill buy some mbtc's and then hodl them for awhile and sell them if the price increase up to 30 % and then id buy again  .  rinse and repeat but if we feel that the growth suddenly stops , that was also the time that we must not continue buying because thats a go signal to start selling  . the price can again go down after a couple of days  .

100K is not a simple money t make if you are not doing a lucrative job. I could have afford like 5K worth of BTC which I think would have been OK for me. I value the amount a coin worth in usd than the amount I hold in general. Some coins be 100billion but their combined value isn't equal to just 10BTC.

The question is an emotional fallacy. 100K is a lot of money but has nothing to do with it's potential. Price is irrelevant.

The real question is: Do you believe in Bitcoin either as currency or as an investment?

This is much overpriced and exaggerated value. Bitcoin will not reach that much so we can only speak in theory but that doesn't make any sense. Let's be more realistic and talk about real possibilities. Besides I gave up buying Bitcoin, earning is much better. Also, at that price no one clever enough wouldn't buy any coin at all.

If bitcoin was worth that much I will not have enough money to buy a single one, but at that point I will be thinking about selling my bitcoins and then getting back in the market when the price was cheaper, buy the same amount of bitcoins that I had before I sold and then keep the difference, it is not the most exciting plan but it is one that could give me profits.

Not sure it matters, peoples incomes will determine how much capital they hold in any one asset so at 100k BTC I imagine people just restrict themselves to holding one thousandeth of a Bitcoin instead of ever holding an entire coin just themselves

Years ago when Bitcoin was less popular and block reward was higher there could be a greater circulation amoung less people and so holding more at that time made sense.   Right now as Bitcoin becomes more widely known and its not just the miners swapping value but people who have no interest or knowledge of the protocol technical details but just want a tool then 1 coin isnt feasible to talk about owning.

So at this price we'd not discuss bitcoin but holding mbtc perhaps which is correct for a kind of pocket change which is how most workers operate their finances
