I did cast my vote :). I used to participate in airdrops but now I just choose airdrops depending on the requirement. For example, if they want me to like or follow something on facebook then I do not participate since I am not on it.

I think this is a waste of time, because it is possible to earn big money on bounty projects. But it is very difficult to combine

Some people will say that airdrop is only a waste of time. But for me that is not true. Some airdrop that i joined give me a huge payout. Even though some airdrops have no value at all. I still keep on joining airdrops.

Its not a waste of time in my part since I do thoroughly seek out potential airdrops or projects that do give free tokens.Might not be accurate it do works for me most of the time.Its just really a matter or researching things up.Its not bad to try out or participating airdrops yet requirements or sign ups isn't really time consuming on each one of them.It does depend on you on how you would utilize your time.

We see your point, but bounties take time, airdrops usually are quick deals. Not big, but quick. You can participate in many at once. This won't work for bounties. But why do you think it's hard to combine them?

No. I don't like any airdrops. 99% of them are waste of time and also aren't worth with anything.

I think not, Because they giving only in a small amount of value and the exchanger are going unto a not popular. We know it have some airdrop have giving a high value when you trade it but for it is waste of time.

Yes i like airdrops, since it was given for free and the job is not complex. 5 minutes is a maximum allotted time for it. With value or not who knows the project will be realized without knowing.

No, I hate it, because most of the current airdrops are shit, and they don't have any value.
And most of them won't even give you tokens, so I won't choose to participate.

I voted no, its a waste of time I stop joining airdrops since I received a worthless tokens and I received the phishing email that someone login my account in etherdelta that was scam airdrop that I joined.

Very few airdrop can bring money, the rest is garbage. Now I very rarely participate in an airdrop.

For sure dealing with airdrops is like a lottery. Most of them will bring you zero, but you pay nothing to have a chance to get something. Worth to try, isn't it? Truly, only you decide.

i participated just in deeponion airdrop; the extracoins are just about offsetting my loss on the coin :P

Do not waste your time with these free aidrops,bounty campaigns is a lot better than these airdrops because the tokens that you will get from the legit bounty campaigns have more chance to get listed on the exchanges compare to those tokens from airdrops that doesnt have chance to get listed in the major exchanges.

i beg to disagree, free airdrops doesn't harm us anyway and it didn't much consume of our time based on my experience. the probability might not be that high but still there's a chance. Although bounty rewards are much bigger in terms of token distribution. The free airdrops that has value like, EQL and TRDT listed on CE, REBL listed on bit-z is not bad at all. The only thing we are much careful is the projects doing and ICO but later on they run-away.

absolutely. people want to earn free money and that's the best thing about airdrops. though patience should be maintained at the maximum because you wont recieve the token immediately and after recieveing it, you should add or double your patience when selling it since tokens aren't immediately having the value.

Is this legit? I went to their telegram, and its a channel, not a telegram group. I hate to say that telegram channel is not suitable to gain more exposure to the project.
With channel, there is a chance the Dev can abandon the project.
Because with a channel, we can't discuss between members and the project team.

yes, i want to trust these altcoins. they give free money. its like a taste of slight heaven. and i hope i get lucky to have a high valued token. i already am joining many airdrops and been waiting for some of my tokens to have their value hoping it would possibly rose though i have many tokens which are already dead but im still holding unto them.

Airdrop before is better compared today. Before you only need to PM or simply give your address to get an airdrop. Majority of airdrop before have a good value if you keep it. Today around 95% are waste of time  and effort, you have to fill up the forms, join on  telegram, follow and post on tweeter and facebook, etc and you get a useless crap that populate your Ethereum wallet with trash tokens. Beside, it is not an airdrop already it is considered as bounty campaign.

While I do agree that bounties give better than airdrops, they also need alot of time. Airdrops can be done in between breaks and be finished with one in minutes. I do both airdrops and bounties but when I'm busy, I noticed myself doing airdrops more. And airdrops are free, you just need to verify and check if the airdrop is legit or not.

I loved the airdrops about 1 year ago when there were less airdrops and useful airdrops./...now we see altcoins section getting filled with the airdrops..which are not actually airdrops...ask you to join this and that and give you few cents...i dont consider them airdrop

We agree with the statement, but try to look under another angle. 1 year ago airdrops were not a mainstream and every request was "fair-in-use": one user - one transaction. Now we faced another situation: a lot of users are trying to get airdrop multiple times. Sure, you can airdrop to BTC/ETH adresses, but in this case a lot of newcomers will be left behind. on one hand we have airdrops being a free giveaway of "free money" so what is there no to like as long as claiming them doesn't require you to bend over backwards. so the answer here is yes.

but on the other hand we have airdrops as a means to distribute the supply which is am completely against. i think the distribution should be slowly and based on work like PoW without any form of premine or developer's reward or anything like that. so the answe here is no i do not like anything about them.

I used to joined an airdrop before because most it can give a well earnings without investing money in airdrop. But just now there are so many airdrops and most are scams. Id stop joining already that I realized a waste of time.

Actually I like AirDrop, but because of the many parties who use AirDrop for fraud, so I'm not interested anymore with AirDrop. I prefer AirDrop which is launched based on ICO results.

I chose the second option simply because I really do love airdrops. I mean, who wouldn't want free money? or should I say easy money for easy tasks. although they are not that big, they still are usable. But even so, I choose carefully the airdrops that I get myself into and put efforts into because obviously I wouldn't wanna waste my time and effort in helping to support a shitcoin. And also, I wouldn't want to join those airdrops that would require personal information from participants. We can't agree more! That's why we simply can't understand how blockchain-based companies can follow the KYC rules. Definitely, I like airdrops anytime of the day. It's like having free money on your bank account without doing anything. But, like with what I selected in the poll above, I only choose carefully on what airdrop I participate. You can clearly see nowadays that there are a lot of airdrops that turned into scam scenarios. They will front as an airdrop but in reality, they are trying to scam you in one way or another. Some will require you to do something before "receiving" the airdrop but in the end of the tedious process, you will not get any of it. Some will try to ask for your private keys and then once you've given it to them, they'll wipe it clean before you know it.

Don't get me wrong. I still got some decent airdrops that provided me good money. It's just you need to filter them and stay away from those who are unrealistic.

Airdrops today is a waste of time because around 90% of airdrop won't have a real value. Those airdrops that has no value are a trial and error tokens that wants to scam investors that fails. I'm sure they will try over and over again because it is so easy to make a token but they didn't  realize that it s not easy promote them.

This is a strange question. Who does not like airdrops? It is only now that the airdrops are flooding. Many tokens are worthless.

I find airdrops interesting, first of all it gives us the chance to be able to get coins for free. But because of these most of the airdrops out there are scam. Even if you receive the coins, it will probably have low value or sometimes non at all, so you won't be able to get profit from it. I like airdrops but I don't participate on it just because I can't really earn that much from it.

Yes I do, for a reason that it is free to join and I don't need to have a certain amount of ETH in my wallet just to be able to get their airdrops. Airdrops are profitable last year but because of bad ICOs here and there, most people lose their interest on airdrops nowadays.

i think that it is very wasting my time to participate in Airdrops, i said that because most Airdrops nowadays are useless, the ICO needs airdrops to promote their project to public. But a good ICO never needs Airdrops but still have huge community. So small airdrops may not be success at all in ICO, so the tokens they give us can be useless and hav no value in the future at all.

On the first page we've a happy airdrop story. But naturally not every airdrop can be successful, only some of them.

I also regularly participate in airdrop programs but most of them I choose good projects to join instead of taking on all the projects as it will take a lot of my time. Airdrop is a form of support for the project to be promoted and closer to the investor so it will be effective if the exact share of participants in the airdrop program.

For the airdrop project I want to join, I usually do a lot of research and analysis to avoid the possibility of being cheated. This is more secure for me. I don't want to lose my wallet because of some deceptive airdrops.

I know that not everyone likes airdrops but for me I like it because doing easy tasks for free tokens is the best thing to do most especially to bounty hunters and to those who have nothing to invest into. i actually participated before but now I've been pretty busy with my personal life but in due time I will give it a try again. Airdrops are part of advertising coins and if someone send a donation to get a cheap ico price then probably it's a good choice. BUt for me bounties are much profitable than airdrops.

I do not understand why so little voted for 1 number? Usually airdrop takes less than 1 minute. What's the meaning of carefully choosing? In my opinion, it is enough that the project was not completely scam and it is already possible to spend 1 minute on it. I do not understand why most people voted for number 2.
If everyone knows that the project is very good. So in airdrop will be registered many people and you will get at best a couple of dollars. You can earn on Airdrops, but you need to be careful. Now there are a lot of scams and hacks of wallets. Sometimes people themselves give the key to the purse of Eth wallet by mistake)

Airdrop is interesting they will give you giveaways and the interesting part here they advertise their token so User/traders are aware on the development of the project. If coin is listed on a big exchange and you've participated on airdrops then lucky for you.

Some of them take years to list and once they do, every holder just dump them on the market and nobody will buy something that was distributed to others freely, so you better stop wasting your time on this.

I knew that a very few projects i joined its airdrop had a good vision but due to lack of support, they abandoned the project but most of the failed project caused by scammers. They started project that looks legit at the beginning and ask for donations but ended up runaway with investor's money. That's why i always skip the airdrop that requires donations.

Right, that's the problem. Users don't care about the project itself and don't use tokens for the purpose and just want to sell.

Of course I love airdrop, I mean who doesn't want free stuffs right. But like everybody said, choosing on what airdrop to participate on is a must to avoid scams. Airdrops used to be helpful and a lot promising before but now its full of false promises and scams. But I am sure there are still good airdrops out there just choose wisely and always do your research first before participating.

Yes depending on the requirements for receiving the airdrop. I think its also a good way for people who might not have a lot of money to invest, to be able to join the crypto world.

Before I always participated in airdrops, but it turned out that many airdrops does not give the tokens really and it just collects information from you or ask some donations. For the moment I think I'll stop participating airdrops.

I have an ambiguous attitude towards airdrop, because they do not always pay off, it happens that you will not sell the currency properly, because you have charged a few tokens, and the costs will be more redeemed on the exchange than the income itself. And it happens, when you can make very good money, but this is an extremely rare case.

That's the reason already mentioned above. Airdrop purpose is to spread the coins, so users can use and try services provided by the startup, but not provide tokens for selling on exchanges.

Some don't even have a place to put your wallet address in, just your personal data. lol Airdrops, although not all should be approached with caution. If it asks for too much info, I think we should just ditch it.

Yes, i like airdrops, because airdrops is like a free token coming from heaven. :) You will just fill up some form and like their social media accounts, and then retweet some post, that is so easy to do and you will receive your tokens, or you will receive it after the ico ends. What sort of things do you look for in a "good campaign"?

AIRdrop is the release of coin free to the user wallet when signing up for the project account, i really like this, i can have money and developer build community

right now i just participate on bounty campaign, i don't have time for participate on airdrop

quite interesting and easy to get, but certainly if it is too easy then for the result will not be as big as expected. bounty may be more exciting and bigger results.

It's weird to hear. Average Airdrop takes about 1 min, but Bounty is much more time consuming for a long period of time.

There's some poll about the airdrops. Probably someone is studying the answers for start other project. But maybe I'm wrong.

I participate in quite a lot of airdrops and with sometimes I'm lucky, so the result is depend on how lucky anyone will be.

The problem is not in free time, but in the fact that participation in the airdrop will most likely not pay for the time spent.

Selecting a airdrops also is necessary when joining, since many are just spam and scam, some airdrops are used to phish accounts to looks what's inside, like saved passwords for your private account and to poke someone's wallet is possible.

Why bounty campaign participants' have more chances to be paid?

follow airdrop or bounty equally have the risk of unpaid, aka we are the same as gambling.
But the award of bounty is more worth it than airdrop...

as an investor i really dont like airdrop, yes its promote awareness for the project but it also cause of a dump in the market because its free whatever price it will be its still a free money, so i invest to those project that doesnt have airdrop or bounty..

Yes, they are a legit way of distribution, and totally risk-free. The only problem is that there are too many of them, too many pump and dump trials.... hence it is not even easy to go through them all and make a decent analysis of each.

This rating of airdrop because of the difference in perception. Airdrops aren't for "free money" hunters, but for the community members who want to try service for free.

The good thing of airdrops is this is free. And your all got to do is wait until they distribute it in your wallet. Airdrops now is not good anymore unlike the old airdrops.

For the first time a do follow any airdrop that's I can find, man the result was a junk, I mean I hit some of the good one, but the other is surely worthless, from there I just pick something that's I think good and move on until I found a similar airdrop that has my likings.

Yes. of course. It makes sense to get crypto from airdrop because you are not investing single penny but you can get coins worth of thousands. Generally, they are for under five dollars per airdrop but can grow in value.

I think i like airdrops because it does not consume time, unlike bounties that takes a lot of time. Though some pay, some don't pay.

Aerodrops are not always good, maybe they just collect information about a person and sell it, you have to be careful.

People thinks "Airdrops" are just waste of time. But this is easy money. Of course you can't get a lot of money do not do anything.

From my experience, 90% airdrops are worthless. But sometimes you would hit some good catch. So far, my favorite are those from Eidoo wallet. Even though still small amount but it is actual crypto that you can sell on exchanges. The rest of telegram airdrops mostly not working quite well, especially in the current weak market. Additionally, many exchanges already stop support airdrop tokens.

Airdrops are considered a waste of time by me. I think they are not fruitful enough to engage in. Yes, they are simple to carry out and can be rewarding most times. But the odds of them being rewarding are very high. i would rather hunt for a proper bounty than wait on airdrops.

Yes absolutely, if it's free token and has big potential then I will sign up a form. The good thing about airdrop is they promote their project legally just like my campaign before.

Why won't I love airdrop? Everybody loves free money, but the issue I have with airdrop is that most of them are not profitable and are just aimed at spamming people.

I don't have time for participate on airdrop. Although airdrop don't need you to pay even 1 cent, but it will let you to join some groups or call other one to join. It take a lot of time but only got a little token. They attract only the lowest of the low quality applicants, in exchange for some advertising to other people that also probably don't have any investment capital.

I like and often join airdrop. But I always analyze first whether the airdrop program is profitable or not. Moreover, many airdrop scams today, whose purpose is to request funds and steal our personal data. We have to be careful.
