I am investing $10,000 which is the most ive ever invested in crypto. I already have a bit invested in less risky coins but with less room to grow. What are some small market cap coins that can grow a lot in the next couple of years?

Why not play safe and invest in coins with less risk for long term?

Here are my picks:
NEO: It has plenty of room to reach $1k this year
ADA: All time high was $1.33, now it's @ $0.15, which is pretty much cheap now as compared to the previous ATH. So, it can easily beat the previous record in the next bull run.
Ripple: ATH was $3.84, and current price is $0.66. Just jump in and wait for the next bull run for quick profits.
Waves: ATH was $18.07 and current is $4.51. Many new things are coming by the end of this month including smart contracts (non-turing) + hardware wallets, shapeshift + mobile apps update + decentralized voting + simple messaging. It can easily surpass the previous price record.

I can recommend you a very good option: TRX, EOS, IOTA, STORM, ADA.
These coins will be in trend for 1 to 1.5 years.

10,000 dollars is big amount.  For sure once you get a coin that 10,000 dollars capital possible to become a million dollars but before you get that make a research that coin the price decreased make sure you can choose altcoin because they have possibility the coin that the market you invested will down again.  Choose wisely because that mount is seriously.  Waves,  jibrel.

Everyone will be shilling their low market cap coins on their portfolio so you can cause a chance to pump it.

$10,000 is quite a good amount for a low cap coin to pump with your money and add to the total money invested on it.

How can you be sure of it?

Buy NEO and ETH, these coins have its own blockchains and can give you x2 in short-term period (when correction will end).

Don't forget to load up some PRL too, you will get a 1:1 airdrop on 6th of April and their main release is also this month. Now still very cheap, € 0,65 atm.

Deep Onion $ONION is a good choice if you like low market cap projects to invest in. They just released an update for stealth addresses today with more great features to come during this year.

I think you should look out for good new projects, at the moment market is in deep correction so might be great entry point for almost all good coins, even most of the new ones are trading at below ico price so may be a great time to enter and fill your bags.

Come on man , everything is on sale right now so you.can literally pick up anything you want and it is bound to increase when the bull market comes. That's what I think

choose a lot of people who grow up in one of the crypto itself, at least big bitcoin because of the big community so you can invest into other alternatives that look to have a great community as well as its users :)

I believe there are very explosive at low ranks: Quantum Resistance, Sonm, Ethlend, Storm, Telcoin are examples. You need to datamine these lists to find best coins for 10 to 20x profits in long term so..

At present, most of the cryptocurrencies price has been down, so you don't need to invest in small marketcap coins. So, safer and less riskier coins would also be profitable for you if you buy now such as Neo.

Invest $2500-2500 in bitcoin and bitcoin cash you will have at least more than $10.000 in 2-3 years. Now we are sure about our investment. Invest the rest in OAX, it is small cap dex coin check the centralized exchange's coins and realize the potential of oax.

Diversify that capital to a great coin and for sure you can have the profit you want.
50% for BTC, 15% for NEM, 10% for UTRUST and ETH, and lastly 15% for any ICO you believe in. That’s a great capital but don’t forget to invest also in your knowledge that’s the best paying interest you could ever have.

My advise is look for 1 good ICO with a good rating and team behind the project. And not to buy in at FOMO. Hold the coins you can afford to lose and from time to time use the remaining money for day trading if necessary. Remember, Market is volatile, take advantange of it.

so i will suggest you to invest 30% in btc , 15% in neo , 15% in LTC , 20% in ether , 20% in small cap alts ...

i have suggested less % for other alts bcoz if btc keep moving up and down then alts will only bleed .

Leave the capitalization alone and think about the whitewater and the business project instead. Invest consciously

with great risk can certainly get great results too. If you really are investing are doing now when all coins price decline. buy a coin that has a good future as ethereum and holds it alone at least until next year to get big gains from investments at this time.

Your division is an impressive one but instead of going for small cap altcoins with 20 percent of the investment, I would suggest to spend that money into bitcoin too because going for the new ones is now a very smart move. They cannot produce any real increments in the capital. For gaining profit, old and potential coins should be considered only and even among them, bitcoin should get the priority as it can touch really high targets.

Honestly, I'd look into TRX and OCN.

TRX may seem scary from the pump/dump, but the project itself is excellent. They just announced another partnership with Bitguild (They've raised a ton of funds). The beta for Exodus is coming out this month, along with the main net after. TRX transactions only cost 0.0001 TRX per transaction and they solve the scalability problem that ETH is facing/trying to solve. TRX will be in the top 5 coins before the end of 2018.

OCN will be the means for the most efficient sharing economy. The sharing economy will increase over time. OCN is being integrated into oBike as a means of payment to over 40m users this month. Then, Grab integration before the end of Q2. That's a huge adoption of cryptocurrency that others are still theorizing about. More partnerships are expected to follow and steady return on investment. In 3-5 years, I could see Odyssey competing with Amazon if another project doesn't do it first.

Why would you want to risk your money in low cap coins? I get the attraction for low marketcap which can give you 10x-30x but look at how much it swings compared to safer coin. But if you had choose, I would recommend the following coins:

Cardano —- Great platform and new coins are building off it soon. Way way below it’s previous ATH.
DeepOnion —- Low marketcap with huge upswing. They hit their roadmaps every quarter and just released stealth addresses
Iota —- way below their ATH and has survived most of the downturn compared to other coins. They are looking to be the blockchain 3.0

I would go with NULS. Even if you are not interested, keep them in mind.
They're doing a pretty good job, unless all those coins. I easy see NULS a top 50 coin to be honest.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

In fact, this list is very large. You can identify such coins as Neo, Ethereum, IOTA, Monero. Without a doubt, they have a great future. I want to highlight IOTA from all.

Rebellious (rebl) is worth looking at for low marketcap coins.  The price won't get much cheaper from where its at now and their own blockchain is going to be deployed soon and they will leave the eth network.

Man, that's a lot of money to put into crypto for sure.

I would not recommend putting them in all one coin. Small cap coins are incredibly dangerous to invest in in that they can basically fail within a few months if they don't gain any attention, and do not have a community backing their project.

I personally like Ignis and Oyster Pearl, as well as QRL which I think are all quite undervalued. But you need to make your own decisions and research. That just can't be replaced by opinion of other people.

Many people suggested lame big coins but I am suggesting low cap coins:
Sonm, very new technology coin that may moon so hard.
Elixir, nice project.
Ethlend, one of the newer lending platforms that will probably hit moon following coins like Salt..
So on.

Oyster pearl, sonm and elix are good choices.
They have good potential to rise this year.
Diversify is the best thing you can do and ofcourse look into the coins you invest (team, whitepaper etc. etc.)

I know that many people adviced you a lot of coins and i agree some of them has great potential but if i were on your shoes do not invest everythin in unproven coins. Still invest in stable coins. Bitcoin, ethereum and bitcoin cash has still a lot of room to grow. You would lower the risk if you invest im this coins.

Credits is creating a lot of buzz check their thread, Providence will launch their ICO and of course the project I'm supporting Docademic, there are a lot of Ico now better spread your portfolio and drop on their official thread and check id those ICO will interest you $10,000 is such a huge amount.

Actually you can have an idea on what coins to choose with low market cap, check in coinmarketcap. There are many coins would exactly gave you the best coins and profitable when you invest. Even their is the best, we will not know yet when is the next moves when it is up and downtrend because of volatility.

I would definitely suggest you to buy Skycoin,Powerledger,PIVX,Bitcore,Eido just do your own research on this coins. This coins has low supply and low marketcap now and it has lot's of potential to grow.

You can now buy bitcoin with that money you've got there. Don't follow those suggestions that are shilling their useless coins that are just a product of pump and dump groups. If you'll invest there as they've said they will have the chance to put that coin on sell order because you helped to make that coin pump. Why choose altcoins that are low in market cap? if it's also profitable to take those coins that are popular and does have so many people trading on it everyday?

Coinbase has a list of top coin to invest, you can pick five of it to ensure your potential income soon, but if you want new coins then have some amount of ours, it's appreciated!

Try ripple cause for me they haven't said last word and there is some chance to pump and waves cause this project is going slowly up and in some time it could really pump to the moon.

Sumo is a low cap privacy coin. A fork of Monero.

Since the government (US and I'm sure others) are tracking bitcoin transactions and have the ability to link them to users. I think the privacy coin sector is going to explode sooner or later.

Pick the coins in the top 10 and have a low price. Priority ETH NEO ADA and LTC. You will not need to worry about investing in them.

Market is on sale as it always red I recommend  pick on top 10 coins/token on coinmarketcap and invest I am pretty sure you can gain profit for holding it for long time . 

If your goal is exactly the risk, hoping to earn a lot, Yes. Definitely worth to enter now. You will not find a better time.

Most attractive to me now is fusion and POA for me. It seems to me that these are very strong projects for the future.

If the US government is tracking bitcoin transaction, then it will be coming for other crypto coins too some day because those too can be used in the same that ticks authorities off somehow. It is no reason to not buy bitcoin. A person must invest in bitcoin for biggest benefits and do not use it in any illegal activity. This way, even if his transactions got tracked, he would be out of any real trouble. But there is no way to trace out such a large number of bitcoin transactions.

These coins are now enough you can go to a coinmarket and choose good coins for yourself. And your capital will allow you to buy enough to become rich in the future, because the price for them is now just ridiculous.

ARK has a better ROI from dPos in comparison to LSK as far as I can remember so all the more reason. On topic, this list is perfect, I would feel zero anxiety dropping such an amount of money on those any of these days, especially at those prices..

There are a lot of coins that has a low market cap and really has big potential in the future like TEL, WAN, LUNYR, IOST and VIB those coins are my top coins in the future with the low market cap and I really do believe that they will be huge in the next few years.

I'm not an ordinary person who uses long-term investment strategies so I do not have the experience of predicting the cost of any altcoin in the long run. But I have a few good altcoins in 2018.
that's NEO and ICX. There is a lot of good news about them from February and June, when they implement their technology development plans. So this is a good time for you to buy at the lowest price and hold them.

I think all the crypto is is low price now and also very cheap to buy. Hope this is the right time for you to buy or invest but be cautious in selecting the alt coins. I would suggest Bitcoin as my first suggestion, Ethereum next and NEM or NEO as the third alt coins to invest for a good profit within a couple of years.

MYST and COSS are good projects with low market cap

I think Ethereum is very good choice to invest. IOTA and Stratis also good from my opinion.

I have read a lot about PRL, I am positive about it but we all know that coins have huge dumps right before and after airdrops...

Invest in ETH and NEO. The current price is very low. But the target for this year's ETH is 3000$ and NEO is 500$. So buy them now

Some low cap's i'm either invested in myself or plan to invest in in the near future:
Axpire, NapoleonX, OriginTrail, Ambrosus, Block Array, Devery.  Most of them, well basically all but NPX, are b2b solutions which i think/hope have a higher chance of succes.  TRAC/AMB/ARY will also have staking or MN possibilities if that's something you're interested in.

$10,000 is a good amount to invest and the current market situation is really favorable to invest in cryptocurrencies. If you just want to double the amount in short time then bitcoin is the best option. As you want to invest for few years then at current price $7k Bitcoin is an excellent option, there are some promising coins which can grow a lot in coming years, I would like to invest in WAVES, COSS, EOS and NEO.

I think your 10,000 will be a little too much for this investment.You can use this coin to spread your portfolio at least

Nexus (NXS) is a good low market cap coin that can possible make you really rich in future. No ICO and all the work they do is with the future in mind, quantum resistant, 3D blockchain and orbit sattelites for a decentralized internet.

AION is a good project, but so far the price is not encouraging. But Wanchain is very well traded from the beginning of the ico.

well I think it's not a small amount of money, you can try trx, there is, ripple, siacoin, because they are still very cheap now I do not know the future but their project looks promising, so you can try it.

I'm not sure if you have invested your $10k already, as you are not active since 24th March and also this is an old thread.
But if you haven't invested yet, then I would like to suggest eth and etn at the moment to invest. Both of the coins are in support level.
Do not take my advise seriously though, instead do your own research on these two coins before investing. I hope both of these coins will increase in price in near future.

u need to pick up right coins like Iota and Neo and Eth and Ltc and Ripple mostly keep checking top 10 coins in coin market cap whenever coin is available in Dip u should buy immediately then u can have good profit for long-term

I can advise you: Zilliqua, Pchain, QuarkChain, Cardano and IOTA. Choose any of these altcoins and you will not make a mistake, as most likely each of them will show a good price growth.

To avoid risk, you should invest in BTC or ETH. altcoin is always risky. If you are lucky then your profits are extremely large. If you do not have experience, you will lose a lot.

There are a number of coins out there with low market caps, however most of them do not have great products.

i'd absolutely endorse you to buy Skycoin,Powerledger,PIVX,Bitcore,Eido simply do your own studies on this coins. This coins has low deliver and occasional marketcap now and it has lot's of ability to develop.

The Good news is that you have enough money for both options for the into investment as well as well as the investment opportunity in the big coins but for coins with the low market cap you have to be sure that that unique to the coin and not caused by the bear market

RLC and Ingot are my top! RLC is already established project but Ingot has almost finished its ICO.
If I were u I would devide 10k $$ into 2 parts and invest in these projects

RLC has dropped very hard but Ingot is only at presale and most likely will grow after appearing on exchnages. In terms of profit Ingot is more attractive as It has not dropped in price yet and has more opportunities for growth

Both RLC and Ingot are perfect options for future profit. Just devide your investment into 2 parts and invest equal parts in each of projects

Low market cap does not guarantee for big or quick profits all the times. A low cap market may become lower cap market when bitcoin prices bounce back. I mean lots of care needed to choose while checking with low market coins. Some people look at only high and low prices but failing to read the real world applications. I must say for $10,000 investments bitcoin must be the right choice even it is having the biggest market cap of crypto world.

Yes, even with the real world use, it is still not a guarantee that any coin would get as big as bitcoin eventually anyway. The only thing is to be certain that it would at least get to hit some pretty good value in the long run based on the demand it is going to have and that is what is actually more important. Ask a lot of newbie investors today, all they are looking for is the number of the coins they are holding so that one day, it could get as valuable as bitcoin is presently, and make them get rich overnight.

Instead of risking with some unknown and established coin, I suggest to go with bitcoins when considering the capital here we are discussing about. Also, if bitcoin is not a choice at all then I must recommend to go for more than 5 different coins as diversification may ensure the expected profits for the given time frame.
